  I really like the emails for the reminders when they are coming and the email for the receipt after the cleaning is done. I also like that they only charge for how much time they spend not a flat fee. They seem professional and DVD do a nice job.

  Rosas Housecleaning

  Extremely Bad Service. She missed several areas and when I asked her to clean those areas she missed, she got upset. In the evening, I was putting the dishes she "washed" away, they were all still dirty with stains. Even with all this, she asked for more money to clean the spots she missed.

  This is a reliable, professional and affordable house cleaning service. I have been using them for about 4 months, twice a month. The three women who come every other week are wonderful - they do a great job, they are considerate, responsible and kind. I am so grateful to have found this service and will most definitely continue with it. The owner, Maribel, is exceptionally conscientious and frequently checks in to make sure the work done is to my satisfaction. She is super reliable and professional. This is a great company - if you need help with house cleaning, you should really give them a call.

  Eva's Housecleaning

  Eva and her crew cleaned a house we had rented for 4 years, arriving just as our movers were preparing to leave.  Overall they did an excellent job.  My wife, who is particular about cleaning, agreed with this assessment though she did find a few small areas that had been missed.  Nothing major, however, and what was cleaned really looked it.  Indeed, I was asked to find out what products they had used, as neither of us had been able to get the glass shower door and stall looking as good, despite the use of lots of ammonia based products.  Additionally I paid a bit extra to have them return to the house and move our trash to the curb for pick up.  They were good to their word and did so in a punctual manner, even communicating with me after this had been done.  Overall I'd give them an A for service.  The fact that our landlord fully returned my deposit is as good testimony as anything to the quality of their work.

  Nation's Best Carpet Care

  My experience with Nation's Best Carpet Care was wonderful! Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the time I first called them through the whole process. I searched around for carpet cleaners and chose them based on great reviews. They definintely lived up to their great review history. Ben and Dipy arrived within the quoted time frame (and called when they were on their way) and did a great job. Because I had a couple stubborn stains, I called and spoke with Dipy about them the next day. Not only did he return to work on the stains again, but he recleaned two rooms just because he felt that they could be done better - and all for free! I have already referred them and will definitely be using them again.

  Magical Cleaning

  They came out one time before and they didn't do a good job. I should have learned from the first time but i gave them a second chance. When they came out they didn't do the list I left them to do. I called them back to come finish cleaning and they did so that's why I gave them a second chance. The second time they came out they stayed for the whole 4 hours and didn't finish the job. My daughter even said they were chatting and laughing and weren't getting the work done obviously. Through out all of this, she has been cancelling and giving crazy excuses to why she can't make it or why she would be late and the whole process has been very frustrating and ridiculous. She even took the check I left her and I have been in and out of contact with her trying to get the issue resolved the by giving me my money back or even a partial refund. It seems as though she decided not to give my money back so that's why I'm writing this review. I have been with Angie's List for some time and have NEVER been in a situation like this with a Service Provider. I just don't understand how the job COULD NOT get done with TWO people doing the work. I JUST WANT WARN POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS OF HER LACK OF SERVICE.

  Quality Carpet Cleaning Inc

  Appointment window was from 10-1pm on a Saturday.  Fortunately, they finished a previous job early and showed up parked in from of my house at 9:30.  Told them it was okay to start early - they were finished by 10:15!  They did not charge me for "spot treatment" of tough stains, and were the ONLY ones who were able to remove them!  The last two carpet cleaners were unable to do so.  Gilberto (#551) was very helpful and professional.  Will definitely repeat business with them for sure.

  They said the stated price was for four hours and they had two or three people here and the number of people times the time they spent here. Came to another hour or so. So it exceeded what they said with the contract agreement was. They were fine. I would not use them again in the future.

  Master Cleaning Maintenance

  We are repeat customers.  I called Sergio because I had good experience last time for a whole house spring cleaning.  This time, I need a quick cleaning only for the bathrooms and the kitchens.  Sergio was able to accommodate my request with very short notice.  They did a good job given the time pressure they were under and the conditions the house was in (just finished exterior painting, and was half way going through some remodeling etc).  Sergio is a pleasure to work with as before.  The workers were hard working and honest and professional.

  Hello Clean

  The service was excellent. Three ladies came out and it took them about four to five hours to clean everything. I would say they are reliable, professional, and they do an excellent job. I would hire them again.
