Nothin22it Handyman Service Patrick Joseph Maloney
Everything went well. Patrick was able to finish everything the proper way in two days. He had all of the necessary tools including clean up. So when he left, the job wasn't just done......it was done, clean and professional.

    MASTERCRAFT CUSTOM INTERIORS
Scott provided me with some very important advice & useful information for continuing my search for a painter. He called me back promptly, was very pleasant, professional & extremely helpful. Unfortunately, my location was the reason we didn't work together.

    SOD Builders
We checked at least 3 other contractors before selecting Gal and his team at Luxcess Home by SOD Builders. We remodeled three bathrooms and kitchen on top of additional miscellaneous tasks around our house. Gal took us through the entire remodeling process and he also provided us with a detailed and accurate quote including all the time scheduling. He put up the expected modifications along the way and helped us with the whole process from the design stage to the selecting finishes hardware. We are happy with the results and we are planning on hiring him and his team to remodel other parts at our house soon.

    SOD Builders
We loved working with Luxcess Home by SOD Builders team and we really appreciate everything they did for us! Our recent remodeling project with them was to remodel the master bedroom and the kitchen. From the beginning of the work, our communication with them was very good, straight forward and clear with no hidden things, which was exactly what we were hoping to find in the company that we should hire mainly after some bad experience that we had in the past with other contractors. We had our own ideas and visions that in general they were no more than a guidelines of what we want to do. On top of our vision and ideas we were very open to hear and see any good and better ideas to enhance the remodeling project and STILL to stay within the budget. We were able to adopt many of the ideas and improvements that Ehud was able to give us and at the end all of that made our remodeling much better than we thought we could have. One of the coolest things that we did was to add a smart home features (such as switch lights and outlets) that we can control and monitor from our phones and tablets. For us, a good contractor is measured by the way he complete his remodeling job and we are very happy and satisfied with the work Luxcess Home by SOD Builders did for us! We highly recommend them and we will use them for future work.

    Jerry's Painting
Jeremy and his crew are artisans!   Our house looks brand new.
He was fastest among three painters contacted with giving a quote and always responded promptly when we needed to talk to
    him.
Any glitches from the paint job were fixed almost immediately. The crew patiently also changed a job inside when we realized that we had picked one color wrong, and they simply picked up a new color the next morning.
I recommend him to anyone in heartbeat!

    Larson Bros Painting
The experience with Larson Brothers Painting begins with professionalism from the start. Sam Larson, the other brother in Larson Brothers, came out to my house to look at the project. He was right on time and even called when he was about 15 minutes from the house to let me know he was close (it really is the small things that matter sometimes). Sam was friendly, easy to talk to, understood the scope of the project quickly, and provided advice as to how the project would go. All the measurements for the project were captured on a tablet, which was nice. He was able to turn around an  estimate within 24 hours that was emailed to me on their electronic form. The estimate clearly outlined the scope of the project and cost. We exchanged a couple of emails regarding options and Sam was responsive within hours of all emails. We agreed on the contract and set a date for the project.
About a week later, I got a call from John Oniell, one of the Larson Brothers project managers. He explained that he would oversee my project and be with me every step of the way. He was great to work with- highly enthusiastic, detail oriented, helpful, respectful, and obviously a talented painter. We set a start date and he let me know what to expect that first day. The first day would be his walk through of the project, color selection, and he said he would start to do prep work on the cabinets and start masking/taping, which he did.
The next day, the crew arrived and the crews were great. They cared for our house like it was their own making sure not to spill paint or damage anything in their way. The set up a little work space in my garage and laid down and taped paper tarps where they would be taking breaks, mixing paints, and storing their gear. Even in the garage they made sure not to drip any paint and they always cleaned up after themselves daily at the end of the day, bagging and taking their own trash.
The painting itself went smoothly. I had them upgrade the paint choice to my own preference at Kelly Moore 1500 series paints for the interior walls and durapoxy for the cabinets for a nominal difference (about $80-100 total). They were more than happy to accommodate that change because it was before they picked up or selected any paints. The whole house was rolled and brushed as opposed to spray, which was much easier on us and for our belongings. I wanted all of the walls rolled anyways, so that worked out for us. Some companies prefer to spray, which we didn't want. The guys worked well as a team and were receptive to any touch ups that I had marked, which weren't too many. For the whole house we may have had about 40 specks of white that showed through on the texture after drying- which was great for the size of project. Any trim that had a drip or needed touching up was done seamlessly.
The Cabinets turned out great. These are particularly challenging to do because of placement and the general complexity of cabinets. John removed all of the doors and drawers, marked/labeled each piece, and took the doors and drawer faces back to the shop to the paint booth. The bases and wall units were done in place: sanded down, filled, primed, sprayed, and then sprayed again and the edges of the inside of the cabinets were then rolled to finish. They took special care to wrap and cover the entire kitchen to minimize the dust, fumes, and paint from the rest of the house and they did a great job. When the doors came back from the paint booth they looked and felt great. All of the seams were carefully filled with caulking and the paint finish was perfect. It is a little scary during the process to see your kitchen torn up, but I would highly recommend people to take this route as opposed to buying new cabinets, especially under John's skillful handiwork.
All in all, Larson Bros Painting was a pleasure to work with. From the professionalism from start to finish, the helpfulness of everyone on the project, and the special care they take on a job, I sincerely appreciate it. If and when I have more painting needs, I will be contacting them again and have already recommended them to all of my neighbors.

