AMinted MaidsIt went well. They even moved the toaster and cleaned behind the refrigerator, I forgot all about those places. When we did the “walk-through” at the end, I was told that they even disinfected all of the doorhandles, light switches and heavy “hand-traffic” areas in my home. That made me feel sanitary and protected for some reason. I definitely recommend them, they were so thorough. PS, did I mention the booties, they actually wore booties. Minted Maids was super fast to respond to my inquiries, and provided surprisingly reasonable and competitive rates (especially given my short timeline). They arrived on time and were extremely professional and thorough! The place was absolutely spotless when they left, and you’d never be able to tell that small children and their trusted canine companion had run a muck on the premises For the past few years. My only regret is that I’m moving out of the area and can’t engage them for regular continued services! Would absolutely use again, and would not hesitate to recommend. ARobbie's Carpet CareThe entire experience with Robbie was one I would happily repeat on an semi-annual or annual basis. His use of environmentally safe, kid-and pet-friendly detergents with a lower-water-using “dry” machine (that is remarkably quiet in comparison to most units other professionals use) with a minimal footprint was perfect for our office, and the whole process resulted in less disturbance than the noise produced by folks at local bars restaurants across the river! Because Robbie uses a “dry” machine, the rugs felt only slightly damp when he was finished, and with our windows open, they’re already starting to feel even less so. I didn’t quite believe him when he estimated 2-3 hours drying time, but I’ll be darned — he’s probably right!!! And aside from the fantastic job Robbie did of getting every single stain out — even the small ones at the very edges of our rugs — Robbie himself is a consummate professional with warmth and good humor, and he makes refreshingly economical use of everyone’s time, space, and resources. So how did it go? I’m pleased to say that I think we’ve found our go-to carpet cleaner. His fantastic service and affordable prices can’t be beat! I would recommend Robbie’s services to anyone with great enthusiasm and without any reservation whatsoever.- Frederic C.

AAvelino & Wife came out this morning to clean my carpets. They were very thorough and went above and beyond their service. In addition, they showed me areas of concern with my carpet, and how much the stairs needed attention. I never realize how much physical labor it takes to do this type of work so I feel the price was warranted. Would I use them again? Of course, I would specifically ask for them... they're professional and very attentive.

AMr. De Leon's staff arranged to do the job earlier than scheduled due to expected inclement weather. When I arrived home from work Mr. De Leon had already started cleaning the gutters. He unclogged one of the downspouts then finished the job in an expeditious manner and cleaned all dirt that had fallen to the ground. Very professional.

AI couldn't be happier with the service that I got from RestoreX at every point in the process and highly recommend them! They were professional, honest, and cleaned up after themselves! We had a bad water leak under the kitchen floor, the connection on one of the pipes that had been replaced 5 years earlier had failed and the water from the kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine was all accumulating under the kitchen floor. I called RestoreX on a Wednesday at about 4:45pm, they asked for the approximate square footage of the area which I gave them and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They sent a service manager out first thing Thursday morning and he established the damage had gone all the way under the dining room floor. He said they'd be out first thing on Friday to do the work, which they did. On Thursday afternoon they sent me a quote that was within the range they had quoted me over the phone even though the area was larger. The work was completed in about two hours and there was no mess left even though they had to take out all the mud under the floor (the water had luckily dried up because we weren't using the appliances). They left a big fan on the outside of the house attached to the duct in the kitchen until the following Wednesday to dry it up and sealed all the vents around the house. The duct collapsed over the weekend, but when I called on Sunday, someone answered and said they'd be out in the morning to fix it, which they did. Fantastic service, thank you RestoreX!
