    Golden State Ice Cream
This is the best place EVER. The best ice creme any where and it is reasonably priced. If you have to wait in line, do what, don't be a cry baby. The wait is worth it.

    SANDWICH PANTRY
Had the Backstabber + lettuces & tomatoes. Nico and Chase both were very energetic and accommodating. I can never make up my mind about ingredients so accepting their recommendations was crucial. I was starving and ate the entire sandwich washed down with their Ike's flavored sodas! Try the Lemon,Berry, Acai one! SO GOOD!

    SANDWICH PANTRY
This was my first time here and I heard good reviews from people who have eaten here in the Bay Area. The sandwiches were really good! It's a big portioned sandwich and I could only finish half of it. I got the turkey, pesto, tomato, lettuce, and provolone sandwich. One of my favorites.

    EXTREME PIZZA
My wife likes K Sandwiches and I don't much care for it, but we went there anyway. I looked over and noticed the $5 pizza special. I figured I'd give it a try. Came away pleasantly surprised. Think a better version of Little Caesars, but you're supporting a local business. This ticked all the marks for what I was looking for.

    Kitchit, Inc.
The chef arrived about an hour before dinner and started working in the kitchen while we hung out in the living room. Michael, our chef, works full time at a well known restaurant and told us that he works for Kitchit on off days because he likes the flexibility and can spend more time with his children.  While we waited for one more guest to arrive, we had toasted acme baguette with some divine butter. (This comes with the $39 meal, but they also have other add ons like cheese platters and things to munch on). I don't know what they do to the butter, but it was seasoned with some herbs and it was addictive. I had to remind myself to stop. When our last guest showed up, we sat down for our tomato and burrata caprese salad. You can't go wrong with seasonal heirloom tomatoes and burrata, so this was a home run.  The chicken for our main was delicious. Was worried it would be dry because it was chicken breast. I don't cook chicken breast at home for that reason, but this was definitely tender and juicy! Dessert was 2 profiteroles per person which was amazing. As good as profiteroles from a bakery. We had one little toddler, so we got her a kids meal. This was grilled cheese and tomato soup, and WOW, I was delighted by that too. (She liked it just fine, but couldn't finish it), but this was probably the absolute best grilled cheese I've ever had, which is testament to our chef and the ingredients. The baby had one chocolate chip cookie and the 4 adults split the last cookie. It was chewy and amazing.  Chef Mike cleaned up the kitchen, and all of our plates but left us with our wine glasses (no one can tear me away from my wine). Super successful, and at the price, something I wouldn't mind repeating, for similar more casual evenings or something fancier.
