    H & H PLUMBING
Ben was awesome! I called on a Tuesday afternoon, and he was out to my house on Wednesday morning. He replaced my bathtub spout, and replaced the valve in the bathtub faucet, which fixed both issues. He also looked at the water piping in my attic, and determined that some of the pipe already had insulation around it, and most was in areas where it had been fed through very small areas and could not be accessed to insulate. I'm very happy with the service that was provided!

    Joe Young Construction
Joe was very easy to work with, and did excellent work. His prices were very reasonable, and he often threw in things at no extra cost, which was wonderful! One of the things that I really appreciated was that he responded back to me promptly whenever I texted him. True to any business, there were times when unexpected things came up and he had to postpone work that he had planned to be doing for me on a certain day, but he always communicated these issues to me, and when I had something that really needed to be done right away (such as getting the plumbing to the washing machine fixed on a weekend) he found a way to make it happen. I will definitely be hiring Joe to do work for me again in the future.

    BELL'S PLUMBING REPAIR INC
Thought it would be a simple drain cleaning. Turned out that squirrels over 17 years were dropping acorns down the vent. Took some doing but the plumber finally got the line all cleared out. Would definitely hire Bell's Plumbing again when the need arises. Craig L.

    Rebaza Landscaping Maintenance Services
Exceeded my expectations!!!! Claif and his crew were very professional, friendly and easy to work with. They did quality work, measuring twice and then a third time, to make sure everything was perfect. They were prompt and worked hard, sometimes more than 10 hours/day. Claif was very quick to respond to my texts and answer any questions I had. I appreciated how Claif would always double check with me when there was a choice or decision to be made. It was obvious that it was important to him that I got exactly what I wanted. I now have the backyard of my dreams, and I owe it all to Claif and his crew. I have posted both before and after photos.

    Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
I forgot to mention in my previous review that the plumber drained the hot water heater onto the roots of a mature, ornamental pear tree alongside the driveway. I was concerned that the hot water might harm the tree, but he insisted that there would be no problem. Well, the tree dropped all its leaves within a month or two and died. That was confirmed when the tree did not revive this year and we cut it down. Dead, and it was a perfectly healthy and beautiful tree before the hot water.

SLO County Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
This is the first review I have ever written. I feel compelled to tell others about my disappointing experience with this company. My project was not relatively simple and short maintenance, but a larger contract project - a replacement sewer line in an existing house. My issues: - They started the project immediately, and although they asked for skipped days, I didn't expect 2 months to finish; - When they decided to work, they would repeatedly send workers without notice; - The manager, Mike, promised work in the job that they didn't do (whether needed or not) - salt pack the pipe joints - this was not done; That the owner, Paul, was highly experienced with concrete and would be doing the concrete work with a proper wall footing, dowels, and properly installed rebar. The manager told me that if I wasn't "tickled" with the concrete work the owner would refund $3,000. Paul did not do the work. A worker told me they were suddenly ordered to do it and that they were not told of or prepared for the footing, doweling and rebar. They hastily placed a meager improperly installed wall footing (without actually digging a footing). Dowels were not installed. I supplied the form board and rebar that was not installed properly. I was not "tickled" with the work and the owner only apologized for the miscommunication with his manager. He also tried to convince me that none of that was necessary, but regardless, the manager promised it would be done. I am paying a concrete professional to correct parts of their concrete work. - Learning that I was dissatisfied with the concrete work, the owner came to my home late on a Sunday evening, WITHOUT NOTICE, to discuss it. This was a first! Very disrespectful, awkward and odd. - Another professional builder later noticed they incorrectly installed a bath tub vent. I am paying someone to correct it including tearing out and replacing a portion of the concrete; - I was also told later that they placed the toilet flange at 11" from the wall instead of the standard 12" or 14" required by most new toilets. I am also paying someone to correct the flange problem; - The employees always worked very hastily. One employee explained to me the constant pressure on them to finish work quickly. I was always concerned about work quality; - I failed to get competing estimates for the work and later learned from information told by the North County's manager (who was apparently told me more than he should have), and other contractors that I probably paid an exorbitant amount, especially considering the poor work quality. They may be fine for smaller projects such as maintenance or small repairs, but this larger contract project was a horrible experience for me. I will not hire this company again or recommend them to anyone for anything.

He was great! They had very prompt responses to my call and came out the same day. He pinpointed the problem and was able to stop the overflow in the same visit. Very clean and friendly gentleman. Would absolutely use again!

    Morro Bay Plumbing
Upon arriving home after work, I noticed that we had no water pressure at the kitchen sink. I had heard some strange noises at the corner of the garage so headed out there and saw water gushing from a pipe right outside our garage. I turned our water main off and proceeded to look up a plumber that took emergency calls. Even though it was close to 8 pm, Chad answered the phone right away and was able to commit to coming out the next day. They set a window between 12 and 2 and the next morning called to confirm that. A bit later they called to tell my husband that there was an emergency water leak at a restaurant and that they would probably be closer to the 2 pm arrival. They still ended up getting there around 1:30, fixing the problem and then as a little side job, my husband asked if they might be able to replace a water hose bib that we hadn't been able to use for a few months. They did so as well and had all the parts they needed in their truck. My husband said that Julio and Corey were very professional. We were both impressed with the communication and we could hardly beat the price. I was dreading the news of the bill but when my husband told me that it was only 165, I was even more grateful for their service. I will certainly use their service any time I need a plumber and I will certainly recommend them anytime anyone asks about plumbing needs.
