ASOD Home GroupWe highly recommend SOD Home Group for any large construction project. After finishing my excellent research about them, we hired them to make some significantly large repairs to our home. Oren was very up front about what needed to be done, and he listened to our concerns and ideas of what we need and want and then came up with a super detailed plan of what needed to be done. We found Oren as a very honest, professional, easy to work with person, competent, and extremely knowledgeable about his trades. Oren was present and working with his teams almost all the time they were present. Oren always answered his phone right away whenever we had questions (and believe us we had so many questions and comments). Our repairs and construction job required expertise in many aspects of construction at our home. From framing, waterproofing, stucco, structural repairs, tile work, drywall painting etc. all of which got done in a great and timely manner. We do a lot of our own repairs , and have had many contractors doing projects too, but we found SOD Home Group to be by far the best construction company we have ever seen or worked with. Their prices are fair, their work is excellent, on time, clean and the quality is fantastic. Oren is knowledgeable about whatever he is working on and always kept me updated on whatever aspect of the job he was working on. A wonderful person to work with. If you want a job completed with no stress and the assurance you are getting it done right, then we feel strongly that SOD Home Group is the one to call.- Pavan K.

ASOD Home GroupWe had such a positive experience with SOD Home Group, especially in working with Oren that we feel the need to write a review in case if someone else out there is searching for the same type of work on their home or even just a good construction company/contractor to work with. Prior to SOD Home Group, we worked with another contractor who not only didn’t deliver but took off with our money. We then contacted other contractors hoping they can do the job or recommend someone who is reliable to do the work, but it turns out they can only perform smaller projects. We decided to just give up on our vision of having a complete remodeling project of our home all together since it was too difficult to find someone who could take on the job and be trustworthy. But every time we looked at the wall it bothered us, I know first world problems, so we gave it one last shot. We sent a request out to multiple construction companies and SOD Home Group was one of the few who responded. When Oren came for the initial consultation, he was very well prepared, knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of details on what was involved (permits, inspections, cost, etc) so we knew we would move forward with SOD Home Group because of him. Long story short, we couldn’t be happier to have worked with him. He was very proactive and transparent throughout the entire process, updating us on timelines and of any delays. The best part of all is that any concerns we had or imperfection that we pointed out, he happily addressed them and got them corrected until we were happy with the results. Overall, the experience was impressive and we couldn’t be happier. For any future projects on home, SOD Home Group would definitely be our go to. Thanks SOD Home Group and Oren! AEverlast ConstructionAriel has been a dream to work with. We had to fire our last contractor as he was just too slow! Ariel came in and did a HUGE remodel in three months. This included: bathrooms, painting interior exterior, foundation work around the entire house, pavers, pool, outdoor kitchen, flooring, etc After feeling like we had the right team on our hands, we hired them again for a kitchen remodel! The kitchen included demoing of a wall, moving the sink from the wall to the island, whole new design! a ton of electrical and plumbing work,countertop, backsplash, etc. The beauty about Ariel is that not only does he do quality work, you can actually get a hold of him- and within hours! If you've ever or never done a construction job on your home, communication is one of the biggest areas that people complain the most about. Ariel is upfront, responsive, and dependable- and very reasonable financially. He's also pretty creative and solution oriented. We had a Ariel made me feel valued as a customer as well, which, you just don't really get in this industry. It's a relief to finally treat someone with kindness and get it in return! All in all, we wouldn't think twice about going with another contractor for our home remodeling needs. ASOD Home GroupWe were so fortunate to find SOD home group to redesign our house. It has been a while since we did any remodeling or updates. Oren was attentive to each and every detail during the work. The type of materials, the paint of the walls, the combination of the cabinets and more and more… were picked up one by one to deliver us a ‘look like new‘ home. The whole coordination of who will work and when, what will they do daily, weekly and monthly – was managed by Oren. The office staff always made sure that the schedule and perfection are the top priority and they kept informing us regarding each and every step of the work. We cannot thank all the people who did the work and manage to complete it on time even though we are in a middle of a pandemic. ABernardos fencingI had 6 other fence companies come and give me estimates. Bernardo Jr was the last one and he made a GREAT impression on my mom who was home to see all the fence companies. He is the only one who came back to the door and explained the estimate to my mom. He was kind and courteous and very respectable to the social distancing. His Foreman and crew came on the day and did the work and were finished the same afternoon. They were the only company that told us we didnt have to move anything away or trim the tree that was in t heir way. They took care of everything and cleaned up at the end. We are very satisfied with the job and crew and especially Bernardo Jr. We will use them again for any future fence job and highly reccomend his company for the service. ADreamprint Home Remodeling, Inc.After calling around to a few different places we chose Dreamprint Remodeling to do a big remodeling project for our new home that included bathroom remodeling, living room remodeling, fence and many other small projects. This review is for Mendy and his team who have done a fantastic job right from the beginning till the end. Our remodeling projects were done using permits which involved several city inspections. Not even once the inspection officer raised any concern/question and the whole process went really smooth. Mendy was super responsive and made sure everything was done using superior quality materials. He went with us to different stores to help us pick the right tiles and materials for the bathroom. We could see he has a very artistic sense and his suggestions really helped us select the right combination of colors. His team has very experienced, knowledgable and trustworthy group of people. They would clean up the house everyday after work and always took precautionary measures for covid-19 which made us feel really comfortable throughout the project. AThis company had a lot of professionalism and was very quick to get back to me. I submitted a quote request from them and they got back to me the same day. I got an appointment with a salesman right away and got a quote the next day. They kept me posted and up to date on when I would get scheduled. Once they came out to start my job they got it done it two days and my fence looks amazing!! Will be sharing there info with my neighbors so they can also get there fences done.

