    Consolidated Credit Counseling Services, Inc.
    I am satisfied with their services. They charge me $32 a month. The problem was the information supplied to the company didn't have Shell Oil which is going through City Bank for use of their collection services. They called this morning at 8:17 and the woman had a strong Philippine accent so I think I'm talking to the Philippines. She wanted my social security number and of course as everybody knows you don't give your social security number over the telephone to anybody unless you call them, they don't call you. I called Consolidated Credit to find out why they were calling me and they said they had the information and they had agreed to the arbitration, but the last digits of my social security number were different on what I gave to Consolidated to what they had. That gave a bad taste to my mouth. They are the Shell Oil/City Bank collector and they are accepting the payment through Consolidated Credit. I've been in business a long time for them to call at 8:15 from the Philippines or whatever over something, and they've got the material from Consolidated. They know who I am and they know what's going on, and they are accepting payments so they call at 8:15 in the morning and want my social security number. They didn't get the reception they expected; I had to have Consolidated call and then I called them back. When you call a number, you get in to people. I got a phone number and somebody was supposed to be in the consumer division and he said any time there is a problem, I should just get in contact. I am paying $32 a month to Consolidated Credit and he said if there is ever any problem, they will turn right around. They gave me a full listing of the different credits that they are handling through for me and emailed it to me so I can look at it. They are very responsive. When I get the right number, I get right in there and the rest is business. He called right back. They are very professional. I am going to continue using them until these debts are paid. I am paying them $461 a month to handle so much credit for me. Part of my retirement account went away and I found myself in financial problem so they are handling it for me.

    took 2 days,worker did not know how to operate boom truck,crushed 1 fixture,they found a problem with an underground cable.They fixed that for $144.00.They then sent me a bill for $1458.44.When I called on it,Larry said the $700.00 quote was "labor only"This was not what we agreed upon,we had a verbal agreement for $700.00 for the job.I paid him $884.18 at which point we were done.   He then filed on my wife and I in small claims for $564.00,he has been turned over to the state contractors board,and issued an official letter of reprimand. This is a very un trustworthy and unscrupulous outfit.At the very least if you deal with them DO NOT take their word,GET IT IN WRITING.   Steve

    I called them in the morning 10/31/2011. I told them what it was doing , and , that I suspected the bulb was bad (had happened a few years ago). The person on the phone acknoledged that that could be the problem, varified that they had a bulb in stock, and told me that they could be to our house between 11 and 2. He quoted me a price for the bulb and the service call. A tech showed up about 1:30, installed the bulb and presented me a bill for exactly what they had quoted. The TV works great!!

    First I must say this is the best water and the best company I have ever had the pleasure to do business with!
    I believe the water is rated #1 in the western states and rated 3rd. in the nation!
    Their phone staff is excellent and friendly.
    The delivery drivers are tops! (maybe even over the top!)
    It is very convenient to have them come to my home!

    I cannot begin to tell you how excellent the taste of the water is...It has honestly changed my health. I never thought there was a difference with water.
    (Water is water...Right?) NO!!!

    Since starting this delivery service, (It has been a few years now.) I want to drink more water and in doing so, I stay hydrated.
    My skin is no longer dry and flaky. I feel better by drinking water that is not filled with chemicals, or chlorine, etc. and it is better for my body and over all health!
    Being a diabetic it is vital I stay hydrated and keep my kidneys flushed, and water is the best fluid to use.

    The taste difference is noticeable.
    I was having to reduce my budget and tried going to a filtering system, (with a carbon filter/pitcher).
    I could hardly stand to drink it on a daily basis. When compared to the Mt. Shasta Spring Water, there is a very big difference.
    So I figured if I wanted to stay healthy and continue to drink more water, I better cut corners elsewhere. And so I will continue my association with this company and be healthier for it!
    They truly are the best all around. (service as well as product)
    This water cannot be beat! I challenge anyone to prove me wrong!
    Try it and you'll'll be convinced the first 5 gallons you try!

    My phone is an older phone so I was prepared to be pressured into buying a new phone. Not so. Instead Jim took my phone apart, explaning that cell phones need to be turned off at least once a week in order to get new cell tower or program upgrades from AT&T. Then in the course of our talking I mentioned that my headset had died. I was not prepared to spend any money to purchase a new one. But he asked if I bought it there. I had, he looked it up and said that accessories bought there from NorCal Wireless came with a lifetime warranty. I about fell off of my chair. I RAN quickly out to my car, grabbed the dead headset, gave to him, and he replaced it on the spot. No charge. At my request, he went over my cellular plan, checked on DSL service to our home, bundling, etc. and all was fine. I qualified for a new phone and the extension of my contract, but I explained I was happy with my old technology phone. I was so pleased with the service that I received that I called the owner, whose name I found on my receipt, and told him about the excellent service I received. I would highly recommend NorCal Wireless and Jim Lybarger in particular for great and friendly customer service!!

    Very good expierence - nice managers who signed me up after hours and opened their office for me to do so. I paid a pro rate for the month and then I get next month free. i wont have a payment until October 1st. It was clean and secure and very professionaly ran.

    I prorated in for the month and received my second month free. I couldn't get there until 7:00 pm and the onsite Managers opened their office to sign me up, they were very nice and accomodating. The facility is nice and clean and very secure. We came back today to unload our uHaul and the manager brought us out bottles of water, it was 101 degrees today! I am from the city and it was refreshing to meet such friendly people. I highly recommend this storage facility
