    SOD Builders
Ehud at Luxcess Home by SOD Builders was the person that managed and supervised our remodeling project. During the whole work, he was amazing with excellent design skills! Our work included the remodeling of our laundry room kitchen and master bathroom (everything in one project) and he had a great vision that allowed him to make all the spaces and convert them to a much more functional and modern look at the same time! All the involved team worked excellent as a one big team that knows exactly what they were doing and how to solve all the problems that raised during the work in a very logic manger and to our best satisfaction. We always knew that someone is available for us in case we needed them or even just had a quick question to be answered. We Highly recommend them all!

    SOD Builders
The entire team, the office staff and our project manager at Luxcess Home by SOD Builders were professional, quick to respond and very skilled (each one in his own areas of specialty). The remodeling job was finalized, planned and brought to life with a lot of communication and explanations. There were no hidden charges, unknown modifications or anything in that nature while the remodeling project was finished on time as agreed and promised to us. Our beautiful new first floor and kitchen become one of the most beautiful spaces at our house and mainly used for our family gathering. Luxcess Home by SOD Builders have a wonderful reputation and that caused us to have a high expectations by hiring them and having them do this remodeling project for us. The overall experience and the final product surpassed our hopes and outlooks! We do recommend them to our friends, family or anyone who is interesting to hire a professional company that really loves what they do and have a huge pride in the work they deliver.

    Rose City Construction
having previously contracted with Rose City for our master bedroom bathroom and closet remodel, we knew that Nick and his staff and expert sub-contractors (plumber, electrician, wood floor refinisher) would execute and furnish an A#1 product. Rose City first removed our tank water heater from our subterranean utility space, reviewed, renewed and repositioned our under-floor water delivery system, installed a tankless water heater and placed insulation on all pipes.. Next, the entire kitchen was gutted down to the Redwood structural support, reinforced (one wall area because of a prior incorrect rebuild) and rebuilt; old soffits on West and East walls removed and a custom cabinet system configured for us by Nick based on our needs and built to our requests for depth and width by the excellent cabinet maker sub-contractor. Nick advised and helped with the style and color of the cabinets, tile back splash, counters and wall colors. Considering how happy we are with the bathroom he did for us, we trusted in his eye and sense of style and proportion, both his and that of Gari, Rose City's super tile expert. The huge 8' long aluminum window was removed and replaced with a side-by-side wooden double sash window which fits with the other windows of our home. We wanted a kitchen that would harmonize with our early 1930,s home in style and feel and Nick and his crew delivered! The cost of service indicated is for the demolition, rebuild, cabinetry, electrical and plumbing work, wood floor refinishing, installation of cabinets and new window and new exterior door, painting (interior and exterior) and general labor required for this extensive project!

    Fine Builders Inc
We were searching for a construction company for our addition construction of 800(+-) sq. ft. family room, remodeling our master bedroom and bathroom and remodeling our 500 sq. ft. backyard/patio. After we met with 6 contractors in person, we took our faith and we hired Fine builders for that project. Now that our remodeling project is completed, we have no regrets of any kind and we are very happy with the work that Fine builders did. The remodeling of our master bathroom and bedroom included the complete remodeling of those spaces our backyard and patio remodeling work included the design and rebuild of an outdoor kitchen with nice entertainment area. We were very happy with the working crew and the office staff that was involved on the day by day tasks. They were all very professional and skilled with lots of past experience. Everything was finished on time and budget! We will definitely hire Fine builders again! Daniel was on top of everything the entire time and we have had the pleasure of working with him. They are honest, hardworking people and always cared to finish things perfectly.

