  • It went well.  They put it together for me and everything.  It was a good price.  They are a little less responsive. They are not as anxious to help me.  I think they are quite professional.  The quality is good.

  • We deceided to shop at this local business feeling that we should keep our business in our community.
    We went in, purchased and paid cash.  We had honest and good intentions to purchase and live happily ever after with the products.
    Within a very short period of time/approx 30 days, we could tell that the quality of the furniture was poor quality & the padding was matting/breaking down especially on the chase sofa reclinder & recliner.  Your could feel the metal/wood frame of the chase, on the arm rests and sinking in the seat.  We reported this to the owner, he offered and replaced the chase padding.  It felt as if nothing was replaced.  We again, reported our dis-satisfaction to the owner who offered an exchange with added $ if we exchanged for more expensive items.  NOTE THAT ON THE SALES RECEIPT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS/ONLY EXCHANGES.  We chose what appeared to be their better product an electric leather chase recliner sofa and chase rocker recliner.  It had to be ordered and by the time it was delivered in December 2011, the electric motor did not work.  They had to take it back, order & install a new motor.  We did not get the chase sofa recliner until Feb, 2012.
    We were extremely disappointed in the quality of the furniture in relations to the hard earned money we spent, the un-timely service, the unprofessional service and attitude of the owner/details upon request.  We were frustrated and worried from June 2011 to Feb 2012 regarding the service from the owner & manufacturer.  Now we hare apprehensive about the furniture holding up to daily use and most IMPORTANT about the owner backing up his future service responsiblity should we need it.  He has been unprofessional and unstable in his business conversations with us/ details upon request.
    This purchase experience and the service should have been a joy and comfort!

  • The second time we were there we bought a desk for my computer. Once they delivered it, the next day I noticed a chip in the desk and they came immediately to replace it no questions asked.