FBlack Diamond Pavers promised high quality work and a team of skilled employees to perform the work. I hired them and paid a premium based on their promises of premium work. The crew that black diamond sent to my house was a random crew of scab workers that changed daily and were not employed by black diamond. I was promised by black diamond that my front yard calstone paver walkways and porch would be competed in 3 days. In reality, the project took over 30 days and the work was the worst I have ever seen. The unprofessional crew spent a month in my front yard chain smoking cigarettes and dropping their cigarette butts all over my yard, with no foreman on-site and zero guidance or direction. The workers left my yard piles of trash amd garbage stuffed in corners every day. They literally caused more damage to my property and made more mistakes than I could explain in this brief review. It has now been 3 months since the project began and the landscape lights and transformer are still not hooked up. I also have low spots in the pavers where water pools every time it rains or anytime I turn the hose on - this is from improper preparation and poor compaction beneath the paver stones. Black diamond does not employ their own crews of workers. What they do is double the actual costs of the project (based on the promise of excellent workmanship) and they send a crew of random Home Depot parking lot workers, whom they pay less than market rate for their work. I saw so many different workers throughout the job, likely due to these being day laborers from the Home Depot parking lot. Most of the guys would show up in old trucks that had other business names on the side (not Black Diamond)- “affordable hauling”, lawn care, etc. I got scammed by black diamond, don't make the same mistake. I will be forced to take them to court in order to recoup money so that I may have my pavers installed by a legitimate contractor.

ACalPreserving was the total deal! I didn't know what all we needed and all the serves Iooked at seemed to offer only a piece of the puzzle, such as just power washing, or construction, or staining. This group did it all. The initial visit to assess the issues was informative and helpful. We could see our choices. They offered sound advice and looked at ways to save us money where it was possible. We ended up replacing about half the boards on the oldest deck. The finished product on both decks looks amazing -- like new. The workmen were thoughtful, knowledgeable, hard working, and polite. I was impressed that they even followed up with tips on maintaining the decks for years to come. I will definitely have them back every couple of years just to check on the decks and preserve the investments we have made in them. My highest recommendation.

AWe worked with Brother & Brother for a full downstairs remodel including rebuilding a bathroom. Daniel, our project manager, is so responsive, always available by email/ phone/ text to discuss things that would come up. We kicked off our project right when COVID-19 shut downs started and so it took a long time for the city to approve our plans, but Daniel was resilient and checked in frequently throughout the process. Once we did get started on the work, we were so happy working with Daniel and Byron, our foreman. Byron and his team were diligent, detailed and true problem solvers. Proposing solutions or nuances that we hadn’t previously anticipated. Further, the crew was timely, respectful, very diligent about COVID regulations, and making sure the entire work area was clean every single day. We anticipated not having access to a whole floor in our home would be a hassle but ultimately it was a minor inconvenience thanks to all of the team’s efforts. Ultimately we have been so happy with the work done by Brother & Brother - and we recently hired them for another project in our home and can’t wait to get started!
