AConstruction MastersI RARELY write reviews, but I want to explain why I am so BLESSED to have found Construction Masters! I was put in charge of helping my family remodel their home in Encino. There were many things that needed to be done: installing new tile, repairing gates and doors; restoring original bannisters, dry rot, kitchen and 2-bathroom remodels - some major things but also all the odds and ends. The quality of the work, attention to detail, the range of technical expertise was above and beyond. The workers were hard working, efficient, and highly professional, often going above and beyond to give the little extra care to the home. Throughout the whole project it was ***easy to communicate****, easy to schedule, timelines and options were clear. I could be at work and know that everything would take care of everything for me. ADeco ConstructionFred at Deco Construction did an amazing job for my parents. Their house was falling apart and they needed someone to help make improvements very badly. Fred and his crew did an amazing job with the balcony, master bathroom, guest bathroom and basement tiles. They transformed these rooms into something fantastic! They pay attention to detail and the outcome is amazing. Fred is also a great listener and can figure out what the clients wants and bring it together to make it look beautiful. I love that Metropolis Drafting and Construction is a one stop shop! Jonathan takes care of everything from the design, to the permits, and the construction. His attention to detail and his dedication to every project puts you at ease when working through a stressful project. Jonathan gutted and completely redesigned our master suit and built an ensuite for our daughter. He also completely redesigned and built and new built-in for us in our living room, which we LOVE! We love all the work Jonathan and his team has done and we will use him for all our future construction needs. His work is high quality and thoughtful and is eye for design is super helpful when picking tile, stone, etc. We can't recommend them enough! ACreative Innovation Developers Inc.Working with Creative Innovation Developers has been the best experience I have ever had with a construction company. Ben, Ozzie, and Monica are extremely professional. They answer their phones, they return phone calls and emails immediately. They are punctual. Their workers upon their arrival get to work immediately. They began breaking ground on August 4th 2020 and as of today we are waiting for the city to inspect all electrical and then they will start the final phase. They've also had two dumpster trucks come and clean my property. If I ever had to have construction done again, I would not hesitate to call Creative Innovation Developers. AWe have used US Home Developers before, and had them remodel our bathroom and scrape/resurface our acoustic ceilings in three rooms. Everything turned out very well. The shower was completely redone and modernized, and we are pleased with the result. Kris kept us informed every step of the way. The workers were very conscientious with masks and social distancing. Finally, we are very happy with the updates to the lights and fan in the bathroom. We would highly recommend US Home Developers for any project, and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

AAfter interviewing several contractors, my wife and I hired American Home Improvement to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, and laundry room in West Hollywood. Within hours of initially contacting them, AHI sent a project manager, Neev, to our house to generate a quote. From the outset, Neev was very detail oriented, picked up on a couple of issues that other contractors had missed, and sat down with us to come up with a quote on-site. AHI’s price was comparable to other bids we had received, so we ultimately chose them for the project because they seemed the most service-oriented and capable of delivering what we wanted. I’m glad we did. Neev was very responsive, communicative, and organized throughout the project. He helped us work through a couple of issues that arose in renovating a nearly 100-year old house without nickel and diming us. His foreman, Tal, was very hands-on and helped us settle some design issues, and the entire crew was polite and very respectful of our home (unlike some other subcontractors we’ve had in the past). They were also willing to work a few weekends to help us stay on schedule. Ultimately, despite some setbacks for which AHI was not responsible (e.g., materials delivered broken or late due to coronavirus), the team was able to finish the project within the time we had originally budgeted and we are thrilled with the work.

AKris and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group came through a recommendation from a friend whom had previously hired him. I had seen the quality of his work and knew that in addition to wanting the end product to be beautiful and high quality, I also wanted the security in knowing that they would take care of every step along the way so that we would never be worried if it would get done on time and how it would ultimately turn out. They were 100% the right choice. Kris and team communicated regularly, showed up when they said they would, communicated any changes in a timely manner, collaborated on creative decisions, and made the process as painless as possible. In the end, they finished on time and we love our new kitchen. They are not the least expensive choice but any difference in price with a competitor I believe was well worth it because of the quality and overall experience we had. Highly recommend and would hire again.
