ASiu, Dr. ArthurDr. Siu has been my eye doctor for seventeen years or more now. He is very mild mannered and lets me feel comfortable. He breaks down everything he is doing, so I understand everything that is necessary. The staff at the desk is very pleasant. Dr. Siu is very personable. I think he has two offices one in Antioch and one in Oakland, and the Antioch office that I go to has a very nice environment.- GERALDINE W.
