  • Isaac and Rudy came to our initial appointment. They asked us direct questions about the project, had some suggestions, and listened to our preferences. We also told them we had a tight timeline of 6 weeks. They had a detailed estimate for us in under a week. Once we hired them they started working almost immediately. Their employees were punctual, friendly, and respectful of our space. They worked hard 6 days a week and Isaac said because of our deadline we would be a top priority. He and Rudy both came out to check on progress and get our opinions on materials. They never pushed us to spend more, expand the project, or add expensive extras. I felt like they used their expertise to guide what I wanted and make it a reality. It was a large project and they finished in under 2 weeks. I will definitely hire them again if we decide to do anything else to our yard. They are excellent.

  • They are fine. I like the fact that the cost is cheap. The downside is that at times, it takes a little while to get a dial tone. Other times, the volume isn’t as loud as it might otherwise be. Everything else is fine.

  • I had a pleasure boat and trailer that was in disrepair and needed to go! I called several salvage and junk businesses in my area and could not find anyone who would take my boat. A large part of the problem was that the tires on the trailer were completely shot and had to be replaced before the boat could even be moved. Even though Mr. Othman's company didn't do this kind of clean-up job, he still contacted several friends and business associates in an effort to help me get this boat out of my drive way. He wasn't going to get the job or make any money for himself, he was just a really nice guy. He worked on it for several days and finally found someone who was willing to take it at no charge. By strange coincidence a neighbor of mine dropped by a few hours before Mr. Othman and his friend were due to arrive and decided to take the boat.    So even though Mr. Othman did not do any junk haul work for me, i would still very highly recommend his company. Any business owner who would work that hard for no financial gain just to help someone out is a pretty rare and awesome guy in my book. I told Mr. Othman that people and businesses like his were  the reason that I use Angie's List. And the reason his company is listed as a Super Provider is because he is a Super Guy. Thank You Mr. Othman. And Thank You Angie's List for  helping people like me find service providers like Mr. John Othman of 'Johns Clean-up and Haul'.

  • Poor service. Did not honor their warranty. Failed to return my laptop and failed to honor my warranty. We are filing a claim with the FTC, and BBB, and small claims court.
    They said they were goign to repair my laptop, but instead they sent us the hard drive and never sent us anything like this.
    Their actions with us are thuggish. We will never trust them. All their support are in India and have no support whatsoever. Nothing was said to us that was honest. We will NEVER use them and we are cancelling all our warranty we purchased with them.

