    John Dittenhoefer
We needed a contractor to help us through an extensive remodel of our home, including: Installing an EVSE unit to charge our car; complete renewal & relocation our HVAC system; replumbing gas/water lines & installation of tankless water heater; and all aspects of a major kitchen remodel (removing walls, framing new walls, raising a dropped ceiling, lights, flooring, etc.). In all cases Dittenhoefer Construction (DC) came through with flying colors. In particular the HVAC: we had 4 companies review our situation and ONLY DC offered an approach that accomplished all objectives. We were delighted with the quality, timeliness & cost of what had seemed to be an impossible project. In fact, 1 company said it couldn't be done. But we've had 11 months of living in a home with quiet, efficient, economical HVAC to prove them wrong! Thank you, DC Team. We could go on & on about their skills. A strength that we especially appreciated is they made suggestions that, without exception, offered something we hadn't seen or thought about. Their expertise & knowledge can't be overstated. Lastly, the DC team treated us with respect, cleaned up after each day, & overall were a pleasure to have in the house. We look forward to our next project with them!

    CENTRAL COAST CASUALTY RESTORATION INC.
All work performed by CCC or their sub-contractors was top notch. The initial damage treatment of drying out, cleaning up, and removal of all ruined materials was fast, efficient and clean. The office end of the task - paperwork, insurance company, etc- was always handled professionally and quickly. When I called or emailed they responded within hours. Plumbing and plumbers who came out were all excellent, friendly and smart. Flooring contractor had a great idea that helped us match our existing hard wood floor without tearing out 1000 square feet of it and his workers were fast and great. Tiler, Doug, was old school (real mortar bed, etc) and his work, while not speed racer, was the best I've seen and I tiled 2 of my bathrooms myself. He did just excellent work! Wood worker/ carpenter Ted, who handled the redesign and finish of our linen closet, was so good that we have since hired him to help us finish our Kitchen and I will also be hiring him to do another custom project for our living room soon (when I finish my task for the kitchen!). All in all, if I have another house disaster ( please, no!) I will call CCC immediately.

    Simons Construction Inc
I called Simons to have a contractor come out and take a look at a house
we were in escrow on. Ed came out promptly the next day to give us a
free estimate on adding a bathroom to the house. We talked about the
bathroom addition and a few other remodeling items. The estimates he
gave us were very fair and competitively priced. He also pointed out
what he thought was a major structural issue with the roof, which was
sagging. We followed his recommendation to have a structural engineer
check the place out. The repairs needed ended up being too extensive for
us and we let the place go. If we need a contractor in the future, we
would definitely call Simons for their responsiveness, fair pricing and
    honesty.

    Network Construction & Drywall
We were very pleased with the outcome. The bathroom was restored in excellent shape. You would not be able to tell that partial renovations and repairs took place. The ceramic tile work and the wall repair to complete the job was well done.

    Bruce Carlson Installations
My tile floor had to be removed due to water damage. I needed hardi backer board replaced as well. Bruce came out and did an excellent job. I thought the previous tile work was nice but this tile work is what I would call excellent. My previous tile floor required base boards that collected dust and were difficult to clean but they were necessary to hide the uneven line where the tile butted up to the cabinets. Bruce cut my tile perfectly right up to all my cabinets (and there are many of them including and island) and he cut every corner in my kitchen and the doorways absolutely perfect. The grout lines are perfect, the layout is perfect and I no longer need any baseboards. It just looks that good, I'm so happy.
I can also say that this contractor came out right on schedule, took his time to produce a perfect job, was personable and I never had any concerns about leaving him in my home unattended. He even was proficient in disconnecting my dishwasher (which is hard wired to the wall), removing it to tile under it and then reconnecting the electrical wiring. I give Bruce Carlson an A+++

    Mr Tom's Tile
The process went exceedingly well with no serious delays or holdups. We enjoyed all the workers who were polite, on time and diligent. The supervisors were always on top of what was going on and we would highly recommend Mr. Tom and his staff on any tile or granite project.

    Renew Home Remodeling & Design
I felt  they were very professional, considerate, efficient dealing with the insurance company, punctual. They took the pictures of before and after for the insurance company. They have really good workmanship and the  quality of the work and products were great. They really did an outstanding job. I have no compliant about them at all. When this first happened they came right out and secured the area and took care of the immediate damage and then once we got the ok form the insurance they proceeded with the rest. They have a data base that I could log into it and do an internal email and would be able to get a response.

    Mr Tom's Tile
Mr. Tom's installed all the tile in our present home (built in 2002) that we bought in late 2010. We had them install matching tile on the master bathroom floor in early 2011. The cost was a little on the high side, the workmanship was adequate and the job was finished in a timely fashion. When trying to fix a bath/shower valve leak, we discovered that the original (2002) tile job had not provided a large enough hole to allow servicing the valve. The plumber would not attempt to enlarge the hole, so we had Mr. Tom's do it. They were fairly unresponsive, not answering phone calls or returning messages. After several days, we finally were able to arrange for them to have a workman stop by between jobs to enlarge the hole and repair a damaged corner on a counter. We furnished all materials. He was very professional (in contrast with office personnel) and did a decent job, but It took barely a half hour. We think that the charge of $100 was outrageous, especially since the problem resulted from bad workmanship by them when the house was built.

    Mr Tom's Tile
It was a complete renovation of the bathroom. My experience with them was excellent. They had an excellent designer that helped and guided me through the appropriate design for the master bathroom. Their staff was very professional. They made sure that they came through and kept the floors clean. They cleaned up afterwards. The quality of their work was very good. Their professional advice plus the execution was excellent.
