AThe YardstickJack & his team did a great job from the very start when we had a lot of options to choose from to the time when everything was completely installed. And getting this done in a timely fashion during the current COVID situation was exemplary. We had them install shades throughout the house, and with any project there were bumps/issues that arose and Jack was there to help us fix them. ASOD Home GroupEach craftsman that was sent to the house was knowledgeable, polite and completed their task as promised. The maple floors are beautiful and all painting meticulous. The tile was a little tricky as we replaced the trim tiles only. This meant the tiles needed to be carefully removed to avoid breaking the remaining tile. Before re-grouting, he took the extra care needed to remove and prep the existing grout. We are more than pleased with their work and would use them again.- hazel t.

AThe YardstickHands down the best home service experience I've had. The prices were fair, the product high quality, and the service expectational. The sales consultation was handled by Andrew and the owner, Jack, came once the final contract was nailed down. They were respectful, detail oriented and knowledgeable. We ended up going with Hunter Douglas shades and the product was delivered within a couple weeks of order. Andrew himself came and did the install within a couple hours. The company delivered on time, and the results are aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend Yardstick to anyone who wants to upgrade their window treatment.- Jay J.

ABrothers Home Improvement IncBrothers Home Improvement is excellent to work with. We originally had them replace our single pane windows for double pane around 20 years ago. They have been responsive to warranty needs over the years. When we decided to replace our bay window and kitchen slider we called them for the job. They are a family run business and everyone from the operator, to the estimator, to the installer makes you feel like a very important customer. They keep great records and stand behind their products. I definitely recommend them.- B M.

Since they're located in southern CA, they thought Belmont was located in the Long Beach area and they missed the first appointment. Once we got that straightened out, a consultant came to my home and we started the process. The installers were punctual and professional. The installed shutters look beautiful!- Betty W.

AElizabeth ShuttersWe had Elizabeth Shutters out to quote for two large windows at the front of the house. We'd previously been quoted on plastic/vinyl shutters and wanted to compare with wood. The process was very simple and low pressure and when we got the quote it was nowhere near as expensive as we'd suspected to go with wood (which can be repainted and repaired more easily). The install was fast, professional and issue-free. We couldn't be happier!- Adam W.

AIt's been over two years since my blinds from Gladys (Hunter Douglas brand) were installed and we're still super happy with them! Gladys is super awesome to work with and really cares about her customers! We had a slight hiccup in the process where one set of blinds came in the wrong color, at least as far as we expected. While the color we received did match her notes and we missed it in reviewing before ordering, she immediately took responsibility to resolve it and got us the blinds we wanted. Would happily call on Viu Window & Home again for any future window treatments!

ARay was wonderful to work with. His pricing was very reasonable and competitive. I liked how he came to our house to show us the sample shades and carpets so that we can see how they actually fit in with the home and furnishings. He spent hours with us going through the different considerations when choosing each type of style and color. The timeline for completing the projects was very accurate, and we were given updates on a regular basis about each step's completion. What more more impressive was that Ray even came back 5 months later to fix a damaged bracketing on one of our shades, likely from the nanny pulling incorrectly on one of the retraction lines, as a one time complimentary service. The Quality of workmanship was top notch, but Ray stands out with his exemplary customer service.
