I have filed a complaint with the CSLB regarding the business operations of Casperson Demolition, with the BBB, and will be seeking further action legally. I have submitted photos and documentation of his team not completing the project as agreed upon. This contractor came in at a lower price than others, but I now understand that the only reason he was cheaper, was because he does not properly dispose of the toxic materials – he buries it all illegally. Dylan decided to not only lie about hauling all the concrete away (which he buried in the last 3 feet from finish grade), but he has also blocked all my phone numbers, social media accounts, and emails when trying to get him to respond to my complaints about this matter. For the last year, I have done everything I can to reason with Dylan about what he has done, but he has continuously lied about coming back to my property to fix the issues he has created and has now completely ignored me and my family. We are now required to pay an additional $14,000 to dig back up this simple project (because he was trying to save a few bucks on proper disposal fees), have the concrete hauled away to an approved disposal facility, have it re-backfilled, re-compaction (again, but properly this time), and finalized by another company. With the concrete being in the top 3 feet of finish grade, our landscape has literally sunken into the ground because of his team failing to complete a proper compaction. We are unable to even let our dog go onto the pool area, because he has already broken his leg running through the grass, as it gave way once already. This owner talks a fast game, and a lot about his competitors - but after further research and speaking with other contractors I can see that he has had issues in the past with other projects of similar matter that have needed to be fixed by his competitors. I do not recommend this company to anyone, for any type of work. I would be more than happy to speak with anybody on the reasons above and why.

I could not have asked for better service. Dylan is #1 in my book and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs demolition work. He was not just on time, but early. He is thorough and cleans up after the job is done. There was not a speck of dirt on our driveway when he was done cleaning up. He is a hard worker, polite, nice and just all around a great person to hire for your work. Prices were comparable, but his service was beyond compare.

Although the entire work performed was costly but I am totally satisfied with the work performed. It gave me a great deal of a peace of mind having my property built on a slap concrete. I am indeed pleased to have been introduced to such a reliable and competent company and would not hesitate to use them when ever a plumbing problem arise. I Would definitely recommend Rooter Alert Plumbing. ( Make sure to Ask for Dana personally to attend complex plumbing jobs)

We definitely would not recommend A-Plus. They remodeled our kitchen and bath, but didn’t stand behind their agreement or workmanship. Whenever they ran into difficulties with the job, they demanded more money. When the contract specified soft close drawers they only put them in half of the drawers. There were flaws in the design that they created. When we called for assistance, Alex wouldn’t even take our calls.

I had done quite a bit of research before contacting Falkon Construction. I appreciated that he is licensed and had good Angie's List reviews and BBB history. From the first interaction with the owner, Val, we were pleased. When he came out to assess the project he was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He made a number of suggestions that we incorporated. He provided a proposal within about a week, which was thorough and detailed. He was able to start within about 3 weeks, but due to some family health issues on our end, we had to push the date out further. Val was very accommodating. Once the job started, Val was here for key dates, but otherwise his foreman, Charlie, was in charge. Charlie was a great guy and really cared about the quality of work and that we were happy. There were a couple little things that came up during the job for which we needed to make adjustments (as there always are) and Charlie was great with solutions and options. The end result for both the wall and driveway was excellent and finished on time and within budget. I will say that this firm may not be the least expensive, however, they do things right. The reinforcement materials and construction practices and methodologies will ensure that this fairly significant investment will last a very long time. If you get multiple quotes from other providers, be sure you understand the approach each firm will take so you're comparing apples to apples. This company is worth the money!

Larry and his son and staff were professional, fast, and did awesome work. The job may have been small by some standards but it's my "little strip of heaven," and they understood this. When we had some questions about the sprinkler operation after the job was completed, they came back and made adjustments. This company is definitely customer focused. We will definitely be calling them again to tackle the bigger jobs in the front yard.

Larry Bounds came out and took measurements and discussed my requirements.  I received a estimate from them but then they did not respond to either phone calls or emails. After repeated e-mails and phone calls (which go to fast busy), I was told that they were too busy to perform the work. I asked for my deposit back and heard nothing. I asked Angie's List to help and they did nothing, saying that it was past the 30 day grace period. I am out $999. I just want my money back since no work was performed.

The estimated cost of service was about $12,000. They were to the point. They dated it so I understood what they were going to do. They weren’t bothered me putting them off a year to getting any work done. It is more than I expected but that is about what foundation repair costs. They were very professional.

It went unbelievably smooth. Omer the project manager and designer, was extremely helpful. I felt like I was his only priority. He made the hardest stage of my project so easy. I have actually gained a friend from the process that we went through and him making it so enjoyable. There was not a single struggle even in the inevitable unforeseen obstacles. He made them dissolve.

Fred Karami and his crew did an outstanding job! They were on time, professional and kept a clean work area even as they jackhammered my garage floor area to dig a trench to connect to the drainage system. I had initially received four different estimates from various plumbing companies and Patriot Plumbing was not only the best overall price, but Fred also explained what needed to be done and how he would find and create the link to the drain system. This is the first time I have had to hire a contractor, so I asked a ton of questions; Fred answered each one and made me feel comfortable with my decision to hire Patriot Plumbing. He was even grilled by two of my friends during the initial consultation and estimate. My entire family (who are all from the east coast) heard about all my summaries of each plumbing contractor, and they all voted that I should hire Fred and Patriot Plumbing!
I had originally expected much more of my garage floor would need to be dug up, but I was pleasantly surprised to see only a small amount needed to be dug and now my washing machine sits on top of this area, so it's not even visible. Fred did an amazing concrete job as well. They needed to come back per the city inspector to install a 3' bollard post in between the washer and dryer, which required them to dig another small patch in the garage floor to install the post. I already know of some additional plumbing work that needs to be done in my new home and I won't hesitate to call Patriot Plumbing and Fred to come back!
