AJM Carpet CleaningJimmy was very professional. Came in on time. Ready to go. I had four bedrooms livingroom dining-room hallway and the couch needed cleaning. It's been like 10 years since the last time I may have done this so there was a lot of work to be done. We walked through the apartment first he gave me some recommendations once we agreed on the price he got to work. He came in also with a scrubber machine it really did a deep cleaning process and then came back and steam cleaned it nice and clean. We'll use every time going forward, I never seen someone work this hard. Thank you- peter v.

Ajm carpet cleaningExcellent Job. Jimmy came to my house same day. Upstairs i had him clean 4 bedrooms, a hall, and two flights of stairs. then on the first floor the living and dining room, the couch, love seat and dining room chairs. ASuperior Carpet CleaningAmazing! Tony was very quick to reply. He worked with my schedule and location. We had bought sofas and sofa beds as used. Needed them cleaned before anyone used them due to cleanliness but also the COVID situation. He got all the stains out and made everything look brand new. He even had a time slot open up last minute and reached out if he could come then which worked out perfectly bc it got the job done even sooner. ATechnician was friendly and professional. He took the time to really work on the dirtiest parts of my carpet. Estimate time for carpet drying was 10 hours. That was right on point. If you would like a carpet protector put on, ask for that to be added to your quote. I did not do that and had to pay more at the end of the cleaning. I would hire Zerorez again. Thanks.

AI am extremely pleased with the work that was done. Luis cleaned and regrouted a marble tiled bathroom floor, restored a marble vanity top that was etched with water marks, and restored a marble dining room table that had a heat-etched ring stain. He also removed the old grout and regrouted the seams between countertops and back splashes and between backsplashes and walls throughout the kitchen. Luis was very professional and friendly and cleaned up the areas where he worked. I was initially a bit reluctant to select this company for marble restoration because of the name but I'm glad I did.