    S & P Construction
Patrick and his wife came to the house to look at the 2 bathrooms I would like to have remodeled. He did call to say they would be a few minutes late.
They said they would get in touch with an estimate. After a week and a half I called and they said that they were really busy and would get back soon. It has now been over 3 weeks and haven't heard a thing.

After posting this review, I received an email saying that the job they were on kept getting extended and wouldn't be able to get to mine until July if I was still interested.

    Brannick and Associates Painting Services
My previous painter left me with a very inconsistent job. The Brannick & Assoc. guys where amazing.
They showed up exactly  on time. Polite, clean painter's whites, they walked around the house with me as I showed them what I needed. They made suggestions as to where to start and got to work. Not only did they complete the projects I had requested , but also some additional trim and touch up that I never thought they would have time for.
These guys did a fantastic job, highly recommended.
I wish I had hired them to begin with.

They were very responsive and came out to perform the work on time.  They did a good job and took care while working.  They went a little bit out of the way to make sure everything was done well.

    America's Dream HomeWorks
On 12/14/11, we contracted with American Dream Homeworks of Sacramento, Ca. for a complete re-model of our kitchen/breakfast nook area. Also included was the replacement of the Master Bath shower pan, shower hardware/plumbing, and tile in the shower area.
The quoted cost was $29,700.00.  ADH then ordered the cabinets and construction started on 1/30/12.
The workers were very courteous, friendly, and informative.  They arrived as scheduled, worked hard and efficiently, and strived to keep the area as clean and dust free as possible with a minimal disruption to our lives.
The kitchen overall turned out very beautiful.  The colors we chose blended together very well for a warm and cozy feel.
However, there were some issues with the granite.  We feel there are too many pieces which create too many noticeable seams. It seems they chose to use smaller left-over pieces rather than larger virgin pieces. Also, they wanted us to accept chips and pock-marks in the piece where the sink was. After much discussion and our holding up payment, they decided to replace that one piece.  They had us decide between three replacement pieces.  We chose the one with the smoothest surface.  However, when it was installed, there was a clash in color with the adjoining piece which made that seam more noticeable.  The left and right sides of the counter top are both beautiful and both would be acceptable in separate kitchens but clash when next to each other.
As much as we love the overall look of the project, we are not completely satisfied with the granite. We released the funds to ADH because we always pay our debts and we appreciate the good work that was done. American Dream Homeworks promised 100% customer satisfaction but have fallen short of the goal.

In December, 2012, the granite issues were resolved. Defective granite was removed and new granite counter-tops were installed in a timely manner.
