Gutter Repair reviews in Waddell

I've waited a while to post this review because I did not want to give a review based on anger, of which there is plenty.
The installer came on the 4th at the end of the four hour window. He was alone and proceeded to install the gutters which at times he was having some difficulty. I offered to help but was turned down. This definitely should have been a two man installation since he could not install the screens until the next day because he ran out of light. Another four hour window.

We could not be happier with the screens, they are perfect! Our problem is with the gutter installation in two places. One side gutter sticks out past the wood about a couple inches. I think it looks bush league. I was told it was fine by the company.
The second place is the gutter across the back patio. This is a 22 foot section that should have had two people installing. One installer can not be on a ladder holding a 22 foot piece of gutter, start screwing in the section and do it correctly. The gutter has about a 1.5 inch drop which makes the one end look like it is falling off when seen from about 15 or more feet away. Also, the salesperson told me there would be some dripping between the gutter and patio facade but there was a whole lot more coming down than a few drips. At least an 8 foot section of the patio was thoroughly wet. While up on the roof with the builder we saw why the excessive dripping occurred. A screw was missing from one of the brackets holding the gutter to the patio and the screws were put in at different intervals which allowed for a lot of bowing in the gutter. I ended up putting in at least eight screws to try to minimize the dripping. (This was after the visit described below.)

I called the company and to say I was not happy with the way the gutter was installed in the two areas and was told someone would come out and take a look. Well someone from the subcontractor did come out and was about as rude and obnoxious as I have ever had to deal with. This person rang our door bell before 8 am and when my wife answered he shoved a clipboard towards her and said before I make any changes you have to sign that you agree the warranty will be voided. I went to the door and he did the same to me.  I told him this was a pretty lousy way to run a business, where a customer can not even say they are dissatisfied without voiding a warranty.

He told me the patio gutter had to be that way because the patio roof was not even and his attitude was horrible. I asked this person to leave. I called the builder and we went up there and it is absolutely even all the way across. I do not like to not have the truth told to me and be treated like I did something wrong for questioning a job that I paid for.
I had spoken with the salesman about purchasing sun screens for the patio and ceiling fans for the house. This would have been a few thousand dollars at least but I will not do business with this company again if they allow subcontractors to treat their customers the way my wife an I were treated. The sales person did come out an apologize but once burned with me is enough.
