  • After a long time of my wife and I searching for a trusting contractor we made the descision to go with Redkorp Inc, the son of the owner came to our home and was very respectful. He let us express our needs for the project and inputted his ideas as well. They let us feel apart of the project the entire time and did not disregard our needs. The PM kept in contact throughout all of the project and ran things professionally. We are extremely happy with the results of our new master bathroom remodel.

  • Eli and Raquel at SES builders just completed a room addition and the remodeling of other parts at our house. Eli and Raquel designed, planned and ‘made it happen’ a lot more than we could have dreamed of! After the remodeling was completed, we converted our house to from a small dining area, kitchen and family room into a pretty big size kitchen and family space. In addition to that, they also replaced the existing floor that we has with a new hardwood floor thru the entire house, updated all the in-wall shelfs and cabinets and they installed new HVAC and tankless system. The work that was done by them (and without any external contractors) is by far the highest quality of work we thought we can get! Eli was always on top of schedules and he was positive and easygoing with all major decisions that we had to take during the design state and even during the actual remodeling. SES builders were very pleasure people to work with! THANK YOU ELI, RAQUEL and all the involved people. SES builder’s -- you guys are the best!

  • Daniel was hired recently by us to do a major remodeling project for us which involved the replacement of the old flooring, room addition (which we used as additional bedroom for our kids), new and modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We met and interviewed 5 contractors (after we had our blue prints of the new design) and when we met and talked to Daniel, we knew immediately that he is the best fit for our remodeling. Daniel was always reachable by phone, text messages or phone and he always was able to provide us with clear answers, solutions or even improvements to some of our items or colors for the paint. Daniel was very skilled and extremely creative in resolving problems that came up during the actual work and that we didn’t expected them. For example we always wanted to improve our design and Daniel was able to make it even better by providing better ideas to what we wanted. Many of his ideas, for sure saved us some good amount of money and we are very thankful to him. His crew were very skilled, knowledgeable and experienced people who have been with Daniel for a very long time. Overall we give all the people that were involved at our house a huge A++ for getting us thru one big remodeling project with lots of good humor and professionalism. We truly love and in love with our new house.

  • Let me start off by saying , Customer Service is everything to me, working in retail I pay attention to the type of service I receive. Mike from Hico Painting really made in impression on me. From his introduction he was A+ Professional, friendly, on-time, and was all about business. I've had bad experiences before with painting contractors, so I was worried, but Hico Painting really proved me wrong and made me change my outlook. They properly prepared by exterior home, covering anything and taping off anything that might get paint on , and finished my ext without a problem. I was so happy with the outcome, I immediately scheduled him to start on my interior of the home. He is so prepared he had so many color books and color to choose from, he even offered to get me samples to test my colors out before my final decision. After all my remodeling and painting was completed, I was a little sad that there wasn't more to fix up and paint in my home, so I can have MIKE fix that for me.OVERALL A+ Service from the good guys at Hico Painting, and will def be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you millions!

  • Tony is my family?s go to person when it comes to remodeling and construction needs. If you are looking for a quality remodel and don?t want to worry all day about whether they get it right, Tony is your guy. My house did not need a ton of cosmetic changes, so I did not take any before photos, but please take a look at his website/yelp for the possibilities that his team can do. Personally, here is the list of things he handled for us: 1) Painting the inside 2) Painting the outside 3) Drywall Patching and Repair 4) Refinishing the hardwood floors 5) Installing and fixing gutters 6) Repairing the roof 7) Switching to a tankless water heater 8) Retrofitting the foundation to be earthquake compliant. 9) Electrical Repair 10) Carpentry woodworking 11) Change the bathroom vanity and plumbing. I?ve been more than pleased with the job and quality of work exhibited. Aside from my house, I was present when my parents used him for their house?s remodel and the work he did there was amazing. Previously, my family used a shoddy contractor who cut a lot of corners (e.g. putting no water barrier around tubs/showers), but Tony rectified all of that and did things the right way. In fact, when my parent?s gutters were installed and they went through two rainy seasons, they noticed how the gutters could be improved. We told Tony and he fixed it two years later with no charge! This is a man who wants to make sure your stuff is right AND that you are pleased. Aside from the excellent quality of work, Tony has a good sense of design and can give good recommendations on what someone should do. I found that refreshing because other contractors simply want to be told what to do and don?t operate as good soundboard for ideas. Many times, people have a rough idea what they want, but lack the experience and vision to execute. Tony has the experience and design eye to supplement your vision. Tony also wants to make sure you are happy with your place, so this means if you find something wrong or not to your liking, he will find a proper solution. All in all, I?ve been very pleased with Tony?s services. For any large and serious renovation, I will definitely use Tony because I know the work will get done, it will be great and I will be happy. He is someone I will recommend time and time again to everyone who needs a great contractor.

