ADWAIN RAY'S QUALITY CARPET CARE & ADVANCED CLEANIAbsolutely perfect! Got what we expected. Carpets had become very stained from our 2 Border Collies and 1 Tibetan Terrier. Dwain Ray removed all sand and mud stains from daily walks at the ocean or the Pygmy Forrest with clay soil. Moves the furniture for us and is in and out in a quick and timely manner! BHandy House CleaningDanyelle was GREAT!!! The Handy Co I will never deal with again. I was expecting a crew as I had explained my needs to the woman who picked up the phone. One young lady showed up who said she was told a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. I never told the woman that, I said I had a building. I should have guessed this would be a disaster as she had so much trouble taking my name & address. Once again, Danyelle the cleaner was wonderful, it’s the Handy Co that is incompetent.- Margie D.

Fthey never mopped the living room floor. there was dust in all the corners of the room. they used all MY products and steamer. they used my best dishtowels as rags. the end tables in livingroom (glass) weren't even been clean. they only stayed 1 hour and 45 min. they di if n't touch the entertainment center. the bathtub was filthy.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

AI had serious rodent problem in my attic, and had several estimates to do the project. Was very glad that I decided to chose Advanced Attic Solutions. The quoted price was comparatively reasonable, the field manager, Ray, explained to me what I needed done, and he coordinated with Alex, the details of the contract. I was quite impressed with the crew who worked on the job. They arrived on time, well mannered, made sure that the job was done properly. They even called Ray to come and assess additional problems they found, and he came promptly. The whole project was completed on time and they cleaned up everything. Alex even sent crew to check the attic several days after to make sure everything was ok. I am very satisfied with the service and will recommend Advanced Attic Solutions anytime, especially to people I care about.

AThe service went really well. We were very impressed with MIDA Industries, Inc. We learned that we had mold in our home due to illness. We spoke with many companies and obtained several quotes. No one compared to Mike Drake, CEO of MIDA Industries, in knowledge, professionalism, patience with questions, and follow up. Working with Mike Drake, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable not only of mold remediation and rebuild, but also mold illness and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, which made it easier to problem solve and plan. He was thorough, patient with all of our questions, easy to work with, excellent at explaining and educating, worked with us on timeline and cost, and had an outstanding memory to include all of the details that we mentioned throughout the process. Tony Ketema was the project manager, and was just as great to work with as Mike Drake. We had hired a green consultant, and Tony remembered her detailed and technical input throughout the project. He respectfully and wisely reminded us, when we did not remember. He continually worked with us to resolve problems and manage timeline and costs, even as we found new issues and had more questions, that were not always inside the scope of the project. He would arrive onsite, at times when things had gone awry that were outside the project scope, and guided us with his insight, input and direction. Test results were negative on the first round, which avoided additional time and cost. Tony was consistently very knowledgeable, reliable, great at solving problems and providing options, easy to work with, and he had a strong work ethic, which was greatly appreciated. We soon learned that we could trust him and his crew with our home and our belongings.
