Our state of the art facility opened in March 2004 after an entire remodeling of our building. All the newest technology was installed. This equipment included digital radiography (or x-rays) which benefits the patients by delivering 75% (or greater) less radiation exposure. We also use the Diagnodent Caries Detector to help with diagnosing decay in its earliest stages. There is 1 doctors at this site. Surgery is not performed at this site. AI just returned from my dental appointment in almost a year due to the pandemic, having missed my regular 6-month cleaning. During my research for a dentist closer to home, I saw the great reviews online, but wasn't sure what to expect as I'd had some traumatizing experiences at other practices. Everyone, and I mean everyone, including Dr. Davies, was both professional and friendly, keeping me informed as to what we were doing and why. I was made to feel comfortable and well taken care of. This is rare and I highly recommend this practice to anyone who will listen.

F@UHC Called Customer Service (sic) 855-873-3268. Worst "customer service" experience of my life. 26 minutes on hold. 1st spoke unintelligibly. 2nd "advocate" (sic) had a terrible attitude. Terse & hostile. Do NOT sign up UHC Medicare Advantage. Customer service is the WORST!

AThe owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space. The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units. They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience.

My husband even wants to go to her :) I had complications with my first birth and had to have a c-section. When everything was lining up correctly with my second birth, she allowed me to have a VBAC. My only gripe, and it really even isn't a problem for me, but she does reschedule often because she is delivering babies.
