They are meticulous in their cleaning. And they make sure to follow any special instructions I give. Trustworthy - They once found my husband's wedding band and another time my earring - Both items were returned to us, we didn't even tell them we were missing them or to be on the lookout for them. I also appreciate that I get a reminder a day before that I am scheduled with them for cleaning. Dover priced. When vacuuming or sweeping they do not get along edges of furniture or hearth. They do very minimal, can not be bothered to move things or pick things up and throw away. ( ie: Christmas bow left on floor under table)

DEdith came to our newly purchased house, I showed her around the vacant house and discussed the work we wanted done. She gave me a quote of $433, with $120 of that being specifically to do the windows inside and out. After a few hours they promised to be back the following day to finish the outside of the windows. I paid them in full and then it took Victor over a week to come do a lousy job on the windows. (I seen him outside but after looking at the work I dont really know what he was doing) He clearly did not remove any of the screens. I still see spider webs and dead flies between the screens and windows. I spoke with Edith and got a lame excuse about hard water stains? NEVER pay a company for the work before its complete. I should have known better. I suggest you use a different company. Edith and Victor: the outside of my windows are still dirty if you'd like to come by and make this right. - Megan

FI am using Angieslist for the first time for this. I put out my original request with basic information about what I need. That I live in a condo, on the 3rd floor of a 3 story building, and that my washer/dryer is in a closet in the unit. The owner immediately called me and gave me a quote of $130. I said that works for me. The appointment was for 9AM today. The technician did arrive on time. I took him to the dryer and he said that he couldn't really do the job alone. That the dryer vents to the roof and that a crew of 2 would be required and I would need to get permission from the HOA to allow them to get on the roof. I mentioned that all this would cost much more than the original estimate provided and he confirmed that. I asked him to leave. In the original conversation with the owner, although I did provide the basic information about my situation here, he asked no questions about the building, made no mention of my HOA, did not say that it would require more than one worker to do this. If he had, I'm sure his quote would have been more realistic and, if I accepted the quote, I would have had time to work with my HOA about roof access. As far as I'm concerned this is a classic bait and switch situation, and exactly the kind of situation I went to Angieslist to AVOID. Obviously, this was not a good first experience with this company or Angieslist.