  • WAS REFERRED TO NOEL THROUGH A GIRL AT THE GYM, WHO'S COLOR I COMPLIMENTED HER ON. SHE TOLD ME TO GO SEE NOEL, SO I DID. NORMALLY I DRIVE TO BEVERLY HILLS TO A VERY EXPENSIVE SALON, BECAUSE JULY 2013 I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THAT HAS LITERALLY MADE MY HAIR SO DAMAGED, AND SEVERE BREAKAGE. IT LITERALLY HAS EFFECTED MY LIFE. SO FOR ME TO SWAY AWAY FROM THE DRIVE TO BEVERLY HILLS WAS ALREADY REALLY AGAINST MY GUT FEELING. BUT I FEEL TERRIBLE THAT MY HUSBAND HAS TO PAY ALL THAT MONEY BECAUSE THE COLORIST AROUND HERE I JUST CAN'T RISK ANYMORE.
    SO I WENT TO NOEL, WE ARRIVED IN PLACENTIA, ARRIVED TO THIS NEW SPIN ON RENTING OUT SPACE TO STYLISTS TYPE OF SALON. WE WENT TO SUITE 110, AND I WISH I WALKED AWAY THEN. THE GIRLS WERE NICE, BUT NICE DOESN'T MEAN THERE EDUCATED ENOUGH. IT WAS NOTHING WHAT I'M USED TO. VERY SMALL ROOM! ENOUGH TO FIT 2 CHAIRS, THAT'S IT. WELL I SHOWED NOEL EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED TO DO TO MY HAIR FROM A PICTURE I SAVED. I HAD ROOTS THAT WE'RE GROWING IN, AND NEEDED A TOUCH UP, BUT I WANTED TO MAKE MY BLONDE WITH SOME LOW LIGHTS IN THE PICTURE. SHE PUT FOILS IN MY HAIR, AND I SAT FOR FIVE AND A HALF HOURS.
    NOEL AND HER ASSISTANT WE'RE RAVING ABOUT IT WHILE WASHING MY HAIR, AND PLEASE DON'T DO THAT! YOU DON'T KNOW ME, AND UNLESS YOU DID EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE, THEN DON'T COMPLIMENT YOUR WORK UNTIL I BE THE JUDGE OF THAT! WHEN NOEL UNWRAPPED THE TOWEL, MY HUSBAND AND I JUST LOOKED AT EACH OTHER, AND HE KNEW MY REACTION INSIDE OF HOW I WAS FEELING AT THAT VERY MOMENT. I SPENT FIVE AND HALF HOURS TELLING NOEL ABOUT MY NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE OVER A YEAR AGO, AND THAT I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT TRYING SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE PLACE I FOUND, BUT SINCE I SAW THE GIRLS HAIR FROM THE GYM, I THOUGHT OK LETS HOPE. WELL IT WAS GRAY! AND A DULL UG;LY GREY!
    I STARTED TO COMB MY HAIR WITH MY OWN COMB BECAUSE IT WASN'T PULLING MY HAIR LIKE HER BRUSH WAS, AND A HUGE CLUMP AND I MEAN HUGE CLUMP CAME OUT, AND I LOOKED AT NOEL AND SAID " WHAT THE H*** IS THIS ABOUT!" NOEL RESPONDED "OH THATS NORMAL!" OMG ARE YOU KIDDING ME. COME ON I'VE BEEN GOING TO SOME OF THE BEST SALONS IN THE WORLD, THAT IS NOT NORMAL. AND I TOLD THIS ISN'T THE COLOR I ASKED FOR, WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY HAIR! I WAS HAPPY WITH THE BLONDE COLOR I HAD, YOU WERE ONLY SUPPOSE TO ADD SOME CARMEL/BLONDE LOW LIGHTS TO IT.  NOEL STARTED TO SAY OH I GUESS A MISCOMMUNICATION!
    NO WAY CAN I WALK OUT OF THE SALON LOOKING LIKE THIS, YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING NOEL! SHE PUT A TONER ON IT, MADE IT MORE YELLOW BURNT ORANGE LOOK, DRIED IT, AND THEN HAS THE NERVE TO SAY "OH DO YOU LIKE THAT LITTLE DARKER PIECE I PUT IN FRONT!"  WOW, I WANTED TO CRY, BUT I KNEW THAT SHE REALLY DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE'S DOING. I GRABBED MY HUSBAND WHO WAITED 5 AND HALF HOURS FOR SOMETHING THAT ONLY TAKES AN HOUR, TWO TOPS! PAID WITH MY CARD AND RAN OUT OF THERE. I WAS SO UPSET, THAT SOME OTHER SUITE RENTER WHO WAS DRINKING BEER, AND HER BREATH SMELLED INTOXICATED, COMES RUNNING OUT TO ME AND IN MY FACE RUDELY, WHATS WRONG WHATS WRONG.
    OMG SO TACKY! I SAID NOTHING, AND TURNED TO WALK TO MY CAR, AND SHE YELLED, I'LL FIX IT FOR YA.
    I'VE NEVER THOUGHT I COULD EXPERIENCE ANOTHER HAIR MISHAP AS BAD, AS THE FIRST TIME WHEN I FIRST MOVED HERE.
    THE FOLLOWING DAY MY SCALP HURT SO BAD, I TOOK PICTURES. I HAVE SEVERE CHEMICAL BURNS ON MY SCALP. I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE! THESE WOMAN HAVE TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE! I'M TIRED OF MY LIFE DRAMATICALLY BEING CHANGED ON A DAILY BASIS, WHILE THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY JUST DID. I CAN NOT HANDLE CRYING IN THE MIRROR ANYMORE! I KNOW I'M NOT ALONE ON THIS TOPIC EITHER!
    THE LAWS HAVE TO BE CHANGED! SEVERE PUNISHMENT NEEDS TO HAPPEN IN ORDER FOR THEM TO TAKE THEIR JOB MORE SERIOUSLY! YOUR DEALING WITH PEOPLES HAIR, AND SCALP. NOW I HAVE TO GO TO THE DOCTOR, AND ALL DAY DEAL WITH RESEARCHING HOW TO PURSUE HAVING MY VOICE HEARD! I AM SO SICK OF THIS. MY SCALP IS BURNING AND PAINFUL RIGHT NOW AS I TYPE. 
    MY HUSBAND CALLED HER THE FOLLOWING DAY TO REFUND THE MONEY. HE'S P***** THAT NO ONE CAN DO IT RIGHT AROUND HERE.
    AND NOEL PICCO HAS THE NERVE TO SAY SHE IS IN THE PROCESS OF OPENING A SALON OF HER OWN! WHAT, OMG THE ASSOCIATED HAIR CO IN FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA. NO WAY! I AM NOT GOING TO STAND BY AND WATCH PEOPLE LIKE HER, AND THE GIRL FROM CARLTON, EVER DO THIS TO ME OR ANYONE ELSE AGAIN!
    I SERIOUSLY WANT TO MOVE AWAY FROM RANCHO CUCAMONGA. I HATE THAT I HAVE TO DRIVE ALMOST TWO HOURS FOR MY HAIR, THAT THERE IS NO SALON NEAR ME, THAT IS EDUCATED IN COLORING. SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA COSMETOLOGY LICENSING, BUT HOW DO I GET HEARD TO MAKE THIS DIFFERENCE....

