One day we noticed a musty smell in our bathroom. Behind the toilet the baseboard was discoloring and rotting out. We called our insurance company and the leak had damaged the wall and floor. The insurance company gave us a list of contractors to call. We called three of them left messages and waited. Well we didn’t have to wait long for Berry Construction. Randy called us back almost immediately....

I highly recommend the Berry Construction team -- they renovated our smaller bathroom and will be doing our master. Excellent customer service, always on the ball, quick to respond...really outstanding teamwork and a pleasure to deal with. Billy went above and beyond helping us source fixtures, tile etc. Hire them....you won't be sorry!

Everything was ordered and shipped to their office so I didn't have to have the vanity and the tub stored in my house. Once they received all the materials they came and started the work. The whole process was very well coordinated and they showed up every day for 11 days straight. They cleaned up at the end of the day. They put down plastic on the flooring to protect it. At the end of the 11 days...

They completely gutted and remodeled our bathroom. We had originally used them to fix some damage after flooding. They did all new lighting, electrical, brand new claw foot tub, tile, drywall, painting, and so much more.

Berry Construction did an amazing job helping us to recover from a major flood caused by a plumbing problem. Randy worked with the insurance company to maximize our claim process. Mike did a great job managing the various crews. Billy helped us to stay within our budget to select fixtures, tile and other essentials. We are very pleased with the results.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Had Randy Berry send in his professional subs to remodel a home we had just purchased. These guys are old-school meticulous. We had our kitchen completely remodeled with new granite counters, upgraded cabinets, wood flooring, a new ceiling with upgraded electrical fixtures and lighting. They installed all new appliances and plumbing. The rest of their work included new flooring and carpeting throughout the entire house, new lighting fixtures as well as new counters and cabinets in the bathrooms. They also knocked out a few walls to open up the house, then they painted everything. Along the way, there are always new issues and ideas that pop up...they handled everything such as a new mantel and fireplace stonework and other little particulars.
