  • They are our vet. He has treated all of them. He is a young vet who is trying very hard to get established. His wife is the office manager. Unlike most husband wife teams like that they are both very sweet. He gets right down on the floor and is very comfortable for our animals. I would caution that sometime he brings another vet in to help with its heavy traffic. I don't care for the other vet, I like this guy much better. I don't know if he is still doing that. His rates are reasonable, there are no deals with vets. They are expensive. His staff is very nice. He runs a pretty tight ship, so I am pleased.

It was a big procedure, he had to sedate the cat and do a full enema. He was completely blocked, and it was really nasty. He ended up not charging us. There was a misunderstanding. We had specifically asked for him and we got there and the other vet was there, and he was not very nice. Depended that we get some kind of tests that we didn't want done. We got it and it cost $150. It didn't solve anything. So the doctor said bring the cat back in and we will take care of him.

I think his price is reasonable. They are okay, they are all expensive so I don't think any of them are okay. I don't think he is out of line. I don't think he is better than anybody but I don't think he is worst. Its not a deal but. I have never had to wait.

  • They are very friendly. I don't know how their prices rate not but when we first started they were extremely reasonable compared to the vet we started out with pushed to do every conceivable test. Mountain View is very conservative on only doing the tests they need to. They don't push to do extra things. They know my dogs even though they only see them once every 6 months. Their staff obviously likes animals. Their vet takes as much time as he needs to explain things to you. He gives you his opinion of what would be best but if you cant afford the big thing he tells you what else we can do.

  • They are the best around and they've got a good veterinarian. They are very professional and they care for my pets. When I had my dog put to sleep, they did everything right. They do an excellent job. They really are a good veterinary and animal hospital.

  • As always, the staff and both doctors were very concerned, kind and caring toward my cat, and me. Dr Guirges found more to deal with than he originally thought during the surgery and he just took care of it. The surgery was major, I was scared, but my cat is doing great now. I love these people and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

  • They are very good with our dogs. They are very caring people with animals. We go to their saloon and they discount us every time. They have excellent grooming done there. They do very beautiful job for our dogs. I would rate them highly across the board. I will use them again.

  • Dr. Lebovic has been to my house many times for annual shots for my cats and for other exams and treatments. He has withdrawn blood from them for tests, clipped their claws, removed nasty knots in their fur, administered medication and even gave hydration treatments to my elderly cat. Everytime he has been here, things have gone well. When tests are made, he always gets back to me in a timely manner and returns calls as soon as possilbe. I highly recommend Dr. Lebovic.

  • We came in a few minutes early for our appointment. They were very busy. We got into the exam room about a half hour after our scheduled appointment and waited another half hour for the doctor. We explained to the doctor that our basset hound had sores on his face. He let us know they were doing a skin scraping to check for mites and the vet checked over his ears. He said his ears were infected, which was a surprise to us. He had been treated there for an ear infection a few months prior. We asked the vet if there was any preventative measures we could take in order to keep him from getting an ear infection. The vet told us that once the infection clears up, we should not have to clean his ears very much, if at all. This struck us badly, as we had already gone through treatment of this condition with them before, seeing it through to full recovery and, obviously, the problem came back. The vet told us that if the dogs ears are dirty and we need to clean them, it is probably too late and he probably already has an ear infection. This did not add up to what we had found out researching basset ear hygeine. It seemed like the doctor was using his experiences with his own dogs to give us advice on our dog, which is a completely different breed with different needs in this respect. I was upset that the vet did not seem to be giving me any advice except to come back and spend a ridiculous amount of money having him treat my dog once again. After that, they took my dog back for an ear cleaning, weighing, and skin scraping to check for mites. The initial scraping came back negative, and they said they would do another to be sure. A long time after, one of the office assistants came and asked us to go out to the lobby. We assumed that the second test came back negative as well because the doctor did not come back to talk to us. We got to the register where they were charging us for the ear medication and medication for mites. At this point I got upset because the vet never came and told us that the second test came back positive or what it meant for us and our dog. The assistant had to go get the vet and he finally came and told us about the mites with the rest of the lobby there as an audience. It was very unprofessional. The doctor apologized for forgetting us, but it didn't keep us from feeling rather sore about the experience. I don't think I will be going back to this vet. He seems to have no expertise in bassets, he forgot about us, overcharged for medication and failed to give us a warning that we were going to spend $300 for that visit. I later found out I can get the medication perscribed from a local feed store for a lot less and that he grossly overcharges for the ear infection treatment.

  • We had a lot done. As I said, my puppy needed to finish up his shots and get his first rabies vaccine. He also was checked for worms and ear mites, as he had a mild ear infection. He was given lots of care and sent home with medication (liver flavored to make my life easier). All of the services were very reasonably priced individually, we just got a lot done, so it added up. The staff was really good about answering our questions and taking time to see us, even letting us stay for a prolonged visit after they where technically closed.

  • My experience was very good.  Their cost is less than anybody in the area.  They interacted well with me and as far as the dog goes he wasn’t happy about it.  ???
