He has a good mannerism.  He always treats as a psychologist, a psychiatrist, or a neurologist.  He knows his business.  He discovered a problem, which no other could find.  I had an occluded middle cerebral artery.  It was around 97%.  It was 3% more than needed.  He referred me to a specialist.  He is pretty eminent.  He is the best neurologist in the world.  He did an operation.  He pioneered the operation.  He said before he started that only 1/4th survived.  I needed to have an immediate brain.  There is only one person who could do the operation.  There was only one way in and one way out.  He did the operation and took a day and a half.  I woke up the third day.  I felt very good.  When they did operation on me, a lot of things happened.  I came out very confused.  It takes 6 months to 5 years for your brain to rewire.  I couldn't talk for 6 months properly.  I used to stumble and stammer.  Now, I can make sentences properly.  His staff is helpful and professional.

He is really great. I suffer from migraines, and he has gone out of his way to find what works best for me. He has tried therapeutic Botox and alternative medicine. His assistants also give good advice. He keeps good tabs on my disorder. It's great to know that you have a doctor that really cares and knows who you are.

My primary care physician first referred me to a doctor in Phoenix who spent 2 -3 minutes with me, leaving the rest of the examination both physical and oral to staff.  He then recommended several tests which would require long travel on different days,  as scheduled by staff.   The staff were curt and uncooperative.  I was not well informed. I discharged the Phoenix doctor and went to Dr. Zonis.  Dr. Zonis diagnosed the condition without unnecessary tests and without adding unnecessary cost to Medicare.  He explained everything very well and spent some time with me.  He takes good notes and remembers me on repeat visits.  He was careful to fully explain what the drug was (Primidone) and its effects.