  • Went to the salon to get my hair colored. I just had moved here from Miami, and didn't know where to go to get my color done. I went to the Manager of the salon who was only 24/25 yrs.old. I had seen some other girl there prior, and didn't like how she colored it. My husband at the time went and had his haircut there as well. He came back from an appointment there, and said he was told this one girl does really good hair.
    OMG THE NIGHTMARE BEGAN!!!!!!! It has been 2 years now, and my hair has been through h*** I literally cry everyday! She fried my hair so bad! For 2 years my husband has had to hear me cry about how I hate it in Rancho Cucamonga! The only place I found to do my hair is in Beverly Hills, and its so pricey, but I am trapped because I have such anxiety and fear of my experience. I just recently tried to save some money and the drive, and another problem! Same thing.
    The girl made my life h***. i tried calling the Corporate office for help, not a refund, but my hair loss I have endured! This is the worst franchise ever!!!!! Nobody did anything. They gave me a hard time on top of it.
    For the past 2 years every morning I look in the mirror and think about how this all started! Even though my one guy got the color right, the length and the sexiness of my hair is gone, and is taking forever to grow back. And now I'm dealing with this again, from a recent trip to some other colorist! Now this week I'm going back to Beverly Hills to get it corrected.
    My Scalp is burnt this time. I'll address this in another review!
    Honestly... I have become so depressed. I don't feel like me, I hate wearing extensions! I cry all the time, I want to sue because I have been suffering hair loss, blisters, etc... I used to be a centerfold model, and I don't think this is me being vain, this is just someone who like many others, have been a victim of chemicals in the wrong peoples hands!
    I could go on about How much these stylist HAVE FRIED, BURNED AND JUST WRECKED MY HEAD! This literally makes me want to sell our house and move to where there is a salon near my home that can not mess my hair up!
    If I could show you photo's you would understand why I am so traumatized by all of this, and it makes me sick that the State of California just has no quick punishment for these girls! TWO YEARS OF MY LIFE AND MY HAIR IS STILL UNREAL!
    DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON AND HOW THE H*** DOES SHE MANAGE THIS SHOP! PEOPLE IN CORPORATE SHOULD HAVE FIRED HER, THE STATE SHOULD PULL HER LICENSE AND FORCE HER TO GO TO HAIR SCHOOL AGAIN!

  • Ordered Window Decal Clear Vinyl H: 36" x W: 36" with Inside Glass which turned out to be defective. Signazon.com failed to refund or replace. 
    We ordered  Window Decal Clear Vinyl H: 36" x W: 36" with Inside Glass for $181.42. The window decal arrived without any instructions or a number to call or a receipt.In any event, we had the decal installed by a professional due to lack of instructions and paid $75 to install by a professional in this field.
    Right upon installation the decal showed blemishes which were obvious even before the decal was placed against the glass.
    The blemishes include blemishes, bad haze, clouding, scratches, wrinkles, and blur.
    We contacted signage.com and told them about the problem and offered to return it; they refused to have it returned and said to send them a picture. We explained to them exactly what the issues were.
    We followed their instructions, and now they are refusing to address the matter honorably, and instead saying they would
    want to us pay them another $145 to replace the defective decal.
    We pleaded with them but they are steadfastly refusing to honor their obligation and correcting this problem which is clearly a defective product problem.
    Awful product and awful customer service. We will never use them again. It seems they have other complaints as well see below:

  • The owner came out promptly and gave us a good estimate. He was very honest. The work was done very well and they didn’t even make it a whole day. They did a very good job. They were very considerate, nice and were a pleasure to work with. It was a pleasure to have them in my house.

  • They are very good.  The last DJ we had was fantastic.  They were on time and did what they said they would do, which is very important for a DJ. They played the sounds that we requested. The most recent guy they had was very interactive. That is important because I have got a bunch of kids doing first dances at these events. They just get there and have a fun time.
