    Airpads Inc
I signed a 2-year agreement with Airpads starting October 1, 2016. The first year everything was fine. Rental disbursements were sent on time and communication was great. Unfortunately, things began to go south February of this year. First, I was told that instead of being paid on the 5th of every month, like the contract stated, I would be paid on the 15th. I was disappointed that Airpads made this unilateral decision to alter the terms of the contract without any discussion. I didnt make any complaints because I had been happy with their service up that point. A couple weeks later I received an email stating they are altering my payment agreement, which would pay me less money. The email said it was effective the next month. I told them I did not agree to this and even spoke to the CEO, Anthony Leonardo. I made it clear I wanted to stick to our agreement on the contract and there was no benefit for me to take less money. He said he would get back to me. I didnt hear back from him (this would be a reoccurring theme). The next month my payment was substantially less. I contacted Airpads several times saying I had not agreed to take a pay cut and that I wanted to continue to be paid the monthly rate that was agreed to on our contract. This is when they stopped responding to my emails. I would send about 2-3 emails a week asking when I would be paid in full and would only receive a response about a twice a month. All Airpads responses would disregard my questions/concerns and tell me that I had already been paid or that they would look into it. During this same time period I my monthly payments started showing up towards the very end of the month, not on the 15th. This cycle of being paid at the end of the month, not being paid the full amount, and no one responding to my emails went on for a few months. There is an agreement in our contract that allows either party to terminate immediately if there is a breech. Because it is 100% clear that Airpads violated our contract many times, I could have walked away and left with the burden of relocating all their customers. Even though I had an awful experience, I am not a spiteful person and understand that they are a struggling company, so I still gave them 60 days notice. I advised them that I would finish at the end of our 2-year contract October 2018. The CEO, Anthony Leonardo, personally responded to me and agreed it would be best for us to part at that time. Unfortunately, Airpads took this opportunity to screw me again. Fast forward to Thanksgiving, I have switched management companies and Airdpads still refuses to pay me the rent they collected from my property in September. I continue to email them 2-3 times a week and occasionally get an email back saying they are looking into it and if they do get around to paying me they will charge relocation costs that they ineptly booked with the full knowledge that I was already leaving. At this point I have no other recourse than to pursue legal action. Unfortunately, the 3k+ they owe me will be about the cost of legal fees. I have email documentation and bank statements to support every claim I have made in this review. I would not like for anyone to go through this same experience so If you would like to hear more about it feel free to reach out and I can elaborate.

    Learn Spanish With Ina
Cristina is a native Spanish speaker who is completely fluent in English as well. She is an excellent teacher. One of the things I most appreciated about my lessons was the focus on conversation, because I am a nurse, and beyond medical Spanish and textbook grammar, I just needed to be comfortable speaking to families in Spanish about daily life, to help them feel more at ease in the hospital environment. She is very good at adapting the lessons to what you want/need to learn, which for me was conversation. But we also spent plenty of time with workbooks and working on listening comprehension. Also, she always had a cup of hot tea ready for me, there is easy parking near her home, and she was flexible in working with my crazy shift schedule!

    BAY AREA RETROFIT
Was impressed by initial presentation at BAY AREA RETROFIT website which included many informational videos. After initial quote, BAY AREA RETROFIT was flexible to negotiate cost for project especially where permitting was concerned. Very satisfied with communication throughout the process. Company dealt with our concerns and issues well. On start day crew had required permits in hand and completed the job within projected time frame. All permit scheduling and final inspection taken care of by company. Picture disc of various tie points in crawl space provided to us as record of work done. very satisfied with quality and thoroughness of work as well as attitude of crew and management.

    All Seasons Construction
The project went very smoothly. Mark went out of his way to guide and advise me. Because of the resources he freely shared I was able to build a strong team for the project. He has been able to accommodate changes and it felt we were working as a team. Miguel, the project foreman, was great. He was available, and listen to my requests and was clear at asking questions that needed answers. The team worked cleanly and rapidly and was very friendly. For a week the team lost its foreman, at that time performance suffered, but quickly everything went back under control. Quality of the work was very good. We passed all inspection without any hiccup, and the inspector acknowledged the quality of the rebar work. All Seasons is on the pricey side of the concrete contractors, but they deliver quality work in a reliable fashion and goes out of their ways to help the project to be a success. I will recommend their services and hire them again.

    McCutcheon Construction, Inc.
There was some general repair work that we had them do when we moved into the house. It's an old house. They were great to work with. They were not cheap, but they did great work. It was worth it. Moving the laundry room involved redoing some doors and rebuilding a closet. They did some dry rot repair for us in a couple of different sections of the foundation. They stripped out all of the old ceiling and reinforced the rafters in the garage. The previous owner had stored stuff up in the rafters and cracked a bunch of them by overloading them. They ended up shoring that all up and strengthening that back up again and then putting the new ceiling back in the garage. They installed a door in the side of the garage so that I could use it without having to open the main roll-up door. We talked to them about basically digging up the basement and converting it into more living room but it's just not economically feasible right now. If we do that, they are definitely who we will choose to do it. They are fantastic. They are not cheap but they do fantastic work. Actually ours was a low end job for them. They normally do custom builds and custom remodels of bathrooms and kitchens, high end custom stuff.

    JASON KLEINBURG VIOLIN LESSONS
I adored my lessons with Jason and learned at a very fast rate with him. He has a great relaxed teaching style and made me feel very comfortable. He made lessons fun and taught me at a perfect pace. He would push me just the right amount. I can't wait to get back to my lessons.
