    I live in Anaheim and I purposely drive to Long Beach to get my car serviced there because they're really good there. The recall was on a warranty. I think the service was like $80.

    Needed a good ac repair for my move in a few month to texas, less i suffocate from the heat on the way there. Very friendly and fair people. Left my car for AC inspection and received an exact quote with a repair time frame. Once service was finished they automatically knocked down the final price as less materials were needed in the repairs. Definitely recommended.

    I think it's very good.  I don't have any problems with it. They have a pickup service, they drop you off at your residence or business or wherever, and then they come and pick you up.  I think it's great.

    I have the best mechanic in the world! Robert Junior is his name. He is wonderful. He is honest to the core. They are very good. I have used them for three to four times. They are always great. They have amazing, good prices.

    The repair went fine but the service in the dealership is terrible. I was notified that the service would take about 3 hours. My first question was if they have wifi so I could do work while I wait being that I would need to meet there schedule when they where available I would need to have Internet access. They assured me yes. I brought my car to the service went to the waiting room tried to connect to the Internet and it would not connect. I asked the front receptionist what the wifi password was and she said there is t one needed and walked away. Tried to connect again and again it didn't work. I walked out to the receptionist again to ask and she said its working fine and she can't help me. I asked a few other people in the waiting room if they could connect and they all said no. I then walked out front to the show room. Had a salesman ask if he could help me he was looking to sell me a can. I asked him if he knew the wifi password he said no and walked away. As he walked away I asked for a manager. He said yea he is in the building somewhere and then he left for lunch. This dealer is terrible do not use them. I love Chevrolet but this dealer has the worst customer service I have ever seen.

    They specialize in Porche, BMW and Mercedes. Their shop is meticulous and it is usually cleaner than my house. It doesn't look like cars are repaired there. I have been there 8 to 10 times over the 10 years I have my car. They generally do not do any work until it needs to be done. They charge 135$ an hour for oil change. The co-owner is always there to talk to me when I stop there to discuss about any concerns I have.

    I just picked up my track yesterday. It just started off with an oil change and when they checked, they found some other stuff. The radiator was leaking. Its excellent service. I don't have a problem with them. I've been using them since 2006.

    There is a crack in cylinder head, so they replace it and put it back together in two days. I was provided with a car free of charge while they are working on my car and that is a big plus for me. They put everything together without any defect. My car is running like brand new, no leak or weird noise in the engine until now. 5 star for them and highly recommended.

    After the terrible experiences my daughter had with this place, I wouldn't trust them with a MODEL car.  It took them three attempts (and as many visits) to correct an air conditioning problem.  Not only that but their attitude is terrible.  They have obviously forgotten who keeps them in business.  Not once did they meet any of their promises with regard to when the car would be ready.  Not only that, my daughter had to call them numerous time to check on the status of her car.  The final straw was when she dropped her car off on Thursday 7/31/2014 for the recurring AC problem and she was told it'd be done no later than the following day.  Her car was finally ready to be picked up on Wednesday 8/5/2014 (the excuse was, they had to wait for a part).  And, once again my daughter had to call the shop to find out her car was ready to be picked up.  Needless to say, we'll never go back.  How this place stays in business is beyond me.

    Went in and told them to put new brakes on all the way around and also thought my rotors were scared. Pre authorized all work reguardless of cost. When I returned brakes worked perfect and they didn't replace them. Said they just needed to be cleaned / dusted off. They could have taken me for over a $1,000 for all the work but they were honest and that to me is priceless! Love these guys!
