AWestern Rooter & PlumbingHats off to Daniel W. from Western Rooter who installed a water filtering system in my garage. Right from speaking with him on the phone, he was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his craft. You would think that companies would offer you their premium package right from the beginning but not Daniel. Instead, he asked what I was looking for and took the time and effort to send me multiple filtering systems (including Amazon choices) to choose from. This gesture tells you that he is looking for the customer's best interest at hand which is outstanding. Once I selected my choice, he thoroughly explained the contract and servicing process as well as answered all the questions I had. No big complicated words or complex contracts to decipher but simple and easy was the way Daniel pitched it. All in all, Western Rooter needs to hire more professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic people like him as he is a prime example of excellent customer service. AEd's Soft WaterWe got their series 2 installed - so the whole house filter plus softener, and RO for just the sink. It's been a week and we cannot be more happy with the quality of water so far. Ed is a great guy, very patient and friendly, and will not try to oversell. I did a lot of research between different softeners in the market as well as conditioners. This to me was the best value. Their pricing is all inclusive and upfront on their website as well. If you are considering a softener, give Ed call a call sure. The installer, Chris was a great professional as well. Our install was slightly tricky, but they were able to complete it with the initial quote. Very happy with the experience so far, and highly recommend Ed's Soft water.- Subu D.

AProfessional Plumbing IncChris and his guy are just extremely talented and efficient. They knocked out a few items that I needed done and I had a few simple tasks that I added last mint and was willing to pay for but they did them and didn't charge me for their time. How often does that happen? Of course, I had to offer to buy them lunch and reward the good work and extras that they performed so willingly - and did I mention without charging me? You cant go wrong bringing these two into your home to fix your plumbing issues. I grateful to those guys for the good work they did and for the fair price I received.- Greg V.

AWorkers arrived early. Completed work in just over 2 hours. Installers were knowledgeable and very nice. Fully explained how the system works and what I needed to do the first day. It's so nice to have water that tastes good right from my tap! No more chloramine! And no more hard-water stains in my showers and toilets! They were able to install the system in my garage, whereas the other vendors I had received quotes from said it needed to go on the opposite side of the house behind the master bedroom with difficult access (meaning I would have to shlep the bags of salt all the way around the perimeter of the house into the backyard). They were also the best price of the five quotes I received.

AI called because I could not turn off the hot water. They said, someone, would be there within 2 hours. The plumber arrived in less than 90 minutes. He was neat and clean. He set right to work. After 15 minutes or so he had taken apart the old faucet tried to make a repair but the faucet was not repairable - not surprising since the faucet was quite old. I asked if he could replace the faucet but the one I wanted he did not have on his vehicle. He called the office and they had one in stock. He was gone about 40 minutes. He installed the new faucet in about 20 minutes. He cleaned up after himself.

ARyan arrived a little early than the scheduled time which was perfect! Didnāt tie up my whole day. He checked everything out on the AC unit and the heater and found no problems which was perfect. He did recommend the routine maintenance package they offer but wasnāt pushy. Today I just paid the service call which was in line for what I had done. Friendly, polite, considerate and not pushy. I will definitely use them again when there is a need.
