    Sears Appliance Repair
Great! I got an appointment right away using their web interface. They emailed me to confirm. The repairman came on time and fixed my oven very quickly. Plus he had the part on his truck because they paid attention to me when I told them what I thought the problem was. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely call Sears Repair if I need an appliance repaired again.

    Coulton's Appliance Service
It was great. The technician called to confirm the appointment window and arrived on time. The fridge and freezer weren't cooling at all even though it sounded like it was running. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a circuit board and said he had a new or used one on his truck at different prices. When he opened it up he found that it was a loose connection to a relay on the board and soldered it and that was that. I really appreciate that he could have replaced the board and charged a lot more and I wouldn't have known the difference but had the experience to notice the loose connection and just fix it. Less than an hour start to finish. Only thing that would have made it better would be if they had been able to come out the same day but that's probably
    just dreaming.

    Peoples Choice Appliance Repairs
I would emphasize that this was a highly trained professional who came to my assistance. Yes, the service might cost a bit more than others, but as one of the company's replies to a negative review, the company pays its staff well - doesn't that mean that the company can be very selective in its hiring process?  I believe so. I am so thankful that I got the best as that is what I deserve as a customer!

    Peoples Choice Appliance Repairs
The provider showed up on time, no issues. He seems very knowledgable about the service and was informative. We are currently waiting for a part to fix the refrigerator but that is not the service providers fault. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Coulton's Appliance Service
Last week I submitted a review of Coulton Appliance Service, who connected my gas dryer, but did a cheap job, for which the gas company subsequently cited me because the installation was not to code.  The manager  refused to do anything to correct the situation.  However, after seeing my review on Angie's List, he sent out a technician to repair the work.  This technician was prompt, courteous, and efficient.  I was not charged for either parts or labor for the repair.  Thank you, Angie's List!

The cost was deductableso I paid $60.  The guy was right on time.  He was professional, fast and knowledgeable.  He was clean and very tidy.  He did not mess up my kitchen and crack stuff in the house.

    Sears Appliance Repair
When setting up the appointment over the phone w/ Sears service dept., I was told that the service charge of 75.00 would be applied towards the repair cost if we decided to go forward with the repair. I clarified by asking 'so if we went ahead with the repair (labor), that the service charge would be deducted from the overall repair charge'. She replied that that was correct. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment under that 'pretence'.
The service tech. was prompt and very courteous.
When I mentioned the 75.00 service charge deduct ion from the overall cost of new ice maker and labor as I was told over the phone (led to believe), the service tech. told me that that was INCORRECT. 75.00 service call was IN ADDITION to the new unit and labor.
what did we get? 75.00 worth of deception from Sears Service Dept.
I will check out Peoples Choice Appliance Repairs when/if needed in the future. Maybe they are more reputable?

    Idlers Home Paso Robles
After many, many years of using Idler's for our all large appliance repair, we finally are forced to change to a new repair service.  The last three times we hired them, we were really unhappy.  1.  They don't have enough repair people, so we had to wait over a week (once, almost three weeks)  for someone to come look at the unit.  2.  Each time, they had to come back multiple times because they did not repair it correctly.  Once, we had to have them back FOUR times - the final time, they sent an older gentleman who diagnosed and repaired the problem in about 10 minutes.  And the fix was a very, very simple thing.  So we spent a ton of money on a new part that wasn't needed.  So, we're found a new service.
On a good note, their workmen are prompt, clean, and maintain a clean work area.

    Coulton's Appliance Service
He was prompt, wore shoe protectors and brought a shop vac to suck up the water from the drain pipe. He was friendly and professional and cleaned up the area when he was finished.  I would call them again if I had washer or dryer problems.

    LEE'S APPLIANCE REPAIR
He was a nice man but didn't seem to grasp the conversation, acted confused and repeatedly asked me the same questions over and over. He seemed to be elderly and a bit senile and I would not recommend using him for hi tech appliances.
