  • I had to move my items from my house and i was shopping around for a moving company. I contacted this company (Elite moving and storage) and i spoke to Donna about my move. Donna was able to send someone to check and see what do i need to move and the following day, she called me and gave me her price witch was great. We scheduled the move for the weekend and the guys arrived to my house on time and loaded the truck and moved it to the new house. It was a hassle free move and i was happy that i choose this company.

  • These guys moved my sister from the valley to Hollywood a while back. They did a great job, were on time, clean and didn't break anything. They also worked really fast which was a huge plus for my sister.

  • They have a cleaning crew that is pretty good. We have seen them clean other seasonal rentals because we have a house there. We see them come and go and I visited them because I was exploring one of their seasonal rentals for possible tenancy. Their pricing seemed to be fair. They brought three people in and they worked for a little over an hour. They did a pretty thorough job. We were there when they were there and so, we were able to ensure that their work was very thorough. They were in and out and the price was reasonable. The price was for 500sq feet, one bedroom and one bath. They were very good communicators. Their schedule was very accommodating. They arrived early. They brought enough people to get it done quickly. They were pretty thorough, I am pleased with the result. I don't see any way to pin them really. I would use them again in future.

  • Ana and her helper (who's worked with her for 5 years) arrived on time, and were very professional. Ana asked if there was anything special we needed. They cleaned and polished, took out the trash, and left our home looking great. Stove and fridge were wiped, counters cleaned; they moved everything to clean the floor thoroughly. We were completely pleased, and will have Ana back in 2 weeks.

  • I receive a make ready quote when a tenant moves out before another tenant can move in. I received a make ready quote on January 3, 2015 in the amount of $2730. $1200 was for interior wall to have paint, $450 was to have a large pink stain on the carpet that needed to be patched, and $30 was for two dirty air conditioning filters to be replaced. Per the tenants, the work was not properly done, there is mismatched paint in every room, also cracks and chips remain on the walls, filter was dirty and pink/red stains still on carpet. I was also charged $50 to have a trash can removed from the street (which is excessive).  Lisa Spears sent email on May 8, 2015 stating she walked the property and stated painting looked good, but the documentation on the Move-In Summary from new tenants documented the painting was poorly done in every room with cracks and mismatched paint and the carpet wit red spot still on the carpet. The tenants said the garbage disposal was not working properly. I had my insurance company go to the building to take a look and they informed me it's not covered under warranty due to plastic and other debris in garbage disposal and that is not covered because they only cover normal wear and tear but this represented negligence so it was not covered. When Lisa and Make Ready evaluated the property they stated there was no issue with the garbage disposal. There are charges on my bill that are not accounted for. For example on 2/6/15 the charge reads "$1,000 towards repairs and make ready" but there is no explanation of what was done. There is a lack of transparency and communication and I feel like I was charged for items that were not properly done.

  • Everything went really smoothly with my move. First off, they accommodated me each of the several times I changed the date on them because our closing date kept changing. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was really nice and helpful.
    On the actual moving day, I got a great 3 person team led by Ezekiel and supported by William and Albert. They called me before they arrived and showed up promptly. They wrapped everything up beautifully and I have not noticed any damages. They worked really hard as it was a hot day and both homes have staircases. They all had a great attitude and were really friendly. They put things right where I told them and handled everything with care. It took about as long as I anticipated. The cost did add up rather quickly, but it was money well spent and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I just hope I don't have to move for another 20-30 years! I appreciate the follow-up by Jessica Flores to see how everything went. A truly professional company.

  • They were very good.  The pricing was good.  They had a truck and a van.  They loaded and unloaded our belongings.  There was a four man crew.  It was efficient to my standards.

  • The movers were wonderful.  The house we were moving out of had a really steep driveway.  The estimator claimed to have sent a truck over to make sure it could get up the driveway before giving us the quote.  When the movers arrived they tried to get up the driveway, but the truck got stuck in the driveway and they had to get a mechanic out to free it.  During that time the guys were busy padding and covering all of our furniture and getting ready to load the truck.  They ended up having to walk everything down the (not small) driveway.  At the other end we had a whole other crew of 4 guys come help unpack the truck.  It took them over 12 hours to do the move, which was considerably more than the estimated 7 hours.  The movers never complained and did an excellent job.  We were only charged the "do not exceed" price from the estimator.  It was a difficult move and we really appreciated their positive attitude throughout.
