  Since I had previously worked with Gary���s Plumbing, when I had a problem with low outside water pressure, I called him to come check it out. Turns out there was tons of debris in a water line causing the low pressure. Since Gary���s plumbing had worked on this line the previous June, he didn���t charge me to clean it out. Job done! Great service.

  I called early this morning for the toilet leak and Luis came mid morning. Service was great. He took care of my emergency leaky toilet plus other plumbing issues that I had never gotten around to fixing. Work was excellent and I am ecstatic that I finally got everything done. I will definitely call Gary's plumbing again and request Luis.

  First visit. Ground was wet so no work done, but also no quote given. Second visit was late, quoted things we weren't asking for .snd their notes did not match our job completely. Spoke with manager. He sent third guy who explained the job and quoted it. When I asked how the voucher was factored into the job, I was told they would give me $99 credit towards the job. That was the original price of the voucher which was sold as a value of twice that. Hmmmmm Very odd. Not willing to give me the advertised value, only credit for what I paid for it. When I questioned that, I was told he'd double check then get back to me. No one got back to me. So then I called to ask and was told the same thing. It seems their ok with that. I even told them I'd need to post a review of how they handled the voucher, yet no attempt to rectify it. I wouldn't use them based on that factor alone. Can't speak to their work quality, but communication was lacking within , and I question the deal they offer. My experience was downhill from day one. The last/third guy said it was considered a sprinkler repair, which they normally don't do. Odd, the first two guys made no mention of that

  I purchased an Angie's List coupon for $71.99. Work was never done. The first scheduled day the owner scheduled the appt for 11:30-1:30. Then it moved to 12-2, then 2-3, then at 3:15 for an unknown time because he had to travel from a long distance on a Friday afternoon. The next day, Saturday, it was scheduled for between 11-1. Then it changed to 12-2, then 2-3, then at 3:15 they called and said the "technician" hurt his back and would not be able to come. I said forget it and asked Angie's list for a refund. Very unprofessional.

  Great! We thought we were going to need a new water heater. I called Gary on Saturday morning and he said he would come about between 10-12 and would call when he was on his way, and he did exactly that. He installed a pilot light on the water heater (so we did not need a new one), replaced the flex lines to our kitchen faucet, and installed a water alarm under our water heater so we are aware if it begins to leak. The job took about 2 hours total. He was extremely friendly, has a huge van that is basically a rolling shop so he has most of what is needed available to him, and made sure he cleaned up everything. He gave us a quick estimate when he first arrived based on what we told him, and said that it could increase based on what he found. We were just thrilled that what we thought was going to be a $1,000+ job was much less. Very professional, courteous, and funny.

  What a terrific experience.  Technician Michael Cisneros is not only a wonderful guy, but he was able to explain the situation clearly and ensure that I was comfortable with what needed to be done and the cost of doing so.
  Michael took care of the clogged drainage pipes in a short time, but he really did a thorough job!  Very pleased with Do it Right Plumbers.

  Tech was very professional, and quality of work was very good, not excellent, but very good. Front office staff however is another issue: although they made every effort to maintain contact, they could never get the appointment time correct, or would change it without consultation, also booked other work for tech which interfered with appointment set up a week in advance, so obviously commercial work takes priority.

  We had a blocked sewage drain. I had a plumber come out to try and snake the pipe but he was unable to get past about 60 feet down the pipe. Rooter Alert came out and ran a camera down and found the blockage (tree roots) about 80 feet down the pipe. (Our property is the last house on a long drive way).
  
  It took several attempts to get the hose down the correct direction but they were able t use the hydrojet to clear the blockage. They reran the camera and took a photo of the area. Turns out the last few feet of pipe to the sewer is made of clay (not ABS) and the roots had broken through the pipe. Relining the pipe would be pretty costly (approx. $7k) due to the length, the technician recommended annual jetting of the line.
  
  There were two technicians that came out. they were very professional, they vacuumed up most of the waste water that didn't drain away and cleaned away almost all evidence of the blockage.

  They informed that they had no availability until the next day (Saturday) and we made an appointment with a several hour window. On Saturday, we received a call that they had an emergency and would call us by 11am with an update. It was practically 3pm and we had no update, so we called them, and were told their plumber was still attending to the emergency. We were then informed that if the plumber came after 5pm that we would be charged a largely increased rate. We declined and rescheduled our appointment for the following Saturday (today).
  We were told that we would be their first appointment (8am) which we appreciated. However, we received a call at 8:30am saying yet again that they have an emergency and that they "may be able to make it out later this afternoon." While they offered to waive their increased rate if they came after 5pm, we declined and cancelled the appointment. They said that they have only one plumber on Saturdays, this would have been nice to know beforehand.
  I would caution potential clients on making Saturday appointments as it appears to be very unreliable.

  Although they canceled our first appointment on Friday they came out on Sunday & arrived promptly. I purchased the $475 deal for hydro-jetting storm drains. They diagnosed the problem quickly & attempted to hydro jet the outside drains but within moments the invading roots proved too much for the machine & they were unable to continue, leaving a pool of mud & more of a blocked drain. I was advised to request a technician to come & use a camera to investigate the extent of the issue. He too arrived promptly on the scheduled date & after briefly installing a camera he advised me to call in a landscaper to access the drains beneath the concrete, as while Rooter Alert could do the job, the costs would be higher due to the nature & extent of the work to be done. While it was not a good outcome for me, Rooter Alert did not charge me for either visit & they provided an honest & informative approach. I requested a refund for the deal.