    GoodFellas Construction
From the very beginning we had concerns about this company. The project manager did very little oversight. He only took care of problems, and there were many, after we called to complain. To be fair we did make design changes after work started but the company should have been better at adapting. Originally we were told the kitchen would be done in 4-5 weeks. It took over 4 months. Ran, the project manager and other contractors involved had a vision of how they wanted the kitchen to look but that did no coincide with our design. We had to argue repeatedly over the kind of cabinets and the style of backsplash. It made the whole project very stressful. The quality of the work done by their subcontractors was very inconsistent. The electrician started the rewiring by knocking holes in all our walls and then didn't come back for over a week. The people who came back to patch the holes were terrible. It took at least 3 different crews to come in before work was completed and there are a number of places around switches that are still not done correctly. Just a few other subcontractor highlights. A plumber told us our water heater was broken because he couldn't get the pilot relighted. We got it lit ourselves soon after he left. During demo one of the workers did not bring tools and had to borrow ours. A plumbing vent pipe was pulled out of the roof and not reinstalled properly. We still don't have an electric meter. When the electrician installed a ground wire he broke a sprinkler pipe. In the end we are happy with the kitchen, but it was not worth the stress and hassle dealing with Goodfellas. If you are doing a remodel we definitely recommend using a different company.

    Rose City Construction
The contractor and his crew were always on time and worked a full day; nothing done fast or "just to get it done." Attention to detail on tile setting, painting, plumbing, design and construction of new vanities. Always paid attention to cleanup each work day and total haul away of debris. All of the workmen were pleasant and put us at ease, considering that they were always coming in or out front door or through the garage, also paying attention and telling us if we had forgotten to put our house cat in one of the secure bedrooms! NIck, and his tile specialist, Gerri, helped us with wall and floor tile selection, telling us when a tile or accent trim does not work together, or because of the walls or dimensions of the room does not or cannot, work! We listened to them and the results are knockout fabulous!! NIck shepherd us through quartz countertop selection, once again, we got a designer-like result...NIck and his crew have done this so often they know how colors, styles and construction work best...and what, though it might suit someone now, after a few months or a year will make one realize "why did I think THAT would work or be practical After completion, one phone call or e-mail is all we needed to have NIck or his plumber return because of a glitch and give attention to minor problems. NIck specializes in bathrooms and kitchens; we intend to have him and his crew help us with our kitchen within the next year or two.

    Nexxus Remodeling Inc
Tony Panterra, the owner of Nexxus Remodeling, was fantastic. It's obvious that he takes great pride in his work. I had two bathrooms completely gutted and remodeled with subway tile in the shower/soaking tub. A beautiful clear shower enclosure was installed in one of the bathrooms. Both bathrooms required foundation retrofitting. Slate tile flooring was also installed. Upgrades were performed on the lighting, electrical, and plumbing, Custom cabinetry with a granite counter top were installed in the larger bathroom. New doors were installed on both bathrooms. Drywall and plaster were installed and repair work on the drywall, plaster and hardwood flooring in other areas of the house were performed. All the work was within budget and the crew was dependable and very knowledgeable. Tony is meticulous about his work and he isn't happy unless the job is done perfectly. I'm saving up to have one more bathroom and my kitchen remodeled. Then my house will be perfect! I wouldn't even consider having anyone but Nexxus do the work!

    Steves Home Improvement
Steve was beyond tenacious, and knows intimately how the city works.  His repairs were creative, and was always polite, on time, and professional with the inspectors.  He made at least a dozen trips to the city and worked his way up to their management to get them to work with us.  He endured more inspector no-shows and reschedules than anyone should have to deal with, but was always upbeat and took the adversity in stride.  I could not ask for more.  He has done a number of craftsman home remodels for me in Portland and have always been more than satisfied with his work,  prices, and integrity.  He has a wide range of skills and subs that can get the job done at any level of difficulty or specialty.  The best part is you can trust him, he always tells the truth, and will never BS you.  That is rare for contractors these days.

    O'Malley Construction Co
The fence looks beautiful and the old electrical box and patch jobs look great!  The guys were punctual every day and careful to clean up at the end of the day. They were pleasant to work with and I will call them back when we have more work to be done.  After trying and trying to find handymen or contractors on our own with no luck, we were thrilled to come across O'Malley Construction.
