    It was pretty much standard. They're very good and very efficient. For routine oil changes, you don't have to book it; you just drive right in. It's a fairly high price for the work. You pay for the time allotted. They're really professional and very neat. It's a very laid out service area. I'm impressed by that and the way they handle cars.

    He has been going there for over 10 years. It was a lot of work, they had to move things around to get in there. He had some kind of an oil leak from the gasket leaking. He has been using them steadfastly. They're pretty reasonable. He really likes that place. They get the job done, they're punctual with it. He has never had to bring it back for any problems. They take care of it.

    My project was very small. Someone clipped my sideview mirror, while parked, when I was in the City for dinner and I had to replace the whole thing. There is a small cap on the mirror cover that came color matched from the factory and the replacement parts were black, so I wanted to get things back to the way they were. I went right down to Jim's Auto Body to get a quote. I went to their concord location. It went well. It was a great experience from start to finish. The receptionist was very friendly and greeted me as I entered. She got an estimator right over. He was awesome. very thorough, asked all the detailed questions I was expecting him to ask. Took before photos and explained everything. Even looked at some other areas that I had questions about. I think they went above and beyond what my initial expectations were. Everything looks great. The color match is perfect

    The garage was slightly difficult to locate.  You got to look for the red banner. 
    The person checking me in was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. 
    Overall, I am happy to find a person who is able to perform routine oil changes for a reasonable price.  The service was completed in less than 1 hour.   I would definitely take my porsche back to Flintworks.

    The experience was good. I contacted them because I found they had a specific certified used truck that I really wanted. They are 500+ miles away from me. The sales rep confirmed with me they still had the truck. I told him I was interested in seeing it and that I would drive down two days later to take a look at it, and if all was good would most likely purchase it. The sales rep walked through the vehicle and read all the information to me, explained any damage on wheels and other imperfections. I drove down there with the intention on buying the truck if it was nice and clean as described to me. The Sales rep confirmed that it was still on their lot and available in the early morning before I hit the road to save me hastle. I got down there and took it for a test drive and loved it, bought, and drove it home the same day. They washed it before I showed up, it was also raining that day, and they washed it again and detailed the interior before I left. It was an overall good experience. I would use them again because the process was as easy as it could have been.

    They are our dealers. It is easy to make our appointments and bring in our car. They did a good job and couldn't have been better than they were. We took the car in by 9:00am and it was done by 3:00pm. Their customer service was very nice. They were very helpful.

    My first experience here was a routine smog check - what can you say? It went fine, they were able to do it while I waited, but Roesbery charges nearly double what some others charge. (It is Danville, after all.)

    Radiator replacement - I had found coolant in my engine compartment. Looked like a very small pinhole leak, so I drove the car 3 miles to Roesbery. They diagnosed a cracked radiator, not uncommon in a 13-year-old BMW. It wasn't cheap to fix, but it was fixed.

    Tow-in after non-start - Oy, what  a pain when your car won't start. Battery was fine, and it felt like a fuel starvation problem. I phoned AAA to tow me to Roesbery. I phoned Roesbery to let them know the car was coming and what the symptom was. By the time I arrived, Steve Roesbery had printed the service sheet ready for my signature. And, knowing I was stranded, he had one of his guys drive me home at no extra charge. One fuel pump and some hoses later, I was on my way.

    Bottom line: you can get cheaper car service elsewhere. But Steve exemplifies the ethos of the family business (which this is) and goes the extra mile (literally) for his customers. He gets my vote as a "local indy of choice."

    I usually handle all the routine maintenance for my mom's car. When she called and said her car was making a terrible noise I immediately went over to look at it. Checked the oil level, it was almost empty, topped it off and started the car. The noise sounded like the Cam Shafts had worn their races and the bears may have gone bad. We decided to take it to the Ford dealership to get it diagnosed. The service manager immediately said, and quot;that's a bad noise, you definitely have a major problem with the engine. We might need to replace it,and quot; to which I replied, and quot;let's hold off before we jump to conclusions hereand quot;. After about an hour he called and told me the A/C compressor had gone bad and put metal particles into the system and the contamination had damaged the rest of the system. The repair was quoted at $2,300. After a long conversation they dropped the price down to 1,900 and removed one part. in one last attempt to keep my business they dropped it again to 1,500. I paid my diagnostic fee and took the keys. For parts that total 390 I don't need to spend another 1100 dollars on labor for a job that will only take 3 hours.
    I called Dave, and after a 5 minute conversation I knew he was my new mechanic. I have never really been that type to have a particular mechanic as I do most work myself, but he reminded me of how I would run a shop. We are waiting for parts to come in, but I have an appointment to bring the car in on Tuesday, and he said he'll have it done later that day. This is something I am not use to in normally taking my mom's car to the dealership.

    THE SERVICE IS GOOD. THEY HAVE GOOD SHUTTLE SERVICE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT JOB WAS NOT DONE ON SITE. THE CONTRACT THE JOB OUT TO SOMEONE ELSE. IN THIS CASE, IT WAS LAFAYETTE DETAIL IN LAFAYETTE, CA. I COULD HAVE GONE TO THEM DIRECTLY AND SKIPPED THE MIDDLE MAN.
