They performed the wash and wax at my home, in kind of a tight space. Explained to me that some of the paint might not shine up because of oxidation before they started. But even so, the RV looked good after they were done.

Crash saved me BIG time, I am a single mother and was unemployed at the time, he could sense how stressed I was and gave me a discounted price and even offered me a loaner while they worked on my car, I cannot express how truly grateful I am for TEAM RAMCO and there honesty and helpfulness, I told all of my friends about them, they do great work!!!!!!!!

I always get tires at the best price with the highest mileage warranty. Lost 2 tires due of wear and tear, to which it was kind of odd. They replace the 1st tire with no problems. On 2nd one they did not want to honor the contract. I was angry but I did not create a fuzz. I choose to take my business elsewhere. I takes one time and this was it.

My transmission died and I brought it into Team Ramco. I had them provide an estimate which they did quite well, they provided accurate information to me. I however did not feel they had good customer service. There was one male in particular that made me feel degraded both times I was in the shop. I do not know if it was just his humor or what, but it was uncomfortable. Additionally, they made me feel like I was silly for wanting to take my car to another shop for another estimate- this was a $3000 fix mind you. In the end, I was completely unsatisfied with the service I did receive, I've spent my fair share of time working with customers and I never spoke to them the way Team Ramco spoke to me. I left that shop feeling belittled both times I went (to drop my car off and to pick it up). Needless to say I went to another shop and got the job done at a lower cost.
**Side note- they did clearly want my business as they said they would push the price down if someone offered lower, but then guaranteed that I would not be able to get it done for cheaper...

My company vehicle needed repair. They gave me a walk-in estimate that was quick and painless. There was a lot of red tape on my end about what paper work needed to be submitted for payment. Grigg's entire staff was always patient and helpful, always asking how else could they assist me with the problems on my end. They even volunteered to stay late or come in on their time off, to accommodate my schedule. The work preformed was flawless, AND they met the estimated price. I will continuing doing business there, because they truly know what customer satisfaction is about.

They gave me enough time to think about what to do and gave me different choices and prices to think about. After I decided what to do they started working on the car and before they replaced anything they did an inspection. They finished in the exact time they said they would. They have me a warranty and said they will be inspecting it in two weeks to make sure all is well.

I was embarrassed by one of the employees, Gary, at this visit. Gary is a hard guy to forget-he is a tall slender white guy with an attitude and it seems every time I have been in for one reason or another I was always surprised at how he is towards customers. I feel he can be arrogant and almost stand offish with people. When I went in today to purchase tires, I was helped by a first gentleman, I believe his name was Alex. He and I walked out to my car and were doing the normal chitchat of tire talk. On the way back in to the store, Gary interrupted us and asked Alex if I was getting tires and how many. Alex replied I needed all 4 and Gary proceeded to take my keys. I thought, great! Getting right to it. Alex and I went inside and started discussing brands, total price, etc. Again, Gary walked up and interrupted us when I was telling Alex the set of tires he recommended was more than I could afford. Gary then loudly exclaims, "Wait! Don't do anything, she has no money", and walked back out into the bay. Of course this wasn't true, I just didn't have the $645 that Alex was quoting me to replace my tires with the exact same Purcell type tires I had on my car. Alex had to leave and Sean took over. Sean has always been my favorite guy to deal with at Discount and so as soon as I could explain I had around $500 then he showed me tires he actually owned and even a set that was slightly cheaper, which I REALLY appreciated. My point is as a woman, I always feel out of place and vulnerable when I have to deal with my car and now I can add potentially embarrassed. Now I REALLY do not like Gary. My car is older with lots of miles and I have to scrimp and save to get maintenance and preventative work done but it's the only car I have. I felt very small in this business today and honestly I don't know how quick I will be to recommend Discount as I have in the past. I was prepared to spend money and had a rough idea based on past purchases of how much a set of tires cost and set aside several hundred dollars in order to do so. But to have someone announce something like that loudly was pretty ridiculous and unprofessional. I tried to grade Discount on the help I received from the other 2 men today and in the past and not just Gary's rudeness. However, I felt today's episode needed to be addressed both here and with the company itself. Hopefully, this will be the worst thing I have to deal with at Discount. My family and I have taken our vehicles to this location for years because of the prices and the free services that go along with tire purchases.

I have used them many times before. They are good people to work with. They are extremely friendly. They have a person assigned to you and they will communicate with you about your vehicle. They have always been the top companies in town for vehicle maintenance.

Some of my buddies and AAA recommended them. When they needed to know something they would always call and get authorization for anything. They were on time and if there were any problems they let me know when they got the part late and couldn't do it until the next day. They always kept me informed. It took about a week for the repairs. They did damage the running board on my truck but they bought a new one and they replaced it. There was not any hassle with it. As soon as they got the part they called and I took it down and they had it fixed in 30 minutes. They were a little more expensive than others but for the service the price was fine.

One of the things I like about them is that they offer free air check and pressure check on the tires. I am a widow and companies sometimes take advantage of single women. My son was with me when I had a problem with the tires and he was watching and commenting about how well they treated women coming in to the facility, and I certainly continue to have that feeling about them.
