    Very good experience with this company. All the team, from when the house was packed up to its arrival, were help. Everything went well from beginning to end. We would recommend the Air 1 Moving & Storage to family and friends and would use them again in the future!

    Leo and his crew where wonderful from the beginning to the end. They was very proud of their work and took the time to answer all our questions during the project. Leo supervised his workers on a dally base and devote the time needed to be at the job. The project was done within our budget and finish few weeks ahead of schedule. We where very happy with the final looks of the new guest house.

    The technicians were slow to go out to the property, we not very professional or qualified and the warranty company denied the needed repairs. They claimed that parts were missing and the technician could not even get the burner to light. (They denied based on abuse and missing parts as stated in their contract - details conveniently not shared when the policy is sold to customers). I feel that the technician removed the part in an attempt to get me to repair the stove at a higher price. I had the home inspected and the stove burner worked perfectly fine. Beware if you get one of the First American Home warranty products as they will leave you holding the bag at every turn. Escalations to management and the sales agent did not help either. You are better off putting the $560 into a savings account and self insure yourself. Fortunately, this was only $300 expense, if it were the Air Conditioning, they will likely claim missing parts there too.

    The NorthStar movers arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. Before they started working, they went over what was needed in detail, and provided an accurate quote and time estimate. We were amazed out how quickly they worked, and will happily use them again!

    I chose elite moving & storage company base on a research and some people that hired them in the past and I am happy that I did! Elire moveing moved my furnitures and items from San Diego to Los angeles. Donna and Marry were awesome coordinators. They did all the communication between us to the company and they made sure that the movers will do a great job that will keep us happy. They were fast, careful with all my belongings and worked like crazy to get the move done quickly because I had to get back to work later that day. Thanks so much to Donna and Marry for their great work. I had also called a few other companies for quotes and these guys were the most reasonable with no hidden fees. Other companies also wanted to charge me travel fees which was a terrible request by itself. Elite Movers pricing was fair and honest. I'd definitely recommend these guys!

    Efficiency: She knows what she is doing, and she is good at it. Fast turnaround, doesn't beat around the bush, gives you time to consider things, but keeps the process moving. Even though I was selling remotely, it felt like I was there.
    Communication: Never had any problems reaching Melissa. All communication (emails, texts) were returned within 24 hours if not sooner.
    Helpfulness: She's been very helpful throughout the process, always there to answer a question or clarify anything about the process or the paperwork. Even helped us to take care of a small maintenance issue in the house.
    Overall impression: If you are looking for an efficient realtor who will not waste your time and will do the job right, contact Melissa!

    Richard Casey Fowler who owns the appraisal company came to my house last Friday on 2/6/15.  He seemed like a very nice guy but looks are very deceiving.  In fact after he did the appraisal of the house. I asked him where he thought we were for the appraisal.   I told him that Zillow had our house appraised for $665,000.  That was last week today it was at $670,000.   
     He told me that we shouldn't have a problem getting that at all for the house.  He said he was impressed with our house and that we had put in over $35,000 in upgrades alone for the backyard and front yard.   We bought the house at $592,000.   He said we should be way north of $665,000.  So I proceeded with the refinance since he said there would not be any problems.  Today he sent the appraisal to my mortgage company and came back at only $610,000.  Why would you tell your client all those things and then give the appraisal such a low number. I called my loan agent and she was very surprised as well so she told me to contact him to try to understand why such a big difference. I did via email and phone. He called me back by phone and he was the most unprofessional person ever.  He claimed that he thought I said $565,000 and that the report is right and it is what it is and he isn't changing it.  He raised his voice with me multiple times.  I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he owns the company which was the first I found out about that. I said how convenient and asked to get his license number because I wanted to file a complaint.  He refused to give it to me and even hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional.  I paid $450 to be treated like this.   Definitely run away from this guy. You don't know what you will get personality wise, he switches on a dime and lies through his teeth.  I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional in the real estate business in my life!!!

    Excalibur is a fantastic moving company.  I had to reschedule our moving
    date twice, but Bianca and Tyler were very gracious and accommodating
    our changes. The foreman for our job, Oscar R and his crew, Roberto,
    Bayvon, and Ernesto arrived during the window of time that was provided
    to us ahead of time.  The crew called us to let us know they would be to
    the house in 45 minutes.  
    When they arrived, they disassembled
    our furniture, wrapped all of it in blankets and then secured it in
    plastic wrapping and tape.  Anything I asked or Oscar to take care of,
    he was happy to do it. The other guys were just as willing to help with
    anything we asked with great attitudes. They were very careful moving
    items out of the house and I only saw one bump against our fence when
    they were moving a patio chair.  
    When they brought the furniture
    to the new house, we bought them pizza and they took a short lunch
    break and then got back to work unpacking everything quickly and
    carefully.  They were careful not to bring any moving dollies or carts
    into the house as it has new flooring. They hand lifted everything from
    the outside into the house which was nice as I was concerned about
    threshold or floor damage.  We had new paint, and it was a challenge for
    them getting some of the heavy items up the stair case, and there was
    only some minor scuffs to the walls which I was able to clean off.  Not a
    big deal as this is just a part of moving.
    The only very minor
    gripe I had was that they left the empty rolls of tape and packing wrap
    tubes on the floors of the old house. It wasn't a huge thing, but would
    have been nice if they had picked those up before we left.  Since there
    are so many things that can go wrong during a move, and this was the
    only complaint I had, that's almost near 100% perfect on the job they
    did.
    The entire job took 6 hours and they did not break or damage a
    thing. We packed most everything ourselves into boxes beforehand, so
    this cut down a lot on the time.  I couldn't be more pleased with hiring
    Excalibur to do our move.  I found Excalibur on Angie's List, and read
    all of the positive reviews, got some quotes from some other companies,
    and decided on these guys which I am so glad I did.  Very highly
    recommended and would absolutely use them again in the future.

    First of all, I want to thank everybody at Excalibur for helping me with my move, from the people at the office, to the movers who came and kicked butt.  I was scheduled to move on a set date, but due to unfortunate reasons I was forced to be out of my house the day before my scheduled date.  I called the office on short notice to see if they could send a crew over for the afternoon.  After some juggling around with the sales rep, they were able to find a crew to come out and help me on such short notice.  The crew called 30 minutes ahead to notify me that they were on their way.  When they arrived my 3 bedroom house was full with boxes, furniture and a full basement plus backyard.  I felt really bad for the 4 guys that showed up because it was late afternoon and this move looked like it would take hours to just load.  Nevertheless, I should have never underestimated them because they got straight to work and cleared my living room and 2 bedrooms in a blink of an eye.  I was surprised at how fast and hard they all worked together.  Keeping in mind that they still had more to go, plus the drive and the unloading at the new house, I asked the foreman if they could bring more people to help them out.  For a small rate they sent an extra 3 people and knocked out the entire move in no time.  I was really glad that the time was cut in half and I was able to save a lot of money.  My life was much more at ease when I saw that they took extra care of my furniture including my washer and dryer.  I am so glad I booked with them from the beginning because I don?t think another company would have provided the same service Excalibur did.  Thanks again guys! Highly recommended!
