AMateo's Handyman ServicesMatt was amazing. First of all, his bid was the best out of 4 bids that I got. He came on a Sunday and didn't charge extra for coming on a weekend. He was on time, very professional and did exactly what we needed him to do. He left no mess and, in fact, even left an auger for us so that if we have a similar problem with our toilet in the future, we may be able to take care of it ourselves. ADon Leitch ConstructionQuite well. In my first call to him, Don asked essential questions about the issues and prior to coming out, did considerable homework about my partcular model. He did the maintenance descaling treatment throroughly. He then showed me on a diagram where the plumbing was never installed correctly, suggesting that this might be the reason the heater runs too much. While with me he called the manufacturer and talked to a master technician who verified the incorrect installation. He recommended that I contact the homebuilder to get it fixed, rather than charging me to fix it himself. Some days later he called just to check on things. While initially his manner seemed less attentive than I might have expected, in the end I came to really appreciate his knowledge, experience, and forthrightness. I recommend him highly.- John O.

AArrow Plumbing Drain and Repair ServiceThe brand Mixet, was a cheap brand the builder installed. Plumbers (2) were able to replaced the cartridge. May have to in the future replace the entire mechanism. Not surprised due as it is not a Moen or American Std.- Charmaine R H.

ATrig Builders Inc.We used Trig Builders for a remodeling project recently and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They did awesome work at all stages of the remodeling project, from drafting to design to the actual work. On top of that, they were very friendly and nice people to work with. My remodeling project included: New kitchen, new hardwood flooring and paint of the entire house, in addition to some minor bathroom updates. From the beginning, the design team made me feel at ease with their wonderful suggestions and attention to all the detail. Working with them really felt as a collaborative effort. They very open to my ideas, implementing the good ones and explaining the differences. In addition to designing the cabinetד, they helped me select all the appliances, flooring, paint. The team was top-notch. They were friendly, skilled, hardworking and excellent craftspeople. The whole remodeling project was completed within our budget and just a little bit over time… but that’s because we added more things during the work. ADon Leitch ConstructionAll of these jobs were done to perfection. We enjoy our walk-in shower, and are the tiles ever beautiful! When we have a quick question, Don will assist on the phone and stay on the phone with you as long as you need his assistance. Our neighbors have commented how great the pergolas look; he put them in place with incredible precision. Don is highly competent, reliable, and did all his jobs to our complete satisfaction. AThe plumber came the same day I asked. After dinner. to figure out why there was a puddle on my bathroom floor. He solved the problem quickly and fixed it. The plumber I usually use could not come for a week. But I am in Lompoc and this plumber had to come from Santa Maria so I would use my old plumber next time I have a problem.