  • So far we have met with Shiko and it has been a great experience none the less. Not only is he very respectful and patience but he's very thorough, he explains everything with much clarity. We went over the first steps prior to beginning the job but I could tell by the way it's gone so far that we made the right choice.

  • After calling 4-5 contractors from Angie's list, it was still very hard to decide which one was the right one. I had read Nexxus' descriptions and I decided to give him a call. He came to my home and gave me an estimate. I was actually deciding between Nexxus and another contractor. The other contractor made me feel very comfortable and I did sign with that contractor. After that contractor decided to change the quality of the windows and doors, I realized that was not the right way to do the business and I decided to cancel that contract. Tony (Nexxus) called me soon after and I still felt skeptical. I asked many questions and I eventually made the decision to hire him primarily because he is #1 on Angie's List. In the beginning, I only wanted to remodel 2 bathrooms, stucco, new construction windows and doors, interior and exterior paint done. But in the end, I saw the way his company worked and decided to have him add new bathroom vanities, new gutters, new driveway and upgrade the electrical from 100 amp to 200 amp. He took us shopping to the tile store and Snider Diamond for 5 hours straight. He had happy face the entire time and did not rush or complain at all. He told me not to buy anything without letting him know. I didn't follow this advice and went to Snider Diamond myself to add a handheld shower to the bathtub. He quickly went over to the store and stopped me. I was about to purchase the wrong item but he went out of his way to drive to the store and stop me in person. Ultimately, I learned many things from this experience. The crew can be good, but the contractor is the most important because when the job is done, a good contractor will take care of you. A bad one will leave you hanging dry. Overall, Tony has a good design sense, he can see the finished product very clearly, the crew is very professional, and the team made sure small details such as outlining what items in the electric panel were for what area of the house were included. The bathrooms, driveway, windows, doors, etc are all awesome and we are happy with the quality and work done. No job is going to be 100% perfect, but if you have the right contractor (Tony), they will make you as happy as can be. Tony is a very responsible person and will get the job done right the first time. If you think hiring a professional such as Tony is expensive, just wait until you hire an amateur and get something you aren't pleased with. This was a long journey that was filled with ups and downs but we are ultimately pleased. Thank you Tony!

  • Over all their team did an exelent job they even cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day so my yard stayed nice and clean.  I really like the fact they covered the plants around my house as they were painting so my prized flowers would not be damaged.  I would  defiantly recommend them to everyone.

  • I am having a new washer/dryer installed in four days.  When I pulled out the old w/d to clean under them I thought it would be nice to paint before the new ones came in.  I noticed the the whole laundry room had started to have small patches that were starting to peel.  When I started to pull at these areas the paint started to come off in sheets due to the last contractors that didn't prep and prime three years ago.  I quickly realized that this would be too big a job for my son and I to take on in the short amount of time we had.
I remembered the great experience we had in 2010 with House Painting Inc, when they painted our badly damaged outside trim, and called them. Mr. James Lee came out at the set time and gave me an estimate and I was pleased that he would be able to do the job the next day (today).  He said his three workers would be here at 8:30am.  They were on site early and started work at exactly 8:30am.  They worked very hard all sitting around watching the paint dry.  Completed work and cleaned up the site at almost 5pm.
The gentlemen were just that, polite and answered questions I had.  I believe they are miracle workers because the room looks better than it has in ages.
I would never hesitate to use Mr James Lee's company House Painting Inc....they are all wonderful.  To the woman who answered my phone call, to Mr. Lee, to the actual workers thank you for a job well done. Now I can't wait to get my new washer & dryer installed and know they will look beautiful against my new walls!
