  Hired this company to perform a thorough house cleaning for two hours, very satisfied with the result. Owner was very responsive and patient with all of my questions and the cleaner he sent was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and return for the service.

  City Maid

  I haven't had a deep cleaning in a while and really needed it. I had grease stains on the wall and around the floor of my stove and the cleaners took their time to scrub it clean. I have never seen my kitchen look so spotless. I expected a good cleaning but they went beyond my expectation I would definitely use them again. They were friendly and went right to work after I was done explaining what i wanted done and the areas to focus. They worked quickly, brought all their supplies all I did was make sure to stay out of their way while they cleaned.

  Hello Clean

  Saw ad on Angie's list and hired Regina Hello to clean an empty two bedroom apartment.  She arrived immediately after calling to meet me and arrange a cleaning date.
   I work during days and was not able to be present when she supposedly cleaned apartment, which was left relatively clean by last tenant.  
  When I got home at night checked apartment briefly.  Noticed rug was vacuumed.   Kitchen counters felt gritty.  She charged extra to clean outside of windows of which was not visible at night.
  I liked her when I hired her so I assumed she did everything she told me she did.  Like I said apartment was left pretty clean after last tenants.
  She did not leave me invoice like she said she would.  I called her and she said she would mail it to me.  I waited for weeks and called her back.  She said she mailed it but I never received it.  Finally, I told her I would leave the check under my doormat and to please leave invoice when she picked up check.  After over a month I retrieved check and called her again.  She made excuse upon excuse why she couldn't pick up check. I thought that was strange!
  It wasn't until I was showing apartment to potential tenants that I noticed outside windows were never cleaned.  There was some old stuff stuck onto window that would have come off if it was cleaned.  I called and asked her to come over to check the windows and pick up her check.  She said she was too busy and could not come look at the windows.
  I never heard from her until January 2015 whereby she finally sent me an invoice.  I was so fed up with dealing with her that I sent the check even though I don't think she earned it.
  If you hire her make sure you're present to validate that she does what she says she would!

  SmartClean Cleaning Services

  .IlAround 3:PM ,Stuart called and said he is about 20 minutes away and I was glad He called.I travel that same Freeway and in the afternoon can get pretty congested.When He and Michelle arrived shortly I can tell these folks were ready to "Rock & Roll"We want over a few things and I left to do few errands feeling very confident that these two were going to make me very happy with there hard work.Came back to the house about 21/2 hours to drop off my prescriptions from CVS ,and Walked through my side door and Pow ! that super clean sanitize aroma hit me and there was Michelle making the Kitchen sparkle.Stuart came to me and said what they had finished.As i put down my stuff ,I peeked at the Living Room which absolutely "POP"I think I said WOW and told Michelle I'll be out side to do some gardening clean up.About 7:PM as I was finishing watering the front yard ,Michelle is at this time coming out the front door with some of their cleaning equipment said take a look at the house.All I can say is that was the best $375.00 i Spent and of course What a Fantastic BIG DEAL which was my fist completed job off of Angie"s List.Stuart walked the entire house with me
   before They left and pointed out all that was done in unbelievable time of 31/2 hours.I signed Them out,thank them again with a tip that I will adding to with a check sending to Cherie their Lovely Boss.

  CONFUSION SOLUTION

  They went to use the deal and since everybody was going to use the deal they used a different company like they subcontracted.  2 guys came in to do the work.  They did good work.  They were very pleasant and professional to work.  Quality of work was good.  Probably wouldn't recommend original company but would recommend company who did the work.

  Thank you Daryl for arranging to have Kelly bless our home. She arrived on time and went through each room very meticulously. We live in an older 1929 house that is drafty & dusty and she took care of every place it hides.

  Alicia's Home & Office Cleaning

  I really wanted this to work, but I was so disappointed. I originially contacted the provider on the phone and we set up an appointment to have her come and do an estimate, she said she didn't want to give me a phone estimate b/c it wouldn't be fair. So on the day of the schedule visit for the estimate, she didn't arrive or call at the scheduled time, and didn't reply to my text asking if she was still coming over. 3 hours after our scheduled time she called and apologized citing scheduling oversight. Now she gave me a phone estimate and we scheduled a start date and I proceeded to arrange my obligations and schedule to prepare the house for her arrival. She called half an hour before she was schedule to be at my house (on what would of been her start date) and cited an additional work load that was added that would make it impossible for her to make it on time and offered me another time next week or another date or to arrive at 2:00pm (homework time and dinner time for us). We agreed on another date and time and yet again I plan my schedule to accomodate her and she doesn't show up and doesn't call. I sent her a text message telling her that I'm going w/ someone else ~ didn't even reply to that.
  So disappointed I really wanted to work w/ her b/c the reviews were so great ~ but 3 times and I'm done.

  Two very nice ladies came to my home and started work right away. I barely finished showing them around and they already had a game plan and went to work with no questions.   Hello Clean

  Regina brought in 3 staffers to perform the work promptly at 8:30 am and estimated it would take about 3 hours to complete. That was an accurate estimate. The staffers scrubbed down all the kitchen appliances, cabinets, bathrooms including removing hard water residue, wiped off recessed light fixtures, cleaned all the venetian blinds, washer and dryer, vacuumed the rug, dusted off and cleaned the baseboards, etc. The place was ready to move in as we had hoped.
  The crew even pulled the refrigerator from the wall to clean underneath and behind it!
