  Ana and her helper (who's worked with her for 5 years) arrived on time, and were very professional. Ana asked if there was anything special we needed. They cleaned and polished, took out the trash, and left our home looking great. Stove and fridge were wiped, counters cleaned; they moved everything to clean the floor thoroughly. We were completely pleased, and will have Ana back in 2 weeks.

  They arrived 15 minutes early and initially assessed the cost and told me the price before they started work.  If you are a senior do ask for the discount.  They went right to work, starting at one end of the house and working through it.  They were careful of the walls, etc. that were painted last summer.  They also cleaned 2 smaller rugs at no charge.  They were very pleasant to have around and worked hard when they were here.  They hung the smaller carpets over our back railing to dry.  It was a cool and cloudy day. They also moved the larger furniture back with protective pieces of either plastic or foam under the legs.  We are very satisfied with their work.

  After my purchase, I was contacted within hours to schedule a time to have my carpets cleaned.  The crew called in advance, arrived on time, were professional, polite, and as with my prior experience of this company, did an excellent job.  I had purchased a special for cleaning carpets and stairs.  I asked their advice on how to have three large area rugs and two chairs cleaned without damaging the wood floors underneath.  They recommended VCC clean the chairs outdoors and take the rugs to their main facility for cleaning and delivery back home.  We negotiated what I think is a fair price for the additional work of moving furniture twice and delivery costs.

  They carried the upholstered chairs to the driveway and cleaned them there, then carried them back inside.  The chair cushions look new again. They moved my furniture in three rooms, rolled up two 8x11 rugs and one 5x7 rug, loaded them in and put them in their truck to be cleaned at their facility.  Then they put that furniture back in place.  They cleaned the stairs and finished all this quickly. The following week, they returned with the rugs.  They again moved the furniture, rolled out the rugs, and put everything back in place.  I have dogs that hike on mountain trails regularly and bring in trail dust, so my carpets get dusty, even with regular vacuuming.   Mario came in to take a look at our floors and suggested we keep the natural color and buff and add 1 coat of finish. The day of, he and his crew were prompt and did the work as contracted. He even went out to purchase a water based finish to help protect a heavily worn spot that made it look even better! Above and beyond a great team, would definitely do business with him again.   I got Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance from Angie's list, where they received five million - it seemed - great reviews. What I read from others was my own experience. Eric and his crew arrived on time, went overboard to help me finish preparing my home and garage for their cleaning work, and then did a wonderful, professional job. Because this is a family-owned company, with crew members who have worked with them for many years, I felt at ease leaving them to it for hours as I attended to other things elsewhere in town. 
  Some of the extra effort I especially appreciated was their moving my refrigerator to clean and polish underneath, moving my washer and dryer out so that garage area would get cleaned too; making the effort to scrape up old, icky linoleum floor tiles that were stuck to the garage floor, sticking around to help me put back everything in house and garage and then generously pressure-washing so many other areas of my property. When they were done, I felt it was worth every penny I paid. I I recommend them. 
  
  Somewhere in here I wanted to mention the pride Eric takes in his work. At one point, he didn't want me to see the kitchen floor yet, because it had come out so well he wanted me to experience the full effect after the sealer was on.  People had lived on that floor for more than 20 years and the difference, especially in the kitchen, was huge.

  After hearing from my neighbors that they are very satisfied with the master bedroom suite and bathroom addition and remodeling of their home, I decided to use Brinegar Construction for some work that I needed done to help prepare my home for sale. I needed some interior ceiling repaired where the Air Conditioner installer cracked it, wallpaper removal, extensive interior painting, bathroom remodel with new flooring and fixtures, entire new roof on garage and back porch, new supports for the covered walkway, refinished the hardwood floors, exterior paint touch-up. The crew was always on time, ready to work with a "can do" attitude and seemed to enjoy a job well done, which it certainly is! They have all worked together for several years, and that continuity adds to their understanding of the best way to manage the project. I added several requests to the original list, and they were quick to let me know how that new task would be handled-and it was just as stated. All pricing seemed very fair and all work completed exactly as promised. I have recommended them to three of my friends already!

  They did a great job and I spent $380. My overall experience was very good. The owner was easy to reach, very responsive to questions and I wouldn?t hesitate to use them again. They were a little high in my cleaning expenses, but I was in a real jam and they were able to help me out. I had a tenant moving in on Monday. I had already used my regular cleaning sources and they were unable to budge the sticky substance on the floor. They were very professional and did a beautiful job.

  Outstanding. Sergio was great and so were his workers. They were thorough, did a great job, gave recommendations on how to maintain and what else needed done and we're going to have them back for additional work on floorboards and walls. They were friendly, hard working and did a great job. Sergio knew his business and was quick to say when I asked him if he could do what he didn't do (like sand and refinish floors). They came right on time.
