My experience with A quality construction and specially with the project manager Shai has been wonderful. I was lucky enough to have Shai and A quality construction at my house as the people who were remodeling my house. Not only was I happy with all the ideas and new design, but also that he came over each day to the house and personally supervise the work. They kept offering great customer service and high quality of work. I have them for my solar system installation, bathrooms remodeling, new kitchen cabinets & counters, fresh interior paint, popcorn ceiling removal and home automation electrical work all over the house. The workers showed up each day as scheduled, on time and never left for the day until the work was completed. Shai, was amazing and he was always available for any question or concern but he made sure that the workers knows exactly what I am expecting. I highly recommend A quality construction and Shai for any remodeling projects. I know that they will make any home project painless.

A real plus was that he worked only with his son, Alon, no subs were used except for the very capable Ray Fernandez of Countertop Connection (Pacheco, CA). With the exception of the counter tops, Dave and his son were qualified and adept at managing all requirements of the job including  electrical, plumbing, tile installation and more. Sorting out the daily challenges of how to accomplish these tasks in a house with many concrete bearing walls required some expertise and creativeness.
A work space was set up at the beginning, and was kept neat and tidy at all times. Accumulated work debris was cleared and cleaned up at the end of each day.
We are pleased that all went so well and that we can wholeheartedly recommend Kenney Construction!

Very pleased with Al and the work he did. Workmanship was excellent. He came over, viewed the projects, submitted a detailed estimate to include materials. We made an appointment to do the work. During the course of doing the job, Al pointed out a couple projects that he suggested were fine as they were and deducted the estimated costs accordingly. Couldn't be happier with him or the work done.

Mr. Smith and I are still communicating on the best way to repair my driveway. I haven't received a quote from him, but before giving me a quote Mr. Smith thought it would be best if a colleague took a look at my driveway also. I am not to sure what will happen at this point .

Richard show up on time and did an excellent job in troubleshooting a total of 4 3-way light switches, replaced a GFI plug in our kitchen that was not working and tightened a loose kitchen faucet.    I will be using Richard again for other jobs soon.   Would highly recommend!

All I can say about Alcosta Door is that they did the job I paid for through Angie's list.  However, there was more work to be done and the bid they gave me was much higher than a competitor.  When I say much higher, as I remember it, one guy bid $350 and Alcosta $800.  This was for work at my business.   I recently asked them to bid a new garage door opener for my home, and they bid over $800, a competitor did it for $395.   The work they did was fine, but I thought Angie's list also offered value.  Alcosta door is no value!

Felt Dave Kenney was listening to us when we said we had a budget. Has given us some leads on cabininet makers which we are working on now. As of this printing we are planning to use him as our contractor when the time comes.

Dean was very patient with me as we worked through projects and determined what was in the handyman category.  Initial plans to replace a door were hampered by my inability to find a door the right size!  Once here and working Dean was thorough and did a fine job.

We were so pleased with the interior re-modeling job David and his team completed earlier this year that  we engaged them to freshen up the exterior of our house and patio cover / structure.  The work performed again met our high expectations.   They started with solid prep work  - sanding, caulking, checking the wood surfaces for rot / damage and making any necessary repairs.   A section of the front eaves had to be replaced due to water damage from the roof.  The patio lattice piece had warped in a number of places which required replacement and layers of algae was scrubbed  from the outside of the gutters.   Because  it had been more than 15 years since the house and patio cover had been painted and stained,  the wood and stucco surfaces were very dry and required multiple coats to seal the surfaces and insure a quality finish.   The crew  was extremely careful with their painting.  There were no messy  dribbles or spills.  Windows and the brickwork were protected and the different colors for the trim and house were crisply separated.
Finally, our house is 40+ years and David's crew had to work around existing landscaping, brick and stone patio structures.  The large Rhododendum and prize Azaela, trees and bushes close to the house were carefully protected from the work and paint as was the large flagstone patio.   Our large Azaela is a special spring delight for me and colorful draw each year for walkers and traffic in the neighborhood.   I would have been upset had it been damaged.  Instead, this year,  our  freshly painted yellow house was a wonderful backdrop to the huge Azaela's bright red blooms!

I have been working with George since July 2012, when I first contracted with him to remodel two bathrooms in a house I bought.  After he completed the initial work, I contracted with him to do additional work.  The work is still ongoing.  George is both a fine contractor and a fine person.  So is Brian, who works with George.   They do what they say will do.  When they encounter unexpected difficulties, they put a lot of thought into solutions.  They keep at the job until they get it right and their client is satisfied.  My wife and I are both very happy with the work they have done.  That's why we have contracted with them to do additional work, and will continue to contract with them in the future.
