    Beware of the owner when booking. The 2 guys in the truck were amazing, polite, quick and careful with my things. The owner charged me an extra $100 from what was quoted. The move from door to door was a little over 3 hrs. When I booked them, they told me it wouldn't be more than $350, so I went with them. When all was done, the owner tacked on an extra $100 and gave me all these blown out reasons. Point is I was quoted one price, then charged another. I'm a business owner myself and from my perspective, you cannot do that. He told me he would take off $25 if that would make me happy. I'll never use them again. So the cost of service for a little over 3 hrs and 13 miles without tip was $450

    Use someone else! They completely overcharged me and took all day to move the contents of a packed 900 sq foot condo 30 miles away. I was charged $1500 for that! It took them 7 hours just to load the truck, but only 2 to unload it. They said it was because the condo was far off the road. But 2 movers moved even more stuff into that same condo in 3 hours, including moving it out of another place. I was paying for 3 guys, but 1 only worked half the time. He spent a lot of time on the truck and was working to service the truck that had problems with the oil. One wrapped the furniture inside, and it was complete overkill. He wrapped it as if it were shipping across country, and then charged me for the shrink wrap and tape! I believe that was to add to the time, thus enhancing the charges. The second guy did most of the work, carrying the wrapped furniture to the truck. I felt bad for him. The only two pieces that weren't wrapped were damaged, and I'm still looking for pieces of furniture that are apparently forever lost. I've moved quite a bit, and this was the worst move experience ever! Don't use them!

    He waa very very knowledgeable and he knew what had to be done in a such a precious way. He is a flreman so he was very very detailed and was extremely patient with us.     Rich quoted us for a full day but the guys finished in less than 5 hours. The pricing is a little higher per hour than other companies, but David and his crew were careful with our stuff. We even asked for a detour to our storage facility. I could tell the crew had been working together for a while since they wasted no time in loading our boxes and furniture from the house and from the storage facility. They also placed mats through our downstairs flooring (laminate wood) and plastic on our carpets to keep everything clean. Thanks guys!!

    The team was amazing. Great guys who did a good job. They had some issues with the washer on a tricky stair landing and broke one of my banister pillars. Initially NorthStar was responsive but now that I have provided them an invoice, they have gone dark and have not paid for the replacement of the pillar. This move has now cost me money to replace the pillar and I am getting no response from Monique at Northstar. I have followed up 3x.

    So far I have had excellent service from United Transportation. Jennifer was very helpful with the initial order and always available for questions! When Ben arrived for the pick up his expertise with measurements with his walk through abilities were very impressive. You pay for cubic feet, and for most of us, that is difficult to understand as far as how much space that equates to. I would recommend to have Ben come out prior to your official move to give you an accurate measurement if your not sure. For myself I decided to use less boxes than I originally gave to Jennifer, just to make sure I did not go over since we are on a tight budget and my furniture has a few odd sizes. Because I used less boxes I was actually very close to the original price quoted sight unseen. Ben and his crew wrapped all my furniture carefully and were very polite. My husband has a bad back, and we decided to shop around for movers. Trust me, this is the only company comparable to move it yourself costs. Don't be fooled by other competitors who quote they are lower but then charge you by weight or miles because United Transportation DOES NOT:):):)true true true!!! I soon will have my furniture delivered and we are very excited that its coming as estimated, another reason to use this company! Why move yourself when you can move with United Transportation Moving and Storage? Use them, you will not regret it!!!

    I was really impressed with All In Moving Services company. Their customer service was excellent.  My movers were very professional and respectful. They worked hard the entire time, were careful with my furniture, and requested my input regularly.  The lead wanted to make certain I was comfortable with their process and that my furniture and belongings were handled, moved and placed in a manner that worked for me. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing to move. And the price was fantastic. Thank you all in moving services for making my moving day go extra-smooth!

    All In Moving Services
    I originally heard about All In Moving Services on a random chat in a train and thought that I would give them a call. I thought about hiring someone else but after talking with the person on the phone I felt they had to be good. On the day of my move, they called and confirmed their appointment time, then actually arrived 15 minutes early. All three men were clean cut and dressed in an Atlanta Furniture Taxi uniform.  Once I got to talking to them, they were extremely personable too. Upon signing the paperwork, the clock started and the three men diligently went to work, not stopping once until my house was completely loaded up! To my surprise, they used blankets and shrink wrap to protect my furniture during the move. Once we were at the new place, each of the movers worked side by side with my wife, unloading each box / item and putting it in her desired location.  When when we changed our minds as to where we wanted something to go, they were more than happy to move the item until we were satisfied with its location. Needless to say, Call In Moving Services was early, their employees were Trustable, Personable men who were dressed in uniform, and went over and beyond to help make our move as smooth as possible.

    I had about a 1-bedroom house's worth of stuff to move to 2 different places. The guys showed up in the time they said they would, they were courteous, professional, and nice to boot. They moved everything with great care and attention. When they weren't sure about something, they'd ask. They were pretty quick too. They had me verify everything at each place to make sure it was all done to my satisfaction. The rates are very reasonable and straightforward, and they don't try to do complicated math like the number of guys + number of hours x gas x distance or any malarkey like that. I also got a 5% discount for being an Angie's List member, which is always appreciated.

    The only negative, if I had one, would be to say that although they take cards, they do the old fashioned card imprint stuff. Guys, there is technology for that nowadays and it's way more secure than the system you have now. And instead of penalizing customers for using a card (the rate is higher for cards than cash) why not say there is a discount for paying in cash?

    Rich Nelson Moving Services
    First I'd like to say that Rich Nelson is very pro, and will try to make things right if they go wrong.  That being said, a few things went wrong on these moves which left me less than impressed with his crew.
    During the first job, I didn't have very many things that needed to be moved, but I did have one very heavy sofa bed, which I gave them plenty of warning about. Only 2 guys came out and while they moved most things at a decent speed, they had a lot of trouble with the sofa bed. It was too heavy for just 2 guys and they got it half-way up the stairs at the new location and then gave up. They ended up putting it in the garage and telling me that they'd have to come back next time with more guys to get it up the stairs. They also didn't wrap it correctly and ended up damaging the legs slightly and marking up the leather. They also dinged up the walls in 2 houses the process. The second set of guys had no problem getting it up the stairs and in the end only really needed 2 men, as they were able to figure out a better, more efficient way of moving it. Seems the first set of guys couldn't figure that out.
    The second move went better but there were a lot of stairs so even though there were 4 guys it was a little slow going. I kept Rich informed on what had happened with the sofa bed (that it was damaged, the walls were damaged) and he came out to fix things. He spackled the walls and touched up and tried to fix the sofa bed. 
    The last thing I want to mention is that this company does not take cards for payment, just cash or check. Come on Rich, in this day and age? I had to get over $900 in cash out of the ATM and then his crew leader miscounted the money, telling me I was short, almost giving me a heart attack. This alone is one good reason for me not to use them again. I want to be able to pay companies securely, especially with amounts like this.
