After seven visits and 20 hours of labor we had to hire another plumber to finish the job. After one visit there was an obvious leak when the "tech" left! Very sloppy incomplete work. "Re-piped" part, then had to go back, take that out and "re-pipe" the whole house (only about 10 feet involved). We paid for an unbelievable amount of "travel time". On one occasion the "tech" was at Home Depot at 6:00am, but arrived at the job at 9:00am, left the job at 1:00pm, charge for labor was $535.00 (@$51 per hour) ! (+ $100 in materials) This was to "re-pipe waterlines hot and cold, (these were the lines that were replaced 6 weeks later) a line and valve to the toilet and to install our faucet at the bathroom sink. After complaint about the time the total was reduced to $482.00. Total to AHS was over $1400.00 The cost to have someone else complete the job was $725.00.

    Handyman Wayne
Wayne was right on time, and he did a great job. He provided me with different options on somethings that I didn't know the best way to fix them. He also told me what he was going to do again before I had him fix it, and made sure that I reviewed his work. He was very professional, experienced, capable, mature, and nice. I will hire him again.

When they left I could not see one single thing they had done to the front door. Air still flows through and allows breeze into home. It cost me $50 to have little to no improvement made. Then they were to give me an estimate on putting in a door between our master bedroom and master bath. Days went by, heard nothing, a week, 2 weeks, I finally called them. Today I get a quote from them via email saying it would cost $1000 to put a door in...seriously? We were asking for a thicker door and some stripping around the door to block noise but I think they're just a tad bit overpriced. Rip off, unbelievable, not impressed or happy with them. Will not use again.

    Nick Dashkiwsky Handyman/Maintenance
My washer would not work. Ordered a new timer and was unable to install it. Nick came right over (on a Sunday-which was amazing)! He did a great job installing the new timer and making sure the washing machine performed properly. He also did some small miscellaneous jobs for me and is very pleasant to work with. I definitely will use Nick and his handyman services again!

    d&l Handymen
It was really hard getting him to out and do this. It was like he didn't want to be bothered. If I needed a remodel (because that is what their business is) in the future, I'd be less likely to hire them because of this experience with something that was little. It was a gap and it was a little bit more involving. They put some stuffing or insulation behind there. It is like a Styrofoam.  If it gets wet, it is not going to rot. You put that in that space and then you can put a layer of caulking, like a concrete caulking. It could actually fill a pretty large space. It was almost like cement or like stucco. We paid for all the supplies. I thought it was a little high for what they did.  I am not really sure because it is up so high that you can't really see it. I have been meaning to have somebody come back and  paint it because it needs to be painted to match the rest of the house. Until I do that I am not really going to know whether or not he did a good job. I have concerns that it wasn't done very well. He called, said he was going to come and he didn't show up.

    Nick Dashkiwsky Handyman/Maintenance
Work was done well as expected. The only issue Nick made a mistake on measuring on 2 of the cabinet doors for the handles and because of this the doors had to be replaced. Nick ordered and replaced the doors at his cost.

    Nick Dashkiwsky Handyman/Maintenance
Nick kept in communication with me. He was friendly and efficient, and verified locations and the color of fan blades before beginning. He cleaned up after completing the work. He did a great job and I have already had him back for another smaller job. I highly recommend him!

    Williamson's Heating & Cooling, Inc
I first started out doing research on which brand of split-type AC I wanted; then from Mitsubishi's web site I found which certified providers they had here in Tucson.  From there I went straight to Angie's List and reviewed what the members had to say about each... Based on that read I selected Williamson's.  Selling the system was not needed as I knew what I wanted, I just wanted to discuss the system (and get a quote) before I hired them for the job. John Paul was prompt and very professional... The information he provided and his non-pushy approach was enough for me to sign up to get it done, which just happened to be the very next day.
Wally and Bill showed up around 10 am and wrapped up around 4:30 pm.  They were both very professional and down right nice guys. I directed them to the rooms that the units were to go in and they took it from there.  It was clear that this wasn't their 1st rodeo...  as far as I could tell they had a game plan and pulled it off without any hiccups.  Once completed they even painted the conduit covers with paint I had left over.  They cleaned up everything and even washed the windows...  other than having a great new system installed, one would never even know they were here.
Wally and Bill spoke very highly of Williamson's as a company, which was great to hear; they are a credit to Williamson's and I expect I'll be adding another split-type AC to our master br in the months ahead and Willianson's will get the call.  They even did a check on my main AC system while they were here.
I am very pleased!  One last thing... I was just kidding about them washing my windows.
    Cheers!

    IRAJ & Co LLC

He was on vacation & wasn't going to return until the following week and didn't offer to take my name & number to follow up when he returned.  He asked me  to call him back the following week I never called back & found an excellent business to do my work.

I was concerned that we where going to have to tear out the good tile to get to the pipes. The other option was to go through the exterior wall...which I was even more concerned about (to match the smooth texture so it didn't look like a patch job). The guy suggested that it would be a lot less damage and easier to repair to go through the stucco. He was right. He had the hole cut, copper pipe repaired and fixed the stucco ( smooth texture) repaired in just a few hours. A lot less hassle than repairing the tile. He went over the stucco a few times to get it to match. Now all I need to do is paint the wall when it is all dry. Definitely will call them again on future issues.
