BWe first used SCCCI more than 20 years ago for exterior coating and window retrofitting services. Because their work was professionally completed then and held up very well over the years, we elected to use them again. Again, we found the quality of their work to be high, and their responsiveness to concerns prompt and courteous. While it may have been less expensive to work directly with painting and window subcontractors, which also would have allowed us to use a different window manufacturer, the overall project price and quality of the windows used were reasonable enough to make it worth paying a little extra to have the whole project coordinated and guaranteed by SCCCI, whom we know stands behind their work, even after more than 20 years.

DI told the contractor that I needed the the Washer and dryer opening to move out and be flush with the door frame next to the wall. I came up later to see what was happening. They put the new dry wall on the door frame, not flush to it. The was over 38" which was too much. The worker already cut the carpeted area and know we had a big problem. The only way he could fix this was by taking off the dry wall and putting the mud and orange peel on the wood by putting paper on the wood first and it would cost me a extra $200.00 more for his mistake. I had no choice but to do this. The job came out terrible. one wall curved inward, and the other small wall was smaller on the bottom and wider at the top. The contractor also put the wood board edge flush to the new small wall and the mud goes below the wood and out farther than the wood. The orange peel was not even close to the same type of design like on the other walls and there were areas that had none on it. He said it was my fault because I wanted the wall not curving inward. Now the sliding glass mirror doors track and the top frame were too short. He said that they way it is. The contractor didn't build the walls out far enough. I went to Home Depot to buy a new lower slider and new top and she said it's the contractors fault. I told him this and he filled in the two holes on the top frame with wood to fill in the holes. On the bottom slider he just caulk the area so it wasn't open at the end. I said to him I was very unhappy with the work and just said he lost money on the job. He had a worker helping him on the first day only. The man was recommended by Angies list which I will never use Angies List again. This job to redo would cost me over $2500.00 so I am leaving it as it is.

AIn our search for accredited and experienced roofers, we were promptly answered by Economy Roofing. Because Arthur was polite, professional and thorough in his inspection, while reasonable and accommodating in pricing, we chose this company over three others. Because of the weather, workers were out at 6am the very next morning to cover the roof for protection from forecasted rain. Everyone was respectful of our home and Covid-19 procedure, was hardworking, and cleaned up each day. Arthur was considerate in communicating with us throughout the process--and responsive to us. They neatly removed, stacked, matched and restored all of our original tiles. Replacement of compromised wood was more than adequate so that there were no issues with the inspection. Arthur even helped dust the skylight shaft and install the fire alarms we needed. Completion of our whole roof was sooner and more effortless than expected. We are content with the excellent job - and the fifty-year warranty.

AIt is wonderful experience working with Adam and Lorenam. We need to replace a couple of fascia boards on roof and install Solar Panels afterwards. American Array Solar has amazing teams. The entire process worked smoothly. Adam and Lorenam have taken care of every details on scheduling, design, permit and software monitoring. Technicians did great job on installation thus inspection passed immediately. The price is very competitive. We now have Solar Panel provide electricity to the house for clean air and life time saving on electricity bill. It is one of the best decisions that we have made to go with American Array Solar who are professional, and would defenitely recommend to anyone considering Solar energy or roof projects.

AMicheal was extremely knowledgeable, he shot me straight turns out solar was not for my house. I worked with several other companies and they just tried get the sale. Without looking how it would perform on my house. The whole thing was done remote he shared his screen and we looked at the area around my house. Turns out that since my house is in a bad position and I am surrounded by two story house (I own a single Story) that I would not get good sunlight. I would for sure go with them when the tech improves and its capable of generating more power. Trust this company,
