AFine Builders IncFine Builders did an amazing job with our condo renovations. My wife and I worked with a project manager, Nir, who was very useful in coordinating by all aspects of the job, mainly because both my wife and I are working more than 40 minutes away from home 6 days a week. If we gone with individual companies for the paint, wood floors, carpenters, etc., the job would have taken a lot more of our time and probably lasted much longer. The reason why I am giving Fine builders this review is because they put the quality of work first above everything. At a certain point, the workers made a mistake in installing the floors, but rather than try to convince us that it’s ok, they immediately told us of the situation and then paid for new supplies themselves. They also went through extra measures to make sure the wood floor in the kitchen was perfect and that we are happy with how they look. There were a few delays during the remodeling, messes left behind during the day and few confusions about general issues, but I think this is normal and part of the remodeling process and seemed to be not bad at all compared to the stories I've heard from friends and relatives. Nir gave us a credit at the end of the remodeling because he wanted us to have the place cleaned up professionally by someone that we wanted (he offered us to bring someone but we wanted to bring them ourselves), so that by itself was a completely great gift that we got from Nir. The fact that the company valued the quality of the work and customer satisfaction so highly counts for a lot. I definitely recommend this company.- Alejandro J.

AEXCEL CONSTRUCTION LAWe have hired and worked with Excel Construction on two projects at the same time. The first project was at our main house where we had them design and install new kitchen, new appliances, new coat of paint etc… and at the other house we had them remodel all the bathrooms. We truly loved how Eyal and his professional team of people managed and executed the 2 projects. It was great to have them at our houses and to see the daily progress of the work. Eyal is a very patient person with great sense of design imagination that knew how to bring our vision into a reality. During the work, Eyal always able to give us his great advices so our remodeling projects will be much better and functional. His team of professional and office staff were amazing as well. Their work was so precise and smooth while their attention to detail (even the smallest ones) was excellent. Its very hard to express how wonderful this company is! AThrasher ConstructionThe dry rot repairs were done quickly, and after a complaint about the cosmetic result on the window, it was replaced promptly. The deck work was completed by a subcontractor, but was reviewed by Scott on a daily basis. The work was done quickly and the crew was professional and friendly. The high deck on our house was finished within 10 days and Scott was present to ensure that the inspection was completed. The price for the deck was very competitive, compared to estimates we received from other contractors. The price for the dry rot repairs was not reasonable, it was equal to the amount given by our pest inspector which was known to be overpriced. (We didn't know that Thrasher had a copy of his estimate, and just matched it until after the repairs were completed.) I was happy with the work, the price and time of the repairs. I would definitely use Thrasher Construction again for major house repairs / remodel.- Laura W.

AWASSON ROOFING AND GENERAL CONTRACTINGIt was great. Forest and his staff were here when they said they would be. They were easy to work with and very knowledgeable in all areas. They went above and beyond and work diligently to finish my house for me by Christmas. In fact they finished on Christmas eve after my ceiling had fell in due to a pipe breaking. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service with reasonable prices.- Ashley T.

AWe wanted to give our kitchen an updated look and Sam and his team did a great job!! From refacing our existing cabinets to installing the granite...everything looked great. The team was timely, courteous, and did an amazing cleanup when the job was finished. After getting 3 quotes we knew Sam was a little higher but we also felt he would do the best job and we were not disappointed. Finally, he even worked with us on buying our backsplash which we were installing by buying it with his contractors discount. I'd recommend this team to anyone who love quality work and have pride in their home.

