Very professional.  Provided new Emteck door knobs for a new home.  Had trouble with an internet vendor prior to going to Agoura Sash and Door.  Very nice people very professional and had my hardware within a week.

    Precision Overhead Garage Door Service
Precision was excellent. They did an excellent job. One of the neighbors they went and charged like $400 and then one of the neighbors they did overcharge but they found out what they had charged me, so they, of course, were able to get some of their money back. So, you really have to be careful about it and make sure what your charges are.

    The Door Guy
My wife and I have used Richard Connelly (The Door Guy) over the years on many door and lock installations. We keep coming back to Richard for the following basic reasons: 1. Richard is the most knowledgeable and experienced door guy in the County. 2. He is like a craftsman from the old days, who honed his skills over the years. 3. He treats our jobs the same as if he was working on a job in his own home. 4. The quality of his work and attention to detail is exceptional. 5. Richard is reasonable, punctual, courteous, efficient, fastidious, and has a great sense of humor. 6. Richard is not only a craftsman, but adds artistry in his ability to recommend pleasing styles and hardware. John and Marian G. San Luis Obispo

    MRW Finish Carpentry
Max walked the job and provided an estimate, assisted in helping us to choose doors, ordered materials, and scheduled work days. He was always punctual, professional, courteous, and neat, cleaning up at the end of each day. He hauled off all replaced doors, wood, etc.. Max showed us that 4 doors we had planned to replace could be repaired, instead, which saved us money in material and labor. He finished the job on time, which was important because painters were due to come in, next. The final cost matched his estimate. Max was a pleasure to work with - we've already planned another job with him!

    Joe Young Construction
This is the third project that Joe has done. When he is working and see something that is wrong or off, he will correct it, even if he did not initially do the job. This happened when he installed new faucets. The person before him had installed wrong which caused a leak under neath. The current job was done well. He even went back to hardware store to purchase a secure lock for side garage door so that all keys would match because I decided that I wanted a new door on the side; so he will be back in a week to install it.

    Village Handyman
The door: our previous door was SO old and had no weather stripping left and had a big gap under the bottom where cold and hot air came into the house. Bill came over, took quick measurements, and explained the differences in types of doors he could get. We made a quick decision and he came back once more before ordering the door to confirm his measurements, which I thought was extremely professional. Bill doesn't do any painting--as he says, he sticks to his strengths and I respect that. I'd rather have a handyman who is up front about what they do best and what they don't do so well so I don't have a poorly done job. Light fixtures: Our previous fixture flickered SO bad, sometimes it wouldn't even turn on at all. Bill replaced both of them and now the kitchen has great lighting. Faucet handle: Our cold faucet handle had come off in our downstairs powder room. I was sure we would need to get a new sink fixture but luckily, Bill was able to fix it! Lights in dining room: The bulb had burned out and when I replaced it, the switch did not activate it. Bill came out and checked it out, checking the fixture and the switch before informing me I needed a new fixture. I picked one out and he came out and installed it the next day. Light in hall: a minor thing but still very appreciated--the hall light at the bottom of my stairs burned out but is about 12' in the air and far out of reach from my 3' step stool. While out working on other things, Bill also changed that light bulb for me. Water Heater: we are currently selling our home and the water heater was not up to code w being double strapped, Bill came out and got it done. Bill is extremely flexible with scheduling and timing. He's been out on a Saturday and during the week. When my husband and I have something for Bill to do, we just leave our key and he works in our home while we are at work. Bill is extremely trust worthy and I have no problem with him being in my home while I am not. I look forward to sharing his name with others who need work done and using his services again in the future.
