    Very quick to call back. Asked questions to make sure they could help me before showing up. Came out quickly. Val ordered the part before he left. Phillip came out late on Saturday ,the next day (as soon as they had the part) to install. left things put back and cleaned up.

    My dryer quit heating on Jan 15 around 2. Since it was a Kenmore, I first called Sears Appliance Repair - I was told the soonest appointment would be January 30. NO THANK YOU! -- I called A+ and asked if I could have late afternoon - they told me no problem somebody would be at my house the following day between 4 and 6. At 4:00 the next day, repairman arrived and by 4:45 the problem was fixed. Not only did he fix the heating problem, but he took the time to make sure all the lint was cleaned up and everything looked better than when he started. Thank you A+

    After noticing the agitator in my washing machine not working, I called 911, and they scheduled an appt. for the same day.  Eloy called to say he was on his way, and showed up on time.  He has done work for me before, and he is always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.  He diagnosed the problem, and fixed it, all in about 1/2 hour time.  The only reason I gave a "B" to price was the labor ($120.00 for 1/2 hr. seems a little steep) but it sure beats buying a new washer.  I have used 911 appliance many times, and they always do a great job.  I definitely recommend them for any appliance maintenance needs.

    Eloy arrived a little late due to unforeseen work at the previous job.  He apologized, and immediately went to work examining the washer.  He was courteous, friendly, thorough, and very professional.  He told me I needed a new motor and timer, which I had already suspected.  He also answered all questions I had concerning whether or not to buy a new machine or replace parts in the old one.  I decided to replace the parts.  He ordered them immediately and returned two days later to replace.  He came on time, did the work quickly, and was out of here in about an hour.  Eloy was great, as were all the other employees I have dealt with at 911 throughout the past several years. (Abraham, Jesse, Anthony, Ray)  I always call 911 when I have an appliance problem, and I highly recommend them.

    The next week I called to find out what was going on because they did not contact me. They told me the part was on back order and it would be 6 weeks before they could fix it! So, I checked with the manufacturer and another supplier and found that they both had the part in stock! I wouldn't be recommending these people to anyone since they aren't truthful and they don't follow through.

    He was just a talker.    He said he might have the part he might not....  He said GE won't give him the software to diagnose the problem.   I opted not to use this guy!

    The technician was supposed to arrive between 10-12 but closer to 12 but he arrived at 9:30. He was very abrupt and told me that our dryer did not work well because the vent needed to be cleaned. He then quickly said that he did not do that so my husband got under the house and we cleaned the vent but the dryer still does not dry very well. I was told by another repair man in another state (I found him on Angie's list)that very often the drum has to be cleaned. This technician did not mention this. He also looked at my washer that leaks on the bottom and said that it needed a complete door seal even though there is no water coming from the door and he said that he put a sealant around the door but would not guarantee the work and to call back to have him replace the entire seal. Then he held out his hand for the $75 and left. He was at the house for 30 minutes and neither the washer or dryer works any better than before. Now I have to find another company and probably pay the initial fee yet again. Would not use thus company again.

    The tech was a very nice gentleman, Todd, but when I called another company about the ongoing issue they came in and just adjusted our temperature and it’s been working perfect since. Todd should have been able to look at the temperature which is right on the outside in clear sight instead of changing out a part three times that probably costs hundreds of dollars. These costs were picked up by the warranty company.

    This company stole our money and did not provide any promised resolve to repair, replace, or refund the money we sent in good faith.  This is a computer scam, they do not provide any services promised on their website, back up their product or respond to many attempts to resolve this issue fairly, honestly, and do not provide any of the services listed on their website.
    When we finally got a refund it was 1/2 half of the original cost.  So for seven mos. and no working product we paid them $950.

    I thought it was very nice that they didn't charge a lot of money to come all the way out to Alpine. The technician was very nice, but then he said something that was somewhat dishonest. The technician told me that the water didn't work on my ice maker because there wasn't a filter so the water couldn't get to it. Once I realized that the lock on my ice maker was on making the water not work, I called them back and they said they would come out without charging me a second service fee, however he still maintained that the water on the ice maker needed to be replaced.

    I am hoping to get a second opinion because I'd rather not spend $250.00 to have the ice maker replaced.
