AMain Place Floor and Window FashionsKyle came with his Hunter Douglas Roman Shade and Honeycomb books. This enabled me to touch and see how the various materials would look in the bedroom. I used to sell blinds myself, so was aware of all the different options available, as well as the intricacies. Kyle was promt and professional and was extremely patient with me. I have expensive taste, so opted for the Roman Blinds. He worked up the price and got back in touch with me the next day. Well...my pocket book didn't agree with my taste. Kyle came back out with the Honeycomb books, wherein I made my decision. Kyle measured properly (a huge and important factor) and earlier than expected, I rec'd a call from Pat whom said my blinds just arrived. We scheduled installation. Jim was right on time, very nice gentleman, even helped me with a refrigerator challenge I was having. Installed the blinds perfectly, and I'm now a very happy camper. I realize Main Place does much more than Hunter Douglas window coverings, and I feel assured they are just as excellent in their other capacities. Thank you Main Place and Angie's List for allowing me to give them a thumbs up so that others may feel comfortable using their services.- Holly P.

AHandy-Pro ServicesDavid showed up at just the right time on a Friday to repair the swamp cooler. We were having problems with the Dryer at that time as well. I had previously called two appliance repairmen who were unable to come until Saturday or Monday. David diagnosed the problem, unfortunately repair parts were not available locally and were also back ordered even o line. David offered to pick up a dryer that night in Cottonwood from the Big Orange store. He delivered and installed the dryer first thing Saturday morning. He completely cleaned out the laundry. Cleaning all accumulated lint from wall and vents including washing the floor and disposing of a dead mouse which became trapped behind the dryer. David serviced the AC filters and also re-routed the dryer vent through another wall to increase available space for the dryer and improve the venting efficiency. His professionalism and willingness to do whatever it takes to solve our many dilemmas has been a welcome relief from Service Companies we have dealt with in the past. I have found his pricing to be more than fair and reasonable for the services and peace of mind he delivers each and every time with willingness and a cheerful disposition. Repairs are cropping up and David is who we will choose first for all of our home repair needs. I will refer and recommend David to my close circle of friends.- Amy G.

AArizona Sun ControlChris showed up right on time for the initial meeting and estimate. We agreed to the price and since he was going to be back in the Queen Creek area the next day he felt like he might be able to finish the project then. He called early the next day and confirmed that he would be at our home in the early afternoon to install the screens. He showed up at 1 PM and in 30 minutes we had our screens. They look great and we are 100% satisfied.- JAY M.

AAfter meeting with Kathy Nieto, we really hit it off. She offered ideas, adopted our ideas, and is great to work with. It was a real collaborative effort. When minor issues came up during the project, they were listened to and corrected. The team is incredibly responsive. In terms of budget, we did not want contractor grade, we wanted solid high/mid-range specifications. We made significant changes to our budget, primarily due to changes that we requested as we went, but even with adjustments along the way, we felt it was worth it. You get what you pay for! Nick and the field staff were fabulous. Their craftsmanship shows, they really pay attention to detail and have a great deal of pride in their work. The results exceeded our expectations! They listened extremely well and couldn’t be more helpful and so easy to work with. We highly recommend Interior Trends Remodel & Design and will certainly go back to them for future projects.

AVery friendly staff! I was greeted by Sabrina on phone when I called, and in person. Sabrina was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Kenny the windshield technician was helping me within a few minutes. Kenny repaired the chip flawlessly. I couldn't even see where it was chipped. He was very professional and friendly. Kenny is clearly an expert at repairing windshields. I am very impressed and highly recommend Safepro!

FIf I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!
