  • Phillip is a very polite guy and will promise you the moon, then not deliver. We built a 1200 sq ft metal building. The floor had cracked terribly and we had an issue where one of the joists didn't match up so they tack welded it. We were surprised to see it passed inspection and contacted the inspector. Inspectors do their inspections via skype/FaceTime and said he was not shown that particular area. Ya think?? We sent pics and the inspection was changed to failed. As it was the whole time we worked with Phillip, we then had a hard time getting him to come back and finish the job. The Registrar of Contractors was mostly useless because he hadn't officially abandoned.

  • Outstanding customer service. The work was completed in 4 day process requiring roof cleaning and 3 coatings. Joshua provided me daily e-mails explaining what was done that day and what would be completed on following day. They also inspected the surrounding stucco wall and provided me with pictures of repair work needed. They also provided me with a name of a contractor for the stucco repair. I would highly recommend this company.

  • The crew was punctual, friendly, and very professional. They completed the work within the estimated time frame, and did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased with how my home looks-- it's beautiful! Sebastian Painting also provides a seven year warranty for the exterior paint work, and a three year warranty for the roof coating. When I need painting or roof coating work done in the future, I will definitely call on Sebastian Painting again.

  • SCAM! REPORTED TO BBB. Charged $860 to seal roof opening where rodents were getting in and potential water leaks. Gus had told us that it would take one full day. Gus came in around 8:30am the next morning and then disappeared for half the day. He then left around 3pm stating he was done. We had another roofer come in and inspect it and there are still many holes that are not sealed and broken tile now. We were told by the inspector that it was a horrible job that was NOT done right and the price was outrageous for what was done.. DO NOT USE GUS ROOFING! THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!

  • They did a great job! I am very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, answered my questions as I needed and took care to insure the roof and balconies were done right. They did the power wash on the 1st day and applied the first coat of reseal and then came back on the 2nd day and did another coat to the roof and balconies. I did climb up to take a look at the roof and it looked good. Before they left they made sure all my questions were answered and to let me know that if I had any further questions to just give them a call.

  • Estimator arrived as stated. Indicated in contract they would power wash and scrape to clear roof. Extremely poor job of power washing the roof and did not scrape to clear as there was loose debris all over the roof.  They prayed emulsion very sporadically over a wet roof with debris.  Contacted estimator and told him of the poor job. He advised the crew would finish cleaning up a few days later. They showed up and finished the entire job in one day. I wasn't notified that they were done and later found an envelope with the invoice indicating the final payment from my credit card.  Several days later, I went on the roof and immediately saw large pieces of debris and loose nails that had been sprayed over with the final elastomeric coat.  I called the office and told them of the debris on the roof and possible touch up spots. They did return and fix some of the areas and touched up the paint on the house due to elastomeric overspray.  However, I'm not comfortable with the large pieces of debris that were sprayed over with the final coat. Some of the debris that was sprayed over has become loose.  They could have done a better job of preparing the roof, specifically "power wash roof and scrape to clear", it seemed as though they were in a hurry to complete the job.

  • This is the second house at which Eric and company have installed gutters - both experiences were exceptional. Reasonable pricing, quality work, prompt & friendly service. Their recommended gutter color is an improvement over our original fascia color. Highly satisfied.

  • They promptly came by our house to provide an estimate, that was cheaper than most other estimates we got (and didn't take weeks to get the estimate either). When we where scheduled for work, they pressure washed the roof one day, and performed the work another day. They showed up when they said they where going to, cleaned up (like they where never here). Couldn't ask for better service.

  • The installation went really smoothly. ?Appreciated that the installer explained how different locations effected the light we would get out the Solatube. ?It is wonderful, I never have to turn on my lights! ?The installer was very honest about "this is what you're going to get", he explained what was happening.

  • I got estimates from 3 companies that I found through recommendations from friends, Angie's List, Yelp, and (UGH!) Home Advisor.  Wildcats Roofing's estimate was the lowest (but not so much as to be scary).  Rene answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly, and he gave us three sample books of shingles to keep as we decided what we wanted.  The estimate came in at $7000, but a $300 discount was offered on it for paying by cash or check rather than by credit card.
After we signed the contract, we did have to wait awhile for an appointment, because the storm that killed our roof did other damage in town, too...PLUS  this was during autumn of 2015, and there was a lot of wet weather.  I assume that all of Tucson's roofers fell behind on their schedules, and it was totally understandable!  (Our roof was NOT letting rain leak into the house, so it wasn't a big deal for us.)
When our appointment date arrived, the team was there early and got right to work~~it took 2-3 days; I don't remember exactly. Rene himself wasn't part of the team, but the workers were all very pleasant and friendly.
Of course it's hard to tell how good a roof is until some time has passed, but it looks really nice, and I don't see evidence of any goof-ups...I'm very happy with the work!
