AAll Aspects WaterproofingVery Well. I received an estimate from Jeff Basham of All Aspects three years prior and he was kind enough to honor the price estimate that he had originally provided. I also found them less expensive than several other waterproofing companies that had provided me quotes. The other thing that I would like to point out is that also perform mold remediation. Other water proofing companies who I spoke to told me that I needed to have mold remediation done first (ServPro was recommended), who did not do a good job. I ended up paying for mold remediation that All Aspects still do as part of their service and they did a much more thorough job. The gentlemen who performed the work were courteous, efficient, and went out of their way to be helpful. I highly recommend them.- Robin N.

AAll Aspects WaterproofingRather than write up an expensive work proposal like the other companies had done, instead he told me how I could treat the problem myself. This was a shock to say the least and we really appreciated his honesty which saved us a couple thousand dollars. AMadruga Constructionob went flawlessly. Equipment arrived on site clean and in working order (tractor with gannon box, full blade, then back hoe attachment, 3 to 5 ton vibrating roller, and water trailer with hose and pump). DG and sand tractor/trailers arrived at specified time. (Drivers were experienced and careful around our property). Work performed was exactly as specified on Job Proposal. Contractor Ed Madruga ran into difficulty with sub-terranium rock when excavating for footings, but did not amend his Proposal (upward) to reflect the extended work effort. Quality of work was outstanding. One had the distinct feeling that Ed would have done that kind of work if he were grading property for his own family.Site was left clean and orderly at the end of each day. We were supplied with both his phone number and his email address for concerns, questions, etc.- Patrick M.

ABerry Construction & Restoration, Inc.I'm a single woman who owns my home by myself. Randy and his team were incredibly understanding and professional people. They were with me every step of the way, had my best interests in mind and are passionate about what they do. They worked with my insurance, talking with adjusters both locally and in Missouri to get the needed outcomes. My home actually flooded with raw sewage twice, neither were caused by Berry Construction. The first flood on March 3rd resulted from the original contractor not installing a back flow sewage check valve when the home was built three years ago. The second back up in the first week of April was from toilet paper that had accumulated within the line. After the second back up, Berry recommended a great plumber who correctly resolved the issue. Berry met, what initially seemed to be impossible deadlines without sacrificing quality. My little brother got married on April 23, 2016 and I needed my house ready for guests. Even though some of the initial work Berry did was scrapped due to the second back up, they still met the timeline needed to have my home ready for my little brother’s wedding. Again, this was a nightmare of a sewage situation but Berry Construction did everything right to give me my home back. I highly, highly recommend them to others.- Anne N.

FThey came back with a ridiculous assessment of my foundation that supposedly cost 12000 to fix using unconventional methods. I had three other foundation companies come out and their assessments were all consistent. The repairs I need according to these three other companies are not severe and not expensive unlike sure safe’s attempt to swindle using construction methods that are not even approved by codes. I did not use sure safe.

AOne day we noticed a musty smell in our bathroom. Behind the toilet the baseboard was discoloring and rotting out. We called our insurance company and the leak had damaged the wall and floor. The insurance company gave us a list of contractors to call. We called three of them left messages and waited. Well we didn’t have to wait long for Berry Construction. Randy called us back almost immediately. He was caring, empathetic, professional and explained the whole process from start to finish. We were very happy with Mike, Billy and the entire staff. We had open communication through the whole process, and they did an amazing job making us whole again. ACrew was amazing, and whole process went fairly smoothly. The only negative is that miscommunication early in the process caused the original estimate to be quite a bit less than what the final job ended up costing. Be sure to be very clear in writing about what is/isn't included and you should have a great experience. I'd definitely hire them again, and a neighbor is using them as well.

ABack in March I had a pipe burst in one of my bathrooms that affected my unit and the unit below me. After the restoration process I had trouble looking for a reliable contractor. My friend referred to Orange Team Builders as a trusted, and reliable company. I hired them to repair the damages in my bathroom caused by the pipe burst and I was very happy and satisfied with the outcome of repairs. I had multiple quotes for this job and I chose Simply because their price was reasonable, and they have been around for many years.
