  • I think their prices are kind of high, but I could go somewhere else cheaper, but they have good service. They always give you a run down on how your tires look. They're professional, and they hire women there too, so that's a good thing. I usually give the work about an hour, it depends on the day you go and stuff, sometimes it can be a little bit more, but once you get in they can have you out of there in 20 minutes. So sometimes if you hit it right, you're out of there in less than a half hour.

  • If you are  thinking about taking your car here, you should read this review.

I was made to tow my vehicle from this shop after they were unable to fix it. There is actually nothing remarkable about this car. It is a Japanese front wheel drive V6. A number of parts were replaced that didn't need to be replaced in a effort to locate the trouble. Many hours were spent trouble shooting. More than 10 according to Lou. In the end they say it is the ECU but were unwilling to replace it. Lou was acting strange when I was having a conversation about it and I got the feeling he didn't want to work on it anymore. I asked him if that was the case and sure enough he wanted me to tow it away.

One of the things I found very odd was after they started working on it Lou called me to ask me how old the plugs and wires were. I had literally just replaced both. The wires were so shiny and bright it would be hard to miss that they had just been replaced days before.
Lou replaced the plugs anyway which meant removing the intake manifold (several hours of work.)

They have been very polite and honest as have I. I expressed very little dismay upon being told I needed to remove my car and pay for the repairs. That being said I can't believe what is happening. That I have to tow it to another shop to have it fixed after already towing it here  and paying to not have it fixed.

After all of the trouble shooting  Lou said that it was flooding on all of the cylinders because the computer was bad. So I towed it home and removed the ECU which required me disassembling half of my dash. After getting the  serial number off the ECU I proceeded to search for one. A week and numerous hours of research later I called a Mitsubishi dealer and talked to the service department manager. When I told him Lou said it was the ECU because it was flooding on all cylinders he said he had never seen that happen due to an ECU. Flooding on one cylinder due to an ECU happens but never all of them at the same time.

So I towed the car over the hill to the dealer to have them fix it. That's another $150 in tows for a total of $350. This puts my unnecessary tow bill at $250. So they put it in the shop the next day and called me right away. It turns out it was the distributor. This is one of the first things you check when you have an ignition problem and it took them about half an hour.

So I paid about $800 in tows and repairs that didn't benefit me in any way and I find out that what was wrong with my car was incredibly simple. I also tore apart my dash and spent a lot of time looking for a part for a problem that didn't exist. One last thing I discovered was that there was a pretty substantial amount of grease on my brand new floor mat and on the door sill.

I waited a while and thought about all of this and decided to send an email to try to come to some kind of an agreement. It seems reasonable to expect that a business that fails to perform the duties it promises a customer, would agree to refund part, if not nearly all of the money. It's an agreement of trade. I give them something they can use for something I can use. Well they didn't give me anything I could use.

So I sent  the email and they didn't respond.
This review is my response to them not responding.
They could lose more money from this review than
I paid to have them not fix my car.
I would be happy to remove this review if they contact me
and refund a reasonable amount of my money.

    They have my email address.

  • I brought my 2009 Honda Accord in for an oil change and to clear the "TPMS" Signal on the dash board.  What they did was do a vehicle inspection on my car (which included the oil change) but did not due the TPMS work as their computer was down.  That part was ok, if your equipment is down it's down.  As part of the vehicle inspection they rotated the tires (not asked for) they rotated the tires and found a nail in one tire.  They noted the nail and did repair the tire as that was an additional charge.  A fifteen minute job they wanted $40 to repair the tire.  They charged me 260 for the inspection and cannot repair the tire within that charge.  They also found a leak on the power steering box, which was noted and not repaired.  Val Strough also wanted to bleed the brakes and replace the brake fluid because "the car requested it".
The car requested it?  "Was my response".  I never asked for the inspection but I sure did pay for it.  What this was, was an attempt to perform as much work as possible to increase my bill.   This is a shady practice similar to the mechanics on the movie "The Mask".
So in the end I did get an oil change but not the clear the TPMS signal on the dashboard.
I feel used by this dealer and I suggest you do not go there.

  • Took my car to them seven months ago because it was stalling gestating and he diagnosed and got it fixed in a couple of hours. They have a very good diagnostician and execution and completion, and timing.

  • It took him four days to analyze it and it took five months to fix it. He has poor communication. Lack of focus, the car sometimes sat for a week without any forward movement on it at all. Lack of urgency. The original quote was $1500 and it ended up costing $4500. The main reason I took it in was the gauge cluster was not working properly and when I got the car back, it still was not working and I had to take it somewhere else. He wanted to charge me more because the gauge cluster was not included in the estimate. I would not go back and I was not happy.

  • They give really good service. Their prices are very reasonable. It is the cleanest, tidiest place I've ever been for a car repair place. It is just a very nice place to do business with. I highly recommend it. They are real honest and straight forward. They do a really good job. They don't ever charge you for anything you don't want or don't need. They are totally reliable.

  • They are fine. They wash your car too afterwards so that's fine. Although I'm not sure if they're doing it now because we are having a drought so they kind of respond to that. The person who usually deals with you  knows my name because I've had different Toyotas and he's really good. Once I thought I bought wiper blades, like the whole thing that you just put on and they were just selling the rubber part and I didn't have Toyota wiper guide so I couldn't put it on and I asked him if he could and he tried. He said he couldn't put it on because they weren't totally wiper blades so he gave me the price of both to place them. It worked out fine. It was probably a little more than I would have paid but I was able to use it. Otherwise, everything has been fine over there. Their mechanics are really good. They are guaranteed. They meet the standards for Toyota guarantee.

  • He is a very nice man. They used to oil change with tire rotation for the low price but now they're separate so they've changed their pricing on that. I still go to them. I have different cars so I haven't had to go there for oil change but they're good. They charge me $29.95 for oil changes. Sometimes they charge me one for $19.95 but that's from email. I go in for that. I get him to see if tires were building up air pressure and rotate the tires for free so I just go to him. I don't pay extra $10 to get it done there. One time he said one of my belts needed to be replaced. He was trying to tell me where it's been frayed or something was the matter and I just couldn't see it. I trust him. A lot of oil change places say there are lots of things wrong with your car but it seemed like he knew what he was doing and it probably needed replacing so I went with that. Nothing bad happened. It was not that expensive either so that was good.

  • They're great and really reasonable. I went to other companies because of their super tire deals and his normal prices are what their lowest prices are. He also does tire rotation for free anytime I come in but sometimes it takes a little while to get that because he have to get his stuff first. He's a very nice man and he's very good with communicating and most of his customers speak Spanish and he's very good both. If things get things fuzzy there in stuff and you know or not. If I don't call in advance I just end up waiting till they have a spot. He tells me how much time it's gonna be and almost it always ends up exactly what he said.

  • They were punctual and very attentive.  They asked if I had any questions after driving my car for 3 months.
I bought my car here.   Outstanding care given to my needs.   In planning what I needed, they were very helpful and gave me good advice when discussing what I should or should not have added to my car.   Great buy.  I love it.   I got a new Nissan Altima.  I have the adjustable seat with lumbar support, adjustable steering wheel, (I'm 4ft. 11 in.) which allows me to bend my knee for the first time ever in a car when I have my leg/foot on the gas.  I have the warning system to let me know if there is a vehicle in my blind spot.   There are so many more wonderful things about the car and the service I received.   Try it out.