FI haven't received any letter from your attorney Premium Remodeling Inc or my emails answered or phone calls returned.This is outrages that the Horrific House Fire happen 9/25/17 & hired Premium Remodeling Inc on 10/4/17,982 days later as of today 6/12/20 still have wood framing damaged from the Fire that you were to replace new,instead you altered the contract by repairing the damaged wood framing by Encapsulating it & not replacing new per the contract & there is over 190 issues that have not been resolved.As stated on my emails not going to allow anyone from your company back into my house around my children due to the lying not getting your stories straight not answering simple questions about the incidents with the Asbestos Negligence & the illegal photo that you took of my child asleep naked in his underwear with his *** showing in the privacy of his own bedroom,we told Joseph Sastiel Premium Remodeling Inc CEO to delete the photo when he showed it to me & my wife on his cell phone at his office. Who open my child's bedroom door to take the photo? Why did they still take the photo when my child was asleep naked in his underwear with his *** showing & I was in the next bedroom? Do you have anymore photos of my family or Videos? How many phone conversation got recorded that i did not consent? Is that a standard procedure to record all your customers phone conversations?How many times did my child's photo got distributed? I even offered to have LAPD investigate since you did not want to answer my questions, instead you threaten me that if i went to your office you would press charges.Why?If I am a client that paid upfront & following LAPD procedure,even ask you what was convenient for you not to make a scene. Why Premium Remodeling Inc did not comply with Federal and State Law on Asbestos removal?Verified with SCAQMD who regulates this for the US EPA that there was No Asbestos record for my house. Why did you not comply to their regulations? Where the fee's to much money?As you demolish close to 2900 sq ft home that was built in 1974,how many days & times did you violated the survey requirement & Procedure 5?What was tested for Asbestos?Who removed the damaged ducting & did all of it get removed? How many times did me & my family get exposed to Asbestos Containing Materials that cause cancer?Why Premium Remodeling Inc did not tell me or my wife that it was not safe to move back in?Instead you deceived us that you made it safe by sealing the vents & entrances to the fire damaged areas & gutted areas,replaced most of the damaged drywall from the kids bedroom so we can move back into the house,you had the audacity to even offer to install a temporary kitchen.What is upsetting that I paid you the majority of the job upfront that there was no reason to cut corners throughout the project & not comply with SCAQMD endangering me & my families health.Then you falsely send me a certificate with the wrong companies names & nothing to do with complying to SCAQMD. You have offered to send someone to test for Asbestos after you already demolished majority of the house but don't offer for me & my family health to be checked by a doctor cause of your Asbestos Negligence? After going thru the Horrific House Fire that I myself with a water hose tried to put out & prevented the water boiler from exploding before the 31 firefighters showed up,the experience dealing with Premium Remodeling Inc is worst then the Horrific Fire,with the illegal photo you took of my child,not following SCAQMD Regulations that could have exposed us to Cancer, Maliciously Hindering the project for me not to get the certificate of occupancy that has already cost me at least 20K this year alone & that is vital to get out of the Hard Money Loan that you assisted on me getting in which you were paid in full $456,000.00 which again why did you had to cut so many corners, endangering my family health when you were paid upfront?Still after everything been asking since January 2020 for copies of all my documents & till recently you stated you will give them to me after July 4 cause you are working remotely cause of covid-19,have called your office spoken to several employees that they are there to answer the phone & customer pick ups, don't understand why then can't you give me my documents & my cabinet handles that I have paid for last year & is causing them to get damaged.Why can't I pick up the handles up with my documents? I'm I not a customer? Or is Joseph Sastiel Premium Remodeling Inc CEO Discriminating me again being Racist?As he called me last year to apologizes for his comments that only people & houses in Beverly Hills have straight walls as I'm a Hispanic that lives in Northridge. We use wood and composite materials such as Redwood, Ipe, Mangaris, Trex, Tigerwood as well as others. We offer a wide variety of railing systems, and also offer refinishing, repairs and rebuilds for those that have existing decks and structures.

FThe company was not experienced in repair for high-end decks. My deck is a steel framed hardwood deck with framing done by screwing bottom up. The deck is from the 1950's and has 1 x 6 Red Mangaris hardwood custom cut boards without any butting edges. This company wanted to use a softer Redwood to replace some of the boards and refused to screw from the bottom up into the steel grooves underneath. There is a four foot clearance and plenty of space to do so. When I wanted to use a solid stain for the deck they refused and insisted on using a product called Deckover by Behr. This product could potentially damage the wood and cause peel off and splintering. It is a thick clay like product that looks like paint. There is currently a lawsuit against Behr for the damage the product causes. High-end wood decks built at that time used Red Balau hardwoods with Red Mangaris being one type. Currently Ipe and Cumaru are used. These woods are by far, superior to soft Redwood used in fencing. I have since repaired the deck to my specifications and those originally done 60-70 years ago when decks were built to last.

AFabulous! Will and his team removed large old wooden deck, including support structure, and built new one using Firberon composite materials. About 3 weeks in all. It looks great and feels much sturdier. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this group.
