University Foot & Ankle Inst - Valencia
I got an appointment and was soon in their office. I was immediately diagnosed (hardly a wait!), and given a cortisone shot to reduce the inflammation. I had casts taken for custom orthotics, which were delivered to their office a few days later, and have been using them since. So far, so good, the pain is gone, but I know they'll be there to take care of me if something goes awry. They turned out to be in my insurance's physician's network, and my out-of-pocket expenditures were trivial. Caring and professional doctor (Dr. Fransen), friendly staff, and a very clean facility. The location had plenty of parking and was easy to get to.

    Borden, Dr. Joseph I
He put me on to Voltaren (Diclofenac). It worked for the time I took it but 10 days after I stopped a month's pills, the pain returned. The next step he suggested was orthotics which would correct my walk and pronation but $600 was a bit high for me and I never did like the idea of placing my feet under more discomfort. The way I got rid of the problem, is when a friend in the lunch room where I worked told me to take what he was taking. Zyflamend by New Chapters, Bio-curcummin and Serrazimes. After about 2 months on these three anti-inflammatory supplements, the plantar fasciitis was gone. Dr. Borden was highly recommended by my GP. The entire staff were very cordial in my visits.

    Kim Foot & Ankle Center
He was kind and soft spoken, was knowledgeable but easy to communicate with during my appointment. I didn't feel rushed. He is an author of many books and I was enjoying reading one. I found myself almost annoyed that he interrupted! I ended up finding his book online. He came up with a diagnosis, offered solutions and didn't push for shots. He recommended me waiting for the new year to order my orthotics since I didn't meet my 2015 co-pay yet. I couldn't wait because of the pain. Two other of his staff came in to discuss waiting also. I chose not to wait. I ended the appointment with a treatment plan, an appointment to receive my orthotics and temporary orthotics. $300 plus is due to orthotics and appointment. He takes insurance.

    Eshraghi, Dr. Nazila
Dr. Eshraghi healed my heel (plantar fasciitis) through physical therapy, proper shoe recommendation, shoe inserts, and anti-inflammatory injection. She was determined to solve my problem which had been ongoing for 4 months. I highly recommend Dr. Eshraghi for any foot problem.

    Kaiser Permante Med Ctr OB/GYN
I thank God that I have them as the process is very easy. I am totally happy with them. The scheduling is great as they see me when needed. The co-pays are very affordable but that is related to my medicare status.

    O'Reilly, Dr. Kevin D
I think they tend to overbook in his office, sometimes the wait is too long, especially if you have a set appointment, but the service is so complete that I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

    Schuh, Dr. Mary T
I was having some physical therapy done. Dr. Shuh explains everything very clearly and in a language that is easy to understand. She is excellent at teaching her patients about what the problem is and how to fix it.

    Stanley J Zusman DPM
I received a referral to Dr. Zusman from an acquaintance and made an appointment. Dr. Zusman was thorough in his examination, took a sample to test for infection, and gave me suggestions for footwear based on the structure of my feet and the way I walk. He called me back about the results of my culture in a timely fashion and seemed very willing to provide services in the future. Dr. Zusman does not take insurance, but I do carry out-of-network provider coverage, so this was not a limiting factor for me.
