  • The initial inspection was scheduled quickly. The determination was that th roof didn't need to be replaced. I appreciated that they didn't take advantage of the situation to do more than was needed. The work was completed quickly and professionally with no mess. I would definitely use they again.

  • Natalia has been regularly cleaning our home for over 5 years. She is extremely reliable, professional, and accommodating - frequently altering her schedule to fit changes in our availability even if it means ending up in rush hour traffic. The quality and thoroughness of the cleaning she is able accomplish within the time she is here is unmatched - we have used other cleaners who easily took twice the amount of time and never attended to such details as window sills, microwave ovens, book shelves, and toaster ovens on a regular basis. But most importantly, she is a wonderful person that our children love and someone we trust unconditionally. I would highly recommend her services.

  • Excellent in all ways. Mr. Sparkle has cleaned my gutters before, and also my windows. They always provide excellent service. I can't make a price comparison because I didn't look into hiring anyone else. They have always offered me a $20 discount after my first service. The highest recommendation!!!

  • Much confusion about getting in touch with repair people after the initial visit. I eventually decided just to purchase a new refrigerator as the price differential between quoted repair costs and limited warranty and a new frig was small.

  • My hat's off to Green Bay Remodeling for successfully completing, in a reasonable amount of time, this challenging Scandinavian-style bathroom remodel four flights up from the street. The challenge began years ago when the bathroom flooded causing dry rot and a mold infestation in the floor and the ceiling below. The mold remediation company had to completely gut the bathroom from several feet above the floor. When done, they recommended Green Bay as a company who could get on the job promptly, which they did. The remodel design was a collaborative effort, involving me (an architecture buff), my daughter (a landscape architect), and Green Bay's energetic Project Manager, Zack Ilinetsky. We agreed on a walk-in shower with no shower pan and a white tile surround. Zack suggested three wall boxes in the shower to break up the plain white, and, when I decided to avoid a bulky sink vanity, an elegant pedestal sink. He also suggested tiling the entire bathroom up to the window level, not just the shower. Zack, being knowledgeable about locally affordable bathroom fixtures, helped me keep the cost down why I indulged in ordering the finish materials online, thanks to Green Bay's policy of encouraging to choose them. I was impressed with the hard-working and technically skilled crew as they carried cement board and over a ton of tile up the four winding flights, creating a waterproof floor for the shower. Then a crisis occurred: the local planning department, which was in the midst of a reorganization, sent a plumbing inspector unfamiliar with the local code, who threatened us with having to tear up the beautiful water-tested floor! Zack really showed his energy and determination, going to the planning department and explaining the technical details. They understood and sent us another inspector who green-lighted completion of this ambitious remodel. Another unexpected treat Zack provided was the advanced ceiling fan with Bluetooth stereo speakers and a blue night-light. I can play music from my smartphone while enjoying my shower.  An automatic on-off switch for the new recessed LED ceiling lights was also installed. Having taken a luxurious shower in my new high-style bathroom (that's a pre-existing sauna behind the wooden door, by the way), I am now ready to show off my gorgeous new bathroom to the world. • We wanted to sell our house and our agent recommended us to remodel completely the bathrooms at the house which gave us a tight deadline for that (only two weeks) bathrooms remodeling. We contacted several companies and at the end, we went with A quality construction since they guaranteed to complete the work within our deadlines and our research on them revealed that they are extremely reliable. Colin was our project manager and he made sure that the work will start the following day and that the crew will complete the daily tasks while focusing on the quality of the work. The bathrooms were completed within the time frame and we want to thank A Quality construction for the hard work that was done! They gave us a great quality results.

  • After purchasing our home, we needed to bring the private sewer lateral into EBMUD compliance. We called Toto's after a bad experience with a previous contractor for the same issue. Toto's determined from a camera check that the line should have been in good shape, so they would do their own test. They were pretty clear about the pricing: it would be a certain amount to do the test. If there were a problem, it would cost more to repair it, but they had a clear maximum cost. The pricing clarity was important to us. A previous contractor had quoted us $1,700, then raised the price to $5,000 to replace the line when they found a leak. Toto's maximum was less than that to replace the whole line. They did find a leak, but they were able to fix it for significantly less than the replacement cost. They did the work well, verified that it would pass the test when the EBMUD inspector came, and it did indeed pass. They were easy to work with the whole time: responsive by email, phone, and text. My only complaint, which is pretty minor, was they banged up some of our deck and forgot to replace a couple of the deck screws.

  • Smooth as can be. Four guys showed up on time and even called an hour in advance to let us know when they'd arrive. They took great care wrapping things and moving between places. Guys were nice, polite and asked where we'd like things to go. They even asked at the end if we'd like anything moved to a different room before they left. Couldn't be happier.

  • We could not have had a better experience! Deepak so patiently listened to every one of our concerns, and step by step investigated the whole house to help us find the answers, greatly easing our worries. He solved the washing machine problem with the simple replacement of supply lines with lines of a better quality (which he actually had to go back to the company to get), and he did also replace those rusted supply lines in the bathroom. He also gave us a detailed idea of the services available to investigate more thoroughly some of our worries, such as how to service the tankless water heater and how to be sure the waste lines were sound. He was such a good listener (really, adressing every one of our concerns) that we are left feeling very secure in, not only the excellent work he did, but in this company which we will, now, surely call first for any plumbing or heating needs!

  • I lost my only key to the apartment and was out with screen door, deadbolt and doorknob locked :/ Nathan arrived after 15 minutes as promised, opened all three without damaging anything, got me inside in 10 minutes, and in no more than half an hour he had a new set of keys made.
