    Fly-U Shuttle
    Wow.  We are definitely happy with the level of service and comfort of Fly-U Shuttle. We moved to Prescott about four months ago and did not look forward to driving to and from the Phoenix Airport.  We were going on a trip and decided to look at shuttle services.  After reading reviews of several shuttle companies, we decided to drive ourselves.  Then we saw an ad in the local newspaper for Fly-U Shuttle.  We called and got information; then we called back to reserve our seats. Fly-U Shuttle does not have a place in Prescott to leave your car yet, so they picked us up at our home.  And right on time.  My husband and I were the only people on the shuttle that day.  The seats were very comfortable and we had the option of watching TV the whole way to the airport, if we wanted (the vans have DIRECTV).  The driver offered us a choice of beverages from his cooler.  And the driver also asked us, on a regular basis, if the temperature of the van was comfortable. When we returned from our trip, we had reserved our seats again.  The van was running a few minutes late due to an accident on the highway, so they gave us a call.  But the van pulled up, the driver helped us with our luggage, and we left for the trip home.  Again, super comfortable!  This is definitely the way to get to and from Phoenix.  We plan on using this company every time we travel. We highly recommend Fly-U Shuttle.  Prompt, courteous, friendly service in a luxury van at a reasonable price ($40 per person, one way).

    I found them very helpful and consultative. They were very good with the price and were willing to negotiate; it was a good experience. It was very convenient because they have a parts department that is separate from service. They also have a sales department and their store was pretty well-stocked. The service technicians were very helpful and the lot was clean. The people were nice and it is a very good facility.

    These people have been so accommodating.  They did the jobs asked for timely and efficiently and reviewed with me the work done and charges made.  Charges were more than reasonable.  They took time to explain the new auxiliary brake system, how it should be set up, and answered all my questions about it. Viable recommendations were made and alternatives were suggested with all considering my budget.

    Brought my 28 ft 2011 Travel trailer in for winterizing. Coming from southern California I never needed it before. So they found a couple of valves installed wrong and two hoses leaking. They were very honest about the evaluation and let me make the decision to upgrade. Though not required I decided to get it done right for the future. The hoses they made a quick run to the local hardware store while I waited. Very nice about it, took time to take me back to the shop to show me exactly what the problem was. Only time will tell if the winterizing was effective but they seemed to take care of everything.

    Arizona Shuttle
    The initial reservation payment was overcharged to my credit card in spite of me speaking to the reservation clerk and advising him that his initial calculations were incorrect.  He agreed and told me he would credit my credit card with the correct amount. The next day, I checked my credit card statement online. It still had the incorrect amount for the reservation. I called the shuttle office and spoke with the front desk clerk. She advised that she could see where the amount was incorrect, but that the manager, who was not in that day but would be in on Monday, would have to be the one to correct the error.  On Monday, I checked my credit card statement and found it was now charged with an additional amount of $37 and no correction made to the original error. Several more telephone calls to finally connect with the manager and I finally got the issue resolved. On the day of travel (Oct 28) I was scheduled to be picked up at my home at 12:30 and to be taken to the shuttle terminal for the 1:p.m. shuttle (3.5 miles from my home).  On Oct 26, I was standing ready outside my home at 12:15.  When the shuttle did not arrive by 12:30, I called AZ shuttle and got the response that the driver would be there soon.   As the minutes and after 3 more phone calls to AZ Shuttle with all responses that either the driver would be there soon or they didn't know where he was, the driver finally showed up at 1:p.m.  He then told me he had told the office the would be late, but no one from the office called me nor did the driver ask the front office for my phone number to advise me of his delay. The driver then announced to me that, since his picking me up was so late,  he would drive me to the Residence Inn - east Prescott -  and meet the 1:p.m. shuttle to Phoenix sky Harbor Airport at that location.   (Since I don't trust a shuttle service to get me to Sky Harbor Airport on time, I always go to the airport the night before to ensure I catch my plane on time the following morning.) This is my first and last experience with Arizona Shuttle. I do not recommend this company.

    Affinity RV Service, Sales, & Rentals
    So?. this morning I took my trailer out to Affinity Trailer in Prescott Arizona to have the problems evaluated, parts ordered and a schedule as to when I could bring it in to be repaired.  They said that it would take two weeks before a tech could even look at it.  I said that that was an unreasonable amount of time just to have it evaluated!  The front desk service guy stated that that is just the way it worked!  At that point I mentioned that I did not think that it was particularly good service.   But I to the front desk guy,  OK I will leave the trailer here for the two weeks.  The front desk service guy service guy showed me where to park the trailer so they could store it for the two weeks to have someone look at it.  I pulled around the building and started to unhook it.  The  manager came out, was obviously agitated and stated that he didn't have to service the trailer at all, even though his office and the Lance Trailer company said that I could have it serviced at any Lance dealer!   He became quite agitated and said that he would not do so, because I had mentioned that I didn't think two weeks was a reasonable amount of time to evaluate the work that needed to be done on the Trailer and order the parts.  I then stated that I still thought that was a pretty long time for a fifteen minute job.  He really got angry then!  At that time I mentioned that I had read in RV Consumer Reports that Lance dealerships were difficult to deal with on factory repairs*.  Then he turned red and told me that under no circumstances would he or Affinity look or work on my trailer. Maybe I am out of line here, but having the trailer for two weeks before even ordering parts seems pretty slow, and then refusing to attend to the repair at all seems unprofessional. * "Travel Trailer Comparison Guide" by Randall Eaton says this about Lance Dealerships:  "Lance does well in the ratings among owners and previous owners?. Dealer support falls a bit short however, and support from the manufacture should rate a little better too.  We feel the company should work harder to shore up their dealer network and respond better to warranty problems." I strongly second Randall's observation.
